THURSDAY - Helen retook all the photos for the selling of our home hopefully to go into the new brochure . We transferred them all on to a usb thumb drive , when we took it to the estate agents they wouldn't let us connect it to their pc's in case of a virus or bugs . A wasted journey we had to go home and email them doing three photos at a time .
Think it was by far the hottest day of the year so far , I had a sickness meeting at work in Leeds I parked up was gone just over an hour and half getting back to the car it was like climbing in to an oven so warm thank good for iced drinks and air con . I officially go back to work on the 5th of September should be a lot cooler by then .
My daughter and her friends hair salon is coming on great they are getting the builders in during the next few weeks , the sign is up outside and things are progressing nicely .
FRIDAY - Less hot it is a lot cooler the sky more grey I think we are going to be having more thunder storms they was threatened for during the night but never happened .
We are selling the static home one of the things that has bugged me since we first moved in is the down pipes for the guttering totally inadequate and not fit for purpose .I went to Tool station bought a gutter hopper , downpipes , three brackets and a outlet shoe for the bottom for a cost of £18 .
I had to cut the hopper to fit it to the existing guttering using my Dremel and a disc cutter . I got it fit after a few mods so the drop worked out in line with the corner of the static took about an hour , working off ladders after hip operation six weeks ago I took longer than what it should have but got there in the end .
MOVED BACK TO HOLMFIRTH , WE ARE OUT OF THE STATIC HOME , AND ARE NOW MOVED IN AND LIVING IN A NEWLY BUILT TWO BED STONE END TERRACE , WITH GEORGE AND BENTLEY OUR TWO CATS AND PIPPA AND BAILEY OUR TWO DOGS.THIS IS OUR FOREVER HOME I DOUBT THAT WE WILL EVER LEAVE THIS BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN A GREAT LOCATION WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO LIVE HERE FOREVER.

SUMMER LOVE
Went to Trinity at Wakefield Helen bought a new mini Arc e-cig from the E.Wicked shop Summer Love £34.99 she got a free tank upgrade its a slider top feed tank she also had enough stamps to get three free bottles of e- liquid .
cooked fish bits and hips for tea did a curry sauce using Mayflower bought from B&M for 99p its a powder mix with water and microwave comes out really good just like from your local fish shop .
SATURDAY - Got up early couldn't sleep had a shower stepping over the bath is easier now it has not been six weeks next Wednesday I go to see my surgeon to get signed off , and to see the physiotherapist for hopefully the last time .
We have to go over to Bingley tonight Helen has a party to do I don't think I can sit it out in the car until she finishes which is what I normally do .Sitting in the car for anything longer than and hour is uncomfortable also it is around a hours drive so by the time we get there I will be wanting to do something to stretch my legs I might find the nearest Asda and have a stroll round ,
Staying in the car whilst Helen did her readings was not that bad it is easier than driving she was three hours before we was on our way home I watched the film Crank starting Jason Statham , about the third time I have seen it but not for a few years.

PHOTO SHOOT
WEDNESDAY - Taking Bailey to the dog grooming parlour he is WELL over due a shampoo and cut , and as the weather is getting warmer he will feel a lot more cool .The shampoo cut and pamper took over one and a half hours he looked a different dog to when he went in at a cost of £37 , I also bought him a Harris tweed looking harness for £14.99 as he looked a right mess in his old harness which to be honest is a mess but not that old .
THURSDAY - Joesph from the estate agent came to take the photos for there listing we spent all morning de cluttering and cleaning we bought flowers and fresh fruit totally cleaned the bathroom , toilet , cooker changed the bedding , washed the windows . and in all rooms we swept vacuumed and wiped .
As he was taking photos we moved items out of shot such has the dog cage and dog beds , the cats and dogs feeding bowls . I even moved my car so he could get better shoots of the outside all to try and make an ideal brochure that will be online for people to look at and go through and hopefully to get people round for viewings with the option of them then wanting to buy it , I will link the web address when it is online .

NEW LOCATION
MONDAY - My son has a job he started today hopefully all went well and he likes it and it turns out in to long term employment fingers crossed for him.
Had to buy a new garden hose the fabric anti crinkle stretchy hose burst once the fabric goes or wears through it is only a mater of time before it bursts , we can't do without a hose its essential for the garden we have that we can easily water it . The new hose is a Hozelock 25m on a reel casting £39.99 had a free watering gun attachment that retails for £12.99 thrown in had to assembly it came in bits it was not that bad when I connected it and run water through it no leaks which is what hoped for .
Also early this evening had a call from my daughter she is legally the part owner and running her hair dressing business it has all gone through today and she is now legally trading well she has been working and trading there for the last few weeks but now it is legit she is with one of her best friends Jade together they are now business owners and partners good luck although I am pretty sure they already have it sorted .
TUESDAY - Drove over to Helen's parents at Acaster Malbis looked at a couple of homes the first one was excellent whether we get it is another question we can only try there is way too many if's , but all we can do is give it our best shot .The new home is ultra clean and modern with all the kitchen appliances you need built in including dishwasher .it is way bigger than our home and is more like a bungalow than where we live now it is also nearer the coast nearer to York and not too far for work .
The photos below are taken off my laptop screen using my iPhone camera .

ALFRESCO WEEKEND .
Went into the centre of Wakefield Helen had to get her nails re-done which usually takes a good hour.
I went to the e-cig shop and bought her a top filling tank for her e-cig it makes life a lot easier as you don't have to unscrew it from the tank to refill it .
Also filled the car up it has been a while since I have had to put petrol in I even think the price has dropped at the pump but if if it has not by much.
Catching up o n season two of Stranger Things Helen has already watched it but now season three is out I need to get up to speed. so we can watch it together .
My son is in dire straights he lost his job mainly because his workmate quit as they are a two man team he got laid off which seems unfair but that is what he is telling me .
The cottage he lives in is rented he lives there with his step dad and is not affordable if he does not pay his way , which means if he has no income their tenancy on the cottage will have to go which if it does it will make him homeless.
Not only that he in his stupidity not sure why he decided to take a log book loan out on his car if he does not make the payments which of course he cant he will probably loose it for a third of its value , so no job , and no home and looking like no car , also because he has not paid his mobile phone contract I can't even speak to him , it is not looking good for him .No doubt when he needs to speak to me he will get the use of a phone .
WEEKEND - Had two barbecues each afternoon bought a pack of meat had sausages , burgers , chicken breast , and pork did some chicken kebabs with peppers and onion we cooked it on throw away grills had salt and pepper bread and cheese baps and of course pear cider excellent food at its tastiest . The photo shows the food cooking as the chicken is still raw in parts it took longer than the rest of the food which we ate whilst the kebabs finished cooking , when it was fully cooked they was delicious , next time will Brush on some chill oil .

ON THE RACK
Woke up at 04.00 am getting less sleep . Lying on my back is ok until I wake up for whatever reason usually its either three reasons the cats waiting to go out come in , to use the toilet or Helen either talking in her sleep or snoring ,Either way once I am awake that is it this morning I nearly turned on to my side which is a big no no .Another thing I got wrong is I though I was on week five of recovery and in fact I am on only week four which means I need to be more careful I am doing more than what I did when I had left hip number one done , there is still a good chance of me popping it if i am not careful.
TUESDAY - Woke up at six got up at seven going to be a long day its dull and lightly raining doubt we are going to get much sun .
We are getting an estate agent to value our van just to see what the current market value is last time we had it valued was before we had done the alterations from a two bedroom to only one bedroom , it is not for a family anyway its a couples van only but we will see .
A very nice man came out he reckons to ask in the region of 100k or 95k for our current home I doubt this is realistic he seems to think it is who am I to argue will believe it when we get that sort of cash if we do we will hopefully buy a brick or stone built property in or near Holmfirth .
WEDNESDAY - Was out driving this time we went to Halfords was only a twenty minute drive away Helen wanted a new bell, a seat cover if she is our when it rains it will protect the leather seat , basket lining that also doubles as a shopping bag and pannier bag that clips on and doubles as a messenger bag . She also bought a puncture kit and a small tyre pump , I also manage to get a bolt for the rear luggage rack one was missing .Because it is a ladies step through bike we need to buy a false cross bar so we can mount it on a car bicycle boot rack they cost about twenty pounds without it the frame won't fit the carrying rack .It is a possibility the bike I buy my also need one of these adapters.

ON YA BIKE
My twin sister got a speeding ticket for driving forty eight miles an hour in a forty zone checking online she should receive three points and a fine guessing it be around £120 , She has at the moment zero points on he license once you hit twelve in a three year period its a ban , the points will stay on for three years then they are removed .
I know been there three times myself , never mind where all going to get three points one day everyone I know at sometime has been flashed by a speeding camera sometimes you are lucky and don't get a N.I.P letter from the police (notice of intended prosecution ) not proud but been there three times usually when the speed changes down from forty to a thirty usually on a downward hill where you tend to pick up speed some cameras are situated on bends or on traffic lights its just the way it is . Good revenue for the police , money which hopefully funds them fighting crime no good bitching .
Drove over to Ilkley just over a two hour round trip we went to buy a Helen a ladies Pendelton Ashwell bike in black with a wicker basket mounted on the handle bars we just manage to get it in the car and close the boot , it wasn't easy and part of the handle bar stuck through the window but it wasn't dangerous we got it home without incident .
When home I adjusted the seat height making it lower to do so I had to take off the rear carry rack to lower the seat the seat springs which was preventing it from going lower , then I was able to but the rack back on , I also dropped the handle bars and straightened the basket although it is over two years old it is in mint condition .
Need to get a bike rack for the rear of the car I also need to get a bike once my hip is fully recovered from surgery there is no reason I can't pedal a bike , we are going to ride on canals which are usually pretty flat the odd lock in places causing small hills but nothing too strenuous

PERFECT GIFT
I managed to wash the car today I did not wax it but got all the grime and dust of it it was amazing how many spiders webs there was scattered around the exterior of the car I did not rush I was carefull not trip over the hose or to bend .
I had to phone work and speak to my line manager I have a sickness meeting booked for the 17th of July at midday as I a have been of over four weeks I am classed as long term sick even though they have my sick note stating why I an unfit for work .
The neighbour to my left side Steve told Helen to ask me to go round to see him I went round and to my total surprise he gave me a Bonsai tree that he had in his garden that he had grown .He has quite a few trees growing in his garden and he even has a oak tree that he had grown from a conker which is over 35 years old he also as a Acer tree . Most species of trees can be used they are kept small by keeping them in small pots trimming the roots they can be shaped using copper wires and branch benders of clamps .
I have also liked and been fascinated by this type of tree or plant and it is an art form you can even grown them directly on to a rock the techniques are endless there is a learning and teaching class near to where I live at a special garden centre that specializes in this type of gardening , will have to have visit and see what they are offering ..
I have to admit I was deeply touched by this generous gift the fact he has had it so long spent years looking after it and entrusting its future survival to me is a great honour I could not thank him enough .
For tea we had Scottish smoked haddock new potatoes sweet corn and granary bread I also had hollandaise sauce , manage to leave some for the cats.

MR ANGRY
My feet need washing the rest of me is ok overall washing is fine but my feet need re freshing but getting these pesky support socks on and off is a bloody nightmare bending down is not a option and they are they are super tight ,
I am no longer taking any pain killers just the blood thinning tablets , three weeks tomorrow I can sleep my side walking up sleeping on your back is fine until you wake up if I could turn on my side I would go back to sleep .But I can't so I watch You Tube Netflix or play solitaire the I am wide awake its pointless staying in bed .
I bought some pencils pencil sharpener , erasers , and various sized nibs black ink drawing pens , I am downloading images of Pinterest then trying to draw them myself I am very medico at best need to practice , I am using a old book once I have mastered an image will re- do it in a new journal so it will only have decent drawings in hopefully .
The parking war is still ongoing with my grumpy neighbour he told me if I park on my drive he will block me in so I can't leave he says never park there again or else , I really doubt it I will reverse in to the side of you , or I will open my double gates and slam the gates into your car , so please yourself either way you will loose stop me exiting or leaving my property then the consequences for being a fulled paid up cunt is head .
Just because my daughter parked behind me he kicked off saying we was blocking him from leaving bullshit loads of room , if he came to my door and asked like any normal person we would have moved the car but not when he is constantly ob his horn shouting and cursing trying to intimidate us then no fucking way the car stayed put , after his rant and near heart attack he got his motor out being a twat does not work .

TUFF BITCH
Made physio don't have to go for another four weeks it went ok all was good was given a few different exercises he checked out my basic movement and was happy with my progression two weeks earlier I was under the knife , I also feel more confident in my ability my overall movement is getting better with each passing day .My trip to see the physio was also my first venture out and about since leaving hospital in two weeks was nice getting out of the house even if it was raining cloudy and dull .
I am taking less painkillers to be honest I doubt I need any some days and have skipped certain times of the day I am taking around a third of wheat I should be if I need them if the pain gets worse I will up them accordingly .
Started watching Hannibal and the Punisher series that are ob Netflix as well as plenty of new You Tube channels videos specially those living in vans that are constantly travelling across Europe , Mexico and the States .
We are doing well with our food we still have plenty of food and other essential items plenty of brown sugar and coffee still loads of white sugar and t-bags loads of tinned tuna and Pek , and all the ingredients for a full English breakfast if you have these you will never be that hungry . The main thing is when you fancy something on impulse like strawberries or apple pie or chocolate at the moment I fancy steak and stuffed mushroom onion and three cheese spread rich chocolate fudge cake and ice cream .
THURSDAY - Helen parents called over we went to B&M , The Range had fish and chips at Sainsbury's I walked quite a bit pushing the trolley m Later went with my sister to B&Q picked up a new Bosch lawnmower only £76 , then went on to Asda for some milk and other bits like curry and salted caramel ice cream lollies. The neighbours over the road are acting like proper cunts they don't like the fact that my car is parked out on the road instead of inside on my drive it makes life difficult for anyone visiting them they can't park opposite as no vehicle coming any way can get pass , it is tough its just the way it is so get used to it I just might leave it parked there always just to piss you off if you don't stop your bitching..

A TIBETAN RING
Helen bought some white Hammerite paint and some Tibetan Buddhist hand bells , of Amazon using my Amazon Prime account we placed the order late Saturday night both items arrived by midday Sunday .
Going for physio tomorrow for the first session I will have to get a Cab its not too costly it will be working out at roughly £11 each way which is ok it is not the end o the world . My operated leg is still swollen compared to the right , its weird what was my bad leg is now my good leg and what was my good leg now my bad leg that's life I guess.
The wound looks fine its neat circular cut on the top of my thigh it is around twelve inches long it is not red to in flamed I can wash it and towel pat it dry. The stern strips are drying out and catch on my clothes they need to disappear asp .
Need to go to the supermarket might go tomorrow there is an Asda at Dewsbury which is on the way home we need dog and cat food as always and 3x 2ltr cartoons of B.O.B milk ,need chicken breast jalapeno's onion mushroom and chicken tikka masala curry, nan breads and quarter pound beef burgers and some decent size bread cakes .

TEN THINGS .
Being under house arrest is not much fun I miss out on ever day things simple things that we do and take for granted each day.
1.Showering I could if our shower was not over the bath have one my wound dressing I took it completely off last night so easy did not stick or hurt one bit , I could now have a shower but I can't step over our bath to get one.
2. Shopping going to the shops picking my own food and buying my own food also seeing what's on offer or impulse buying you don't always think about something until you see it .
3. Using the garden sun loungers I would never get out of it if I manage to lie down in one .
4.Walking my dog I do miss my morning walk with Bailey as cant bend down to pick his poo up .
5.Sleeping on my back really difficult like being in a coffin also I have nearly caught Helen with my elbow a few times .
6.Bare feet have going to bed with socks on is a pain having to wear pressure socks 24/7 for six weeks .
7.Walking unaided need my sticks which of course once you rest them against something the slide to the floor .
8 . picking up dropped items I am using my grabber to pick up items the worse thing is its never to hand when I need it the most .
9.Cant wear shorts well I can just look totally stupid with the knee length socks a bit like wearing socks with sandals its a no Dad.
10 . Driving a big issue no going to the fish shop , or take away or farm shop no going visiting people and not getting out and about .Which is hard because in my head I think that driving for me now would not be an major issue .

WORMS AND FLEAS
My days and nights are at the moment mostly spent online either laptop or my IPhone there is little I can do , I vacuumed the static and can make coffee and I can go out for short walks got to make sure I don't walk too far SO its not a struggle to get back .
Printed some photos to go in to the frames that we bough a few weeks ago .
Missing being able to drive the car is on the road in front of my gates , that's so Helen can hang out the washing when needed as I can't currently move the car off the drive it is less hassle to have it parked on the road outside.
THURSDAY - Helen went to another supermarket they was also selling salted caramel Magum's on offer so she bought another two boxes that's a grand total of sixteen in total the freezer it is full .
Got the slow cooker out and dusted off we are doing some braising steak and root veg for tonight's tea we will have it with mash pots pancakes was mentioned but never happened
Received the cat worming tablets they was delivered on time as along with the flea treatment that I only had ordered online Tuesday at a cost of £36 four worming tablets and six flea treatment I even had to register and upload photographs of my cats on to the online pet pharmacy website .
My first physiotherapist appointment is on the 26th of June not sure how I will get there but I cant really miss it .
FRIDAY - Morning I was out in the garden taking photos of Bentley and George they was messing around in the sun Bentley the cat likes hiding in the plants and bushes Bailey just wants to mess with him .

SALTED
SATURDAY - Waking up from the first night sleeping in own bed had to sleep on Helen's side so I get in with my good leg first , what was my bad leg is now my good leg . I Slept better than being in the hospital although their beds with the electronic sections that adjust tilt rise and fall are better than the bed we have I got more sleep .
My Daughter called round tea time she took Helen to the Asda she needed ink for the printer on the way back they went to pick up some food from The Happy Valley Chinese duck curry noodles fries eating to get bette his my excuse .
MONDAY - Start off week number two if I could drive being off would be a great deal different .
only good thing is I am hardly spending any cash being house bound as its bonuses .
The weather being totally crap as helped me not bothering about being outside ,
I half cooked breakfast there is things I must not do bending forward is the main one but standing unaided I am ok , watching sausages go brown in the pan takes little effort .
Helen has also had readings and teachings to do which makes me confined to the bedroom , lying down is becoming my favourite pastime .
Thank God for the Internet Face book and all the rest be lost without it .
TUESDAY - Helen got a lift to Asda need fresh curry and jacket potatoes and ice cream can't the eat chocolate fudge cake my daughter bought me without it , its not how I was brought up .
Helen went shopping her friend Jackie took her she came back with two boxes of salted caramel Magnums highlight of my day .
Had a chicken tikka masala for evening meal done in the oven with chapatis and poppadoms yogurt and mint sauce .

HOME AGAIN
THURSDAY - Woke up after about two hours sleep it was just after 04.00 am I could hear the birds singing the morning chorus was peaceful , went to the toilet still only passing water codeine bungs you up anyway two days is nothing to worry about I kept getting asked by the nurses keep telling them no .Had three slices of toasted brown bread and two fried eggs for breakfast glass of orange and a pot of coffee this is a great hospital with great medical staff I am not moaning the food is great the staff brilliant the care super the coffee needs sorting its bad odd time its ok most of the time nah.
For someone in hospital all you have to look forward to is visitors and meal service there is not much else and of course being pain free .
I did the long corridor with my sticks it was like the green mile by the time I had turned round and got back to my room I felt I had done a marathon I am supposed to be doing the stairs this afternoon they have now put it off until tomorrow which means a third night in hospital .
No one was expecting me to be away for three nights I rang Helen told her the bad news she was ok if it was to benefit my recovery we couldn't really argue .
Late early evening to my surprise Helen and my sister came to visit me it was totally out of the blue I was to expecting it was a great surprise they also bought me a decent coffee .
FRIDAY - Woke up wanting the toilet in the next two hours I would go to the toilet the codeine had lost its fight which is what I wanted to get back to normal of course I told the nursing staff.
I had ordered fish and chips for my dinner be in the afternoon before I would be going home .
I did the stairs fine going down to Hell is meaning bad leg first , going up to Heaven meaning good leg first .
My next door neighbours came with Helen to collect me in their Chevrolet was just after two in the afternoon and after the fish and chips that were excellent I walked down to the car getting in was my worse fear did it relatively easier enough the 30 minute drive to home was fine , getting home was better .
First decent coffee in awhile and first decent nights sleep

DOUBLE BIONIC
TUESDAY -Drove myself to the Spires Hospital got parked up was dead n time 12.20 .
we got shown unto my room it was similar to before standard electronic bed with all the usually adjustments another tick it had a window and white bedroom furniture .It also had a en suite shower toilet and hand wash basin . My consultant and surgeon came to see me I signed the necessary forms for consent permission etc next of kin details and he ran through the rest of the day.
Then the anesthetist came round to see me and explain his role and procedure , I was given a gown to put on tied at the side It was way after six at night when I walked down to the operating suite I was ok what was going to be was going to be no point in not accepting whatever lay ahead can say I said a pray and had my fingers crossed .I had a i intervenes line put into the back of my hand for sedation .
I sat on the edge of said operating table they raised it up to the max then I was given a stool to put my feet on a and a pillow to hug they sprayed my back it went ice cold they stuck some sort of sticky sheet to my back not sure why then I arched forward hugging the pillow and the needle after he had kneaded my back checking the alignment of my spine my bone he hit the spot and the drugs did their magic .
I woke up up in recovery the sedation must have done its job I remembered nothing of the operation last time I was listening to albums on my iPod ,just over two and a half hours I was back in my room my sisters were there , as Anne was driving both my car and Helen back home .
The first night I managed some sleep not a lot I think I watched some You Tube videos and listened to some tracks on Spotify .
WEDNESDAY - Got out of bed sat in a chair felt just like before hard work to move had some lunch Mushroom soup and a lamb and mint burger with fries .I managed to pass urine and managed to walk using a Zimmer frame I had .Jacket potatoes cheese and baked beans for tea .The pain is manageable it feels different from last time I seem less good mobility wise time round I am more unsure about walking balance and pain and getting in and out of bed for some reason it seems a lot harder now I have two artificial replacement hips .

ANOTHER 48 HOURS .
I want to buy some Stadler black drawing pens and start to sketch in journals I have been inspired by watching "Wild We Roam " on You Tube and Dana's Inktober book she was making which was basically a hand drawn drawing she did in her sketch book journal relating to where she was and what location she was visiting on that day .
Also makes you want to buy a camper van and fcuk off and visit Europe chase the sun end up in Greece Isles or Turkey .
my Instagram account is here it as not been going as long as the blog
https://www.instagram.com/bobyea16/
Opened my savings tin/ can it was sealed both ends the only way to get in is with a can opener once its opened its no longer any use . There was over £200 and I wasn't even trying I took half the money went out bought another tin and put the other hundred pounds in to start me off once more .
SUNDAY - Went over to visit Helen's parents over at York had dinner with them on the way home I stopped in at my daughters house for a coffee won't see her again until after my operation another 48 hours will be done and dusted hopefully feeling good and pain free like last time
MONDAY - Had another shower using the anti bacterial shower gel I will get a few extra couple of showers as there is more than enough left .
Cleaned out the fish tank it has been a while to be honest it was ok have seen it a lot worse in a shorted period of time . When I can drive will buy new purchase new filter pads it Took me a good three hours to empty at the water and clean the filter and light and clean all the rocks and gravel I took all the fish out and put them in to a clean builders bucket in 24 hours the water will be crystal which is always nice .
Last night at home tomorrow night I will be in my private hospital on suite although I can't use the shower as under no circumstances can I get my wound dressing wet .

BEST OF BOTH
Made a booster for my chair , as my knees have to be lower than my hips one way of achieving this is to heighten the chair so I sit taller . Basically it is a three inch frame the size of the wing back chair the cushion is used as a template . it is then boarded both sides and the cushion from the chair is taken out and the new boarded frame is then located and the cushion placed back on top, resulting in my knees being a lot lower than my hips sorted .
Cleaned some of the garden debris up old leaves weeds etc and bagged it up all ready to go to the local tip tomorrow .
FRIDAY
Picked a sick note up from the doctors it runs out on the 5th of September as I was promised which I am happy bout saves a lot of messing around , need to drop it in the post to my line manager although is full aware of my condition and time needed away from work , I get full pay for six months .
Went back to the Spires hospital at Elland for a second lot of blood tests was told the first ones were ok , also started using as instructed the anti bacterial nose cream and the body wash which I have to use over the next five days .
We need to clean the fish tank out that we are doing first job Saturday morning it takes a good hour and half to empty clean the filter clean the rocks and glass and re-fill the tank back up once it is done its good for a few months now we have fewer fish it will stay cleaner for longer .
We have decided that I will drive to the hospital Tuesday in my car and my sister will visit me the night of my op and take my car and Helen home otherwise it would be a taxi and Helen would not be able to be with me until later in the evening when she can get a lift everyone is at work .
SATURDAY - Did some shopping bought a load of cat food and cat biscuits and dog food .
bought more coffee and brown sugar well stocked up as well as 3 x 2litre bottles of B.0.B milk which stands for best of both a tasty as semi skimmed but as good as low fat milk another advantage it will last in the fridge a good twenty to twenty five days , ideal if you can't get to the shops for awhile .
Also finally bought some blue suede slippers Elvis would be proud and some grey shorts for my two night stay in hospital .
Second day of using the anti bacterial nose cream and shower gel to kill MRSA if there is any lurking last time I was clear so hopefully it is the same this time round .
EATING - Jacket spud three cheese spread fried onions and mushrooms and a nice piece of steak .
LISTENING TO - David Grey and Lewis Capaldi's new album Divinely Inspired To A Hellish Content thanks Spotify , plus Bill Nelson lead singer from Be Bop Deluxe Noisy Candy .
