TUESDAY - Doctor as issued me with a sick note for two months I hopefully won't need to be off for that long I want to go for my MRI scan and see the results before I make any decision on my return to work.
Went over to Sheffield to Ikea bought some furnishings for the home had some meatballs and sauce .
WEDNESDAY - Drove Helen over to Meltham she had a couple of readings to do mid afternoon , she also had readings to do before and after her trip over to Meltham .
THURSDAY - Boring wet dull grey day went to Wentworth bought some apples to make an apple pie did a spaghetti bolognese for tea did not have any hard cheese oops grated some normal cheese togo on top did home made garlic bread did it with pappardelle wide pasta strips .
FRIDAY - Bought Titan Fall 2 for my X-box one might get it Monday . Just seem the Mac Nano which is basically a key board with a computer built in you just need to mirror it to a monitor or t.v you can also use a iPhone as a track bad not sure what the price is but doubt it will be cheap .
