It is Monday again I went back to the doctors this morning it was , again a different doctor that i saw , he was very easy to talk to , and the end result being that he wrote me another sick note for another two weeks of work which makes five weeks that i will have been off in total.
I will start getting up earlier and weather permitting spend longer taking Pip out on her morning walks , talking pictures and trying to discover more scenic routes.
Been using the Richo camera my sister lent to me can't say I am that impressed not download any of the images to my Mac but I think they won't be as good as my little Fuji compact camera F20 pictures are .

SPRING FORWARD
Saturday
Went to collect two house plants from a friend who is moving house they cost us more in time and petrol than what they was worth.
Called in to see my Sister Anne she had mentioned that I could borrow one of her many cameras that she owns a couple of years ago she had bought new a Ricoh Caplio R5 7 mega pixels 7 optical zoom they Cost £250 when they had just come out and she as used it just once , i will see what it is like and if I like it.
Went for a walk in the dark loads of frogs or toads on the lanes saw one or two ever hundred yards then none for a few hundred yards more than there be more , we had a torch last thing I want to do is accidentally stand on one would haunt me for ages luckily we didn't squash any amphibians.
Sunday.
The clocks went forward by an hour which means longer day light hours yippee on set of summer.
Cooked breakfast whilst Helen lounged in the bath , boring day went out for a drive with no particular place to go , had a home cooked Sunday dinner lamb shank cooked in port with Yorkshires and sweet pots and greens.

TAKE IT TO THE TOP.
This morning i emailed the top man of the NHS Trust in West Yorkshire there is no one higher to appeal to , i have sent one email i will not hound him if he replies great if not i will put it down to him being extremely busy with more important concerns then my parking charges.
But at least i have not bothered with his minions under him you are not worth of any more time or effort as far as i am concerned i am looking for another job which might take months or it might take weeks.
Once i get the car sorted out and returned from the body work shop , i will look at the best option regarding handing the car back to the lease company , i was told to hand it back in the first year five monthly repayments had to be made , second is three payments and the last year only one, i have had it since September 2013.
My son has himself a new job working in a bar in the centre of York , its a full time job and overtime will be available , after being kicked of his benefits , I am glad for him that he is earning money again even if he is only on minimum wages , it's got to be a better option .

DONT TRUST THE TRUST FISH OR BISCUITS
Today i know for sure that yes , i am getting stuffed over the parking ticket's which is a on going issue that won't go away , but looks like it's drawing to a close , nothing can go one forever , yet again i have been told again to pay seven out of the eleven fines to make it all hunky dory , at £17.70 a month or there about over the next two years , which is not a lot but at the end of the day i am the innocent party.
So i have gone straight to the top and emailed the CEO , to inform him whats been going on even if he does nothing least there might be some backlash seeing as we all work for the Trust looking after the sick and needy a joke as we can't even look after each other , Hospitals are a business too , as i am only too ready getting to find out , THERE'S MORE THAN ONE WAY TO CUT A POTATOE..
Our biggest and most beautiful Discuss died tonight she swam really wildly inside the tank we reckon she was having a heart attack before coming to rest on the bottom and finally dying , Pip our Jack Russell watched and was really sad for the fish , she spends hours watching them constantly , and looked shocked and hurt by the fish's last few minutes .
Then to top it all McVities a Scottish company that have been making chocolate digestive biscuits since 1892 , did a press release today saying that the chocolate is on the bottom of the biscuit and not the top , so why do they photo the bottom of the biscuit when the McVities logo is supposedly on the top?.

GETTING STUFFED
Didn't do anything much yesterday , am i missing work answer is no as it's always the case if your at home more you need more money to spend because you have more time to go places and do stuff.
The parking fines i occurred at work parking out of hours is still on going i feel i am being stitched up the solicitors acting for the trust say i have fourteen days before they take me to court as i have only parked when told to do so i am adamant i should not have to pay any parking fines it;s fcuking annoying and is pissing me off big time.I spoke with my Line manager and she is sending me emails tomorrow that i should have had access to months ago what they say i have no idea until tomorrow , but i have a feeling it won't be in my favour and i am being backed in to a corner if it is i am serious looking for a new position at a new company the trouble is age its not in my favour.
Today be it so ever brief it did start to snow the temperature dropped it is quite old and no doubt will drop even more , hopefully it is just a temporary.
Made and appointment for physiotherapy but not until the 9th of April .
Listening to - Elton John 4oth Anniversary edition "Yellow Brick Road"
Watching - "300 Rise Of An Empire" great film not impressed with the ending

Bought some new windscreen wipers for the Suzuki Swift the old ones made a noise and left smears the new ones are quieter and clean the screen which makes driving easier for the same of twenty quid.
I also bought some Foster Grants sunglasses for when i am driving as it was sunny morning again , yet with in half an hour of buying them it started to rain and i mean not just a shower but it pissed it down for most of the day fcuking typical.
Went to the Trafford centre Manchester and i bought a Indian head massager and a Multitool which was third of the price since my Leatherman got ruined I have been wanting another multitool.Called into Selfridge's went to Pastisserie Valerie for a couple of cream cakes to take back home , they was selling a book about Manchester united football team which was signed by all the players the cost £8000 or £3000 for a unsigned copy .
Below a Jarre Areoskull for use with Apple iPod or phone etc not heard the quality but they look cool also on sale at Selfridge's for
£379.
Back home went to Hei Hei for Chinese food.
Sunday
Ill feel crap all day had nothing to eat all day not even had any cups of coffee slept most of the day had to go out and buy new gravel for the fish tank which took an hour then we had to totally empty the tank and wash everything including rinsing the gravel , was so glad once it was done I was tempted to go back to bed.

DUMP THE BURGER.
Ebay shopping bought a iphone 5s in car charger unit for Helens phone also a book she wanted about Ian Brady.
I also bought a bluetooth wireless keyboard for my google Nexus 7 2nd gen.
Helen went to the hairdressers for her hair cutting and colouring i had a few hours to kill not much to do so i ended up going to the salon and sitting down until she was done.
Went to Burger King on the way home the restaurant had recently had been given a re-fit it was still shite had a double burger with bacon and cheese with sweet chilli sauce fries and a coke we also got onion rings but the are not done in batter so was not impressed i had one , i was glad when it was eaten in my opinion once the fries go cold its time to end the meal and dump it.
Filled the car up to the top with unleaded should give us 380 miles before we are running on fumes it was double nectar points will nearly have £3.00 on it will continue adding to it until christmas and I vow o'Lord that from now on I will always get my petrol or dieselnwhen possible at filling stations where i can use my Nectar card.

CAR SITTING
Got paid out for the water damage I-phone to the tune of £349 i went to the ATM machine to check my balance and the money was in my bank , thank you.
Helen had two readings today i was planing on walking down to the village which i did but as it started to rain i made my way back home .
I took refuge in our car parked opposite the cottage i had the keys with me .
I had thrown some old Stuff magazines in the recycling bin which i took out to re-read i also had the first two episodes of Banshee on my i-phone to watch , so bored i was not , just cold damp and hungry , Pip went to sleep on the back seat after i had wrapped her up in her blanket , i had to stay in the car for two hours oh well.
Dropped Helen off at a spiritualist church in Huddersfield her friend Erin meet her outside and will bring Helen home.
I went to Sainsbury's and bought some chicken kathi wraps , chicken samosas and a tandoori chicken curry for my tea along with 2 x 150g packets of Alta Rica coffee refill packs , 1 x 150 refill coast less than a 100g jar so it is well worth it it's cheaper and you get more it's a no brainer, and of course Kopparberg pear cider and i also bought Pip our dog some cat food , don't ask.
Downloaded Escape plan and Dom Hemingway the later is a English film with Richard E Grant and looks exceptionally good .
I might but the Ricoh camera i want either this week or next i can get it for less on Ebay or pay an extra twenty pounds and buy it from a well known camera outlet , anyway still not bored.
Today is also the first day of spring .

STILL NOT BORED
Life is boring without money everybody who works does not always have money when you can't go out and pay for a dinner so you have go to the supermarket for something to cook tea it is not good should be able to go out and eat if we so wish or is that me being flippant? or me just wanting curried duck and noodles from our favourite Chinese restaurant in Uppermill Saddleworth named Hei-Hie.
Buy not going to work for three weeks this month i will have saved some money around £120 that it it costs for the luxury of working.
Today as been wet and dull and grey well after all it is March , we went to the fish shop at lunch for a fish cake buttie with scraps , Helen had chip buttie then we went to the local Co-Op and bought some cookie mix and self raising flour to make scones until we got home and realised we had used all of the eggs so we just had to make a giant cookie which was not that great.
Still waiting for the payout for the I-phone might then get a Chinese i so crave .There is a Tattoo studio that i have discovered in Holmfirth Sw-Ink that i will have to check out sometime soon.
The picture below taken with my i-phone 4s , is of the pond at the back of the cottage one day last week it was mainly foggy early in the morning but by dinnertime it was sunny , decided we need more fog.
Watching - "The Counsellor".
To watch - "Better Living Through Chemistry".

NO MONDAY BLUES
Went to the Docs i was waiting an extra forty minutes before i got seen , but it was worth the wait i was a given another sick note for two weeks.
I was hoping for a week but a fortnight is a bonus the Doctor is also arranging physiotherapy for me but has also mentioned that at some stage i will more than likely need a hip replacement at some stage down the road of life.
Caught up on another few episodes of "Breaking Bad" nearly finished the forth series can't wait to watch the fifth season and the final episode .
I want to buy this compact camera i reckon its great value for money and should take decent enough photos and is pocket size plus its a great design is 16 megapixel and 15 optical zoom 20 scene modes and can record video in hd for under ninety pounds sterling.
Watching - "Lone Survivor" , Very moving film 10/10

BELT UP
Saturday.
Did nothing great a boring day really we went out in the afternoon for fish and chips and to put the lottery on which as always was a waste of time we manage to pick shite losing numbers yet again.
Did have some good news i am going to get paid out for the I-phone they was going to give me a iPhone 5s , the value at £549 as i want the cash they will knock the excess of and i will get £349 paid in to my account within five working days , which is better than i thought.
Sunday.
Got up earlier enough to make it to a Toby carver for breakfast its as much as you want on your plate really as you serve yourself its down to the individual plus as much tea or coffee you need to wash it all down , they had a freshly made potato onion and cheese bake which i had a mound of along with three sausages 3 rashers of plenty of baked beans and hash browns and toast £11 for the both of us.
In the afternoon we had a catch up of watching "Breaking Bad" and watched another for episodes .
I was thinking about the Land rover Freelander i had before the Juke , it did not have a seat belt alarm you could get away without wearing a seat belt and i did a lot i was getting in to the habit of not wearing one , the Juke if you don't fastening the belt an alarms sounds which is irritating as a result you belt up .
The accident could have been so much worse if i was not secured by the seat belt , in one way i am glad i got rid of the Freelander ,

HAIRY TIMES
Contacted my insurance company regarding the water damage to Helen's iPhone 4s , it dropped from her jean pocket when she was pulling her jeans up after using the toilet they have agreed to pay out minus £200 excess , still i should get £200 so why not.
I had to get proof of purchase from my phone company Three , they emailed me the proof i needed i just had to forward it to my insurance company via email.
i should get the money paid early next week .
Took Helen's hair extensions out for her it me took around fifteen minutes , i used a pair of pliers to squeeze the metal clips opposite way to the way they was put in so they can be pulled out all went well , bikini line next.
Did the Euro lottery it stands at £107 million be fun spending some cash buying a new home for us if there was 107 wining tickets and i was one then i wouldn't moan.
Freedom from not working free from debt to own a house outright would be heaven to us and to have a holiday would be a big bonus .

SUNNIER THAN YESTERDAY
They have ordered the bits and pieces that they need to fix and repair the Juke direct from Nissan I don't know at what cost but its a fair few pieces they need.
The rebuild Will take a fortnight to get the parts delivered to the U.K and at least a month to do the repair work so I guess it wont be until the end of April before its returned to me.
Today again as been very warm and really sunny one thing I need to get for these coming summer months is a decent pair of shades , specially for when I am driving , I have sensitive eyes which seem to get more sensitive as I get older and I seem to be screwing my eyes up and squinting more more and more.
Listening to - " Elbow".
Watching - "Black Sails".
Eating - Pizza with air fried chips.
Wanting - More sun .
Needing - Decent wage rise.
Can do without - Paperwork and insurance companies.
Would like - Another weeks sick note.

Went to Huddersfield Royal infirmary at half eight this morning , for a x-ray on my left hip the negatives will go to my doctors in five working days. I was in and out done and dusted in twenty minutes , pretty impressive seeing as it was just turn up when I wanted.
The sun as been out again today it started off very misty this morning but it came good in the afternoon.
Had a call from a solicitor no win no fee not sure how he got my number , still waiting to hear what is happening to my Juke.

CAR UPDATE
Went to bed at four this morning didn't really sleep , phoned my line manager just to confirm what had happened and mainly so he knew that I wouldn't be attending work today .
I went out in Helen's Suzuki swift to visit "unit 1" where my car was taken after the accident , mainly so i could to receive my belongings that i had left in the car .
Last night after the collision i retrieved Helen's iPad which had not been damage and the shopping i had bought on our journey home fresh quarter pound burgers and onions and a new packet of twenty cigs and a bottle of Koppaberg pear .
i also took in the taxi with me my Ted Baker messenger bag with my iPod touch that i use for my job a moleskin and various power leads , ultra violet gel and uv torches , plus my id badge and swipe cards.
No sooner had i got my stuff out of the car this morning a Bench sweat shirt my tool box a bottle of unopened water two cartons of food for Pip , the transporter wagon came to pick my car up and take it away i guess to access the damage and get quotes for repairs , it will be up to the insurance companies to argue who pays what. I was asked if i accepted responsibilities for the crash i said no way.
At Unit one I also manage to take photos of my car and the car that had hit us , after on the way home we stopped to photograph where came to rest after the collision , it is still hard to understand how we did not hit anything going across the road and down the road at the side of the building , i reversed the car up from the side of the building i had no idea if any other car was going to hit us at night it was pitch black.
Helen is asleep in bed and no doubt will be suffering the next week or so no one was seriously injured but it could have been very different a foot either way and maybe i would not be writing this .
It has made me realise how much i love Helen and life with her compensates for more or less every thing else i trade everything i have to be with her , i need to show my love for her more than i sometimes do and to be more happy no matter what life throws at us as we are a team , we are united and we really are soul mates.
Pip our Jack Russell is very quite today she slept in her basket most of the day but is unhurt she too is important to us and we are both grateful we every looked after us last night also was looking after Pip too.

CAR CRASH
Driving home had Helen and pip our dog in car I indicated and pulled out to overtake a slower car when I was at its side it decided to throw a right and hit my car it impacted of my car and hit a stone wall where it came to a stop .
We ended up going down a dirt road with a factory wall to one side and a stone wall the other side how we did not hit either wall I not sure how both passenger and drivers air bags were deployed.
I called the police to report the incident and to get a ambulance for Helen she was getting chest pains , Pip always has a harness and seat belt on and travels in the back she was also in shock.
My Juke has been towed away the offside wheel arch , axle and alloy wheel and door is damaged .
I will go tomorrow and take photos and collect some stuff from the car .
I got a taxi home with Pip then took one back to the hospital to be with Helen , she was discharged but told to expect bruising aches and pains over the next few days.
Our guardian angels protectors were working overtime tonight .
My hip hurts back pain and back of my legs are also painful I have a slight stiff neck and headache , I have called in sick tomorrow I will see how I am over the weekend.
Everyone who helped us the police paramedics and hospital staff we thank you all and we appreciate all what you did for us.
I was breathalysed and passed as I don't drink and drive it was not a issue and of course I knew why I was being breathalysed.

WEEK SO FAR
Yesterday that was on Monday was glorious the sun was hot the skies blue , and it felt like summer had come early and I had to go back to work.
I had to call into the bank and order a new debit card as most of the ATM machines will not read it so its virtually useless if i need cash , it takes five to seven working days before I receive a replacement card .
Work was crap first day back always is and getting back into the working role is hard I did more than I thought I would , someone got rid of the fan its too warn we don't have air con no windows its stifling so ten o clock couldn't come quick enough.
The gas leak we reported is now being dealt with the road is being dug up outside our cottage and repairs are being made , its only a narrow road and some cars have had to be moved.
We have been given three electrical heaters whilst repairs are being made .
Work as been hectic all week so glad its Thursday two days on two days off the weekend is supposed to be hot warm and sunny i do hope so.
My new debit card as arrived this morning i will try it out not sure if its the same pin or i need for a new resending as its a replacement card i am guessing the pine remains the same .
Over the last week Helen as had half a dozen readings still not as good as when we where living in Leeds but it does seem to be picking up and more people are coming through recommendations which is always good.
The gas leek is fixed we are just waiting for the road to be reinstated and be good as new .
Watching - "The Walking Dead" and "Hannibal" season two.
Listening to - "Imagine Dragons"
Reading - Jony Ive biography.

ART FOR ART SAKE
Christ i just got my salary paid in to my account and already three quarters of my wage is gone the cost of living is ridiculous , and I had extra money for the overtime that I worked in January every penny helps.
At the moment we are without any gas so we have no heating no hot water or any morning breakfast fry ups , the other night we smelt gas as a result we called the emergency gas engineer and they felt it necessary to cap off the gas supply to our cottage . Went out and bought a smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide monitor screwed one to the ceiling and one we placed next to the fire.
The landlady we rent from is getting us a new gas fire fitted as ours is condemned.
Sunday
Went to Salts mill at Saltaire to see the David Hockney paintings there where around thirty paintings a lot of them were portraits and none that I would have bought it certainly was not his most renowned work , but at least I can cross it of my lust of places to visit.I really wanted to see his later work and his iPad paintings I did see a couple of documentaries about him via You Tube when I got home .
From there we went to Haworth which is Bronte country we got fish and chips and went to the house they had lived in and the church that there father was parson at .every time we go here it rains today was no exception.
After we bought Banksy mugs and matching coasters from a local craft shop Helen got the girl with the red ball on and I got tourist information.
To cap it of we had a power cut and had no electric for over a hour lost Internet and iPhone was on charge at the time bloody typical.
Back at work tomorrow oh shit.
I did buy a Buddha that I did not have to buy , but I couldn't resist has he looks so serene sat praying hopefully he will say a few for us and bring us luck and happiness to our lives.
