Our friend has left her husband for good it kicked of last Sunday night , when Helen went round to the house to get the kids out and some of her belongings which i knew nothing about , as i thought Helen was staying out of the way at the mothers house , anyway the police was there and they watched her and the kids leave they even acted as a removal van and helped her with the cases , bin liners and other bags by using the police van they was patrolling in to drop the stuff of at her mothers house just a mile way.

She gets the keys to the house she is renting today she is cleaning it from top to bottom and because she is doing this the land lord is giving her the first week rent free.
The boss she works for is giving her a leather corner suite and a faux leather bed and some other items table chairs she she wont be totally with out any furniture she is going back to the house to remove the washing machine and dryer , most of the goods in the house she as bought anyway including laptops , tv's ,game consoles , pots pans .

when we started again and we was in the hotel i checked in the morning and Helen was turning up in the afternoon she arrived with pots and pans and plates knives and forks and some other items ornaments and odds and sods , when you have nothing anything you can get is a bonus.

luckily the apartment we ended up leasing was fully furnished and equipped we ended up buying a bookcase a goldfish and bowl , books , dvds & cd's , lamps and candle sticks and candles a few photo frames any small items we could afford to make it ours to put our stamp on things as soon as we got a car the first place we went to was Ikea we was both excited because it was fun furnishing our place our new home and i guess the first few weeks where you discover likes and dislikes or the same likes its fun and no doubt that will happen to our friend she will eventually build a home with another person go to places for the first time take new photos and watch new films and listen to new songs together all for the very first time , i suppose keeping life fresh and interesting is what its all about and not getting in to debt doing it that's the art of it all.

I have just realised i am bored , and i am bored of this house , this city , my job and the things i do its all mundane and flat grey and dull ,FCUKING HELL its sad its a unwatered flower , it should be blooming yet its wilted dried and lacks lustre standing out in the rain wouldn't bring it back to life , fcuking depressing ain't it.

Sometimes its the little items and possessions that make a house a home and its not what you haven't got its what you got that counts glad i got my car back because its freedom in a can can fill up fcuk off and if need be sleep in it might cause back ache but it might be fun , life would be more dull and shit without Helen in it guess i am lucky that way , as i still find her sexy fun and gorgeous , even if i do tell her off and argue with her doesn't mean i love her less am just not being a yes man .

Above are some photos of my daughters new home in NZ , she moved in last week its a new build very modern and clean , it is so far removed from the hostel she was staying in when she first landed in Australia a few months ago.
The fittings and fittings are very basic but at the end of the day its huge and spacious and of course being so new freshly decorated .

Also she now as her own bedroom again sanctuary even if its only a single bed , i don't think that i would never go back to using a single bed even if i ended up living on my own , unless it was a prison cell.

I am really proud of her and the things she as achieved , apart from being in trouble with the police and getting arrested she has done really well for herself , she has been independent living for the last four years if not longer , and has done more travelling abroad done more countries and gone further , she as also gone to more concerts than i have done in the time i have lived , we should all endeavour to do more things specially i.

I hope she continues to experience life and explore new things and new places , i have trouble some weeks filling the car up with diesel and driving to the coast so much for the right to have the freedom of travel.
To meet new people from a different cultures to sample new food and customs and to explore new cities and towns must give you a constant buzz and make blogging and keeping a scrap book that mush more interesting.

Living here in Leeds is the same week in week , out we exist because we are programmed to we are programmed to except our fate we are brained washed that we must work and own a house own certain possessions wear certain clothes and for them who break out of this mould go down a different road then they are the ones who are truly free , i think if i had to choose a country to live in it would be either Sweden or Norway close enough to England but totally different if i had to choose further then Canada or Hawaii. But at the end of the day Scotland or Cornwall would suffice.

.

Today Sunday the day of rest we cleaned the house top to bottom including the cellar which although only small looked like a bomb site anyway got rid of all the spiders not sure about the mice i know they are down there or where down there not sure there is bags that have been eaten and shredded to use for nests ,they might have moved out already , we have in the past set mouse traps and killed two to three.

Just been on pcworlds web site they are selling the blackberry playbook 32gig for £149 0r the 16gig for £129 , so now i am really getting so i don't know what i want which is the best for the money , as far as i am to believe blackberry use there on o/s and have there own apps , so maybe i should not bother with them and stick with android decisions decisions wont be buying any this month due to the car costing what it did such is life , unless i sell it then get a i-pad hehe.

i have done nothing worth mentioning this weekend , i know Helen is chuffed we cleaned the house specially the cellar she is with her niece who is leaving her partner after years of being with him , so is moving in to a rented house , he has not worked in the last five , six ,seven years he does not go out the front door and he plays on the x-box all day or he is on his laptop all day , he drinks too much and is now being abusive , he has started kicking off at two and three in the morning after a session on the ale and he as pushing her around so that she falls over he is also threatening her , she was planing on moving out this coming Wednesday she as a let a terrace house but instead she is now moving out tonight with the kids and staying at her mothers , until she can pick up the keys and move in to her new house , when she goes round to night after she has finished work at the hospital and goes to pick some possessions up and the children , if he is difficult with her i am on stand by to go kick his arse should he step out of line.

Loads of people for years have been telling her he is a low life although the house is on a mortgage she really does not care , she justs want to be away from him and be on her own with the kids.
Starting again with nothing , we have been in the same boat you can amass a lot in a few years everything is replaceable in time, its fun having nothing because the one thing you do have is a clean canvas.

Picked the car up from the garage just before midday at a cost of £469.80p ouch i didn't even get the 80p knocked off for paying cash typical , it has two new brake pipes , pads and tyres plenty of tread loads of grip , now just to wait for winter get driving on snake pass road , or Woodhead pass at Saddleworth ,any how the car is back on the drive .

We bought a load of speciality cooked meats and freshly baked bread we bought a Artisan boule freshly baked in house its nice and soft with a firm crust and its filling i don't like cold meat sandwiches made with normal bread , as they are too bland no texture flat and boring with little taste , and i don't like any sandwich without relish mayo mustard or horseradish condiments , again just too bland if i take a pack up to work and put the effort in of making food its got to be different or whats the point life can sometimes be dull food shouldn't be.

Helen bought yet another diary this time its a 18 month one she has more diary's than Samuel Pepys , she says in January next year she is going to get a new one why? the one she bought today will still be good for a year.

Did watch some of the Olympics on tv this evening i was watching the swimming a lot came out with Dr dre beats headphones on, it be interesting to know what the athletes was listening to , to get them psyched up , and on what player they had their tunes on , the Chinese are winning gold medals in the pool, i think the last time i went swimming was when my children where little at the sport center at Rothwell i told them i was taking them to place where it was 50p to get in and once you was in they could drink as much as they wanted they was not impressed.

its just before nine o clock at night Helen has been in bed for the last hour and a half.
She is a gold medalist at sleeping she trains all the time and uses no illegal substances or drugs or chemicals in her quest to be the best, she is dedicated and can fall asleep day or night and she told me she don't snore , even when i recorded her using my i phone she said i down loaded it , all i can say is there must be a piglet under the bed although i have never seen it , it also farts but its ok they don't smell , well all i can say to that is , i am not sleeping with my head under the duvet unless i have a peg on my nose.

Went to the white rose shopping center loads of books in Whsmith , Hmv and Waterstone's all stacked out with the fifty shades trilogy , i told Helen i will just wait for the films to come out.

Its Just passed midnight as i write this , the bus was late i Had to pick Helen up from her friends ,so it was nearly half past eleven when we finally got home ,has i had been waiting for a bus since ten o clock , i cooked my food and i have just now finished my tea supper call it what ever , and Helen is already tucked up in bed in the land of nod if not she is counting sheep. Her i-phone alarm will go of at five am then again at five thirty before her feet hit the floor and she is vertical instead of her favorite horizontal position and she gets her arse out of bed , mine will sound itself at six thirty five am and i will get up and dressed to take Helen to work , its and Olympic event every morning in our house and we are gold medalists without a doubt .

MORNING.
Well i have dropped the car of at the garage at seven this morning its about a mile away from our house and its all up hill on the way back , now its just a case of waiting for the phone to ring to confirm if its passed or to inform me of any work that needs doing , i am on edge i cant manage a big repair bill but i cant not have a valid certificate too risky , at least its pay day , rich for a day again its a fcuking nightmare.

I need cheering up and that's by either getting out to the coast this weekend and smelling the sea and walking on the beach and maybe eating fish and chips ,well more than likely eating fish and chips and taking loads of photos , OR going in to town and getting pissed up and pigged out either way i be happy

Its now 10 0 clock and no word from the garage i am still waiting to hear the fate of my wheels .

11 o clock the garage has phoned need two new break pipes two new tyres and new break pads ,and the hand break doing its £450 , not impressed might sell it sick of it i don't even go to work in it as i cant park it up , Helen wont be happy neither , never going to get a break its forever uphill struggle.

Harvey our Rag doll cat went out last night and has not returned , there has been no sign of him at all he usually comes home in the early morning and its nearly mid day and he has not reappeared it was ten o clock last night , i heard him in next doors garden he couldn't get through to our garden so i went round for him , Iowas chasing him around the neighbours garden with a torch , crazy cat.

My Daughter has moved house yet again this time its four bedrooms and is a new build and she has her own bedroom , plus they have a proper Internet connection no more dongaling. Her friends from work helped her move her belongings when they had finished for the day , she skyped me and we video chat for a while.

Booked the car in for a M.O.T fingers crossed it does not need loads of money spending on it to put it right , with out a M.O.T certificate my insurance is invalid i will drop it of tomorrow after i have taken Helen to work i will have just been paid wonder what chunk of cash the certificate will end up costing me i think the brakes might be a issue but that for them to decide and the heater blower is not working not sur eif that is covered by the MOT.

Helen wants to sell the house she mentioned it again this morning i don't think the timing is right just now , but hey ho if that's what she wants will do it , i think it will take a couple of years to sell it anyway in this current market and we would be lucky to sell it this side of Christmas. At the end of the day there is other places to live and it makes no difference as long as we agree to where we want to live. Also we can clear our debts and maybe end up with cash in the bank and move on to pastures new , part ownership might be the way to go so its not all dead money.

They should be affordable housing for everyone , and every one should have the right to buy a house if they want to , it annoys me there is little or no help for people struggling and who are surviving on a low income , for them at some stage to own their own house and home , as every ones basic right is to be able to work for a living , the right to food , warmth ,clothing and shelter.

There is too many people homeless and living rough living in poverty and starving and we are classed a a civilised country that we watch people starving to death each year on the T.V and you tube , yet still spend millions on weapons of mass destruction , i really should find a deserted part of the rain forest or tropical island and live there rather in this god forsaken place called England.

Anyway nothing stays the same in the pond or the lily pad for long perhaps we yet to find our true place we will call home , trouble is the clock is always ticking i need to feel that i have stability and roots that being out down uncertainty is distressing and having no money depressing , perhaps a minimalistic lifestyle is the answer have only what you need nothing to excess.

Thank god we both get paid midnight Thursday as we have no funds in the pig to spend we have food Helen as cigs and i have my weekly bus ticket and the pets have food but no eating out no ebaying no shopping until the cash is in the bank the lottery tickets bought and fingers crossed.

The weather is back to its grey dull self , at least so far its not rained but there is a storm on the horizon no doubt.

Thinking about :- Noodles with curry duck.

Watching :- You Tube documentaries about Japan.

Wanting :- Happiness for every one.

Its scorching the sun as come out to play and its red hot . Dropped Helen of at work then drove down to the Mill and parked up ,i had Pip already in the car , we walked down to the canal and walked in to the city , after a few hundred yards we had to make a detour the Police had it cornered off with blue police tape and two officers were on sentry duty . They had discovered a body in the water , that's all i know its not unusual for body's to turn up in the Leeds and Liverpool canal there is on average at least one a year , lots of students come to Leeds they get drunk fall in or decide to cool off take a dip and they end up drowning and they are usually male , i finally made it back on to the canal about a mile later near to the Harley Davidson dealership.

.

Had to make the same detour the police was still on scene , it was red hot i need ice cold water , ice cream and air con our office at work is going to be a stifling sweat box its better than forking money out for a sauna just one of our perks will let you know if i think of any more , As they say mad dogs and English men. Seems that summer is finally here hopefully will last beyond the weekend as i want to go to Southport Saturday and York Sunday.

Monday, July 23, 2012

well another Monday least its sunny , Helen didn't want to go to work neither do i something we both have in common .
Helen wants to move out of Leeds so do i something else we have in common , Helen wants to move like tomorrow i ,am prepaid to wait a while longer unless we win loads of cash or get a inheritance from a lost aunt or uncle we never knew about , if that was the case i wouldn't hesitate i pack up , ship out , move on and start a fresh.

Its damn frustrating because we both know the centre of the universe is not Leeds its not even the centre of England we both crave new life styles yet desperately stuck in a massive rut , but then we don't sing alone.

I settle for changing the lives we are living here firstly , make new beginnings and change our routine we constantly do the same things at the same time , we buy the same brands eat the same food and shop at the same shops , instead we should be do different things listening to new music and reading new books , watching new films , every month a film comes out i would like to see yet we don't go to the cinema .they are new bars that have opened that we have never been in , discover new eating places and visit the museums that we have never been round and that are on our doorstep , and take time out to discover a Leeds and Yorkshire that we have never seen before.

It does not help people going on holiday English people in foreign country's discovering themselves and finding new places i want more photos of me in different cities world wide before i die and its unlikely to happen , but for today at least its sunny and you never know what the future holds.

.

went to the 11 th Earl for breakfast this is the 2nd sunday running when really we shouldnt be pigging out like we do , you can eat as much as you want and we did plus had two cups of coffee to wash it all down for £12 its a proper bargin and the food is always well cooked .

Went to Pendle where the witches came from and Downham where Whistle down the wind was filmed in the 60,s we tried to find the farm house where it was filmed to no avail we was not sure its exact location Helen went to Witches Galore a shop she wanted to go to for ages , it was hot for a change we walked round stopped for a can of coke and went back home on the way we stopped of at Golden acre park and walked Pip again , this time getting a Magnum ice cream. Once nearer home stopped and got a large bottle of pear cider another weekend coming to a close , least we had some sun.

P.S The trials of the Pendle witches in 1612 are among the most famous witch trials in English history, and some of the best recorded of the 17th century. The twelve accused lived in the area around Pendle Hill in Lancashire, and were charged with the murders of ten people by the use of witchcraft. All but two were tried at Lancaster Assizes on 18–19 August 1612, along with the Samlesbury witches and others, in a series of trials that have become known as the Lancashire witch trials. One was tried at York Assizes on 27 July 1612, and another died in prison. Of the eleven who went to trial – nine women and two men – ten were found guilty and executed by hanging; one was found not guilty.

Was up at half seven took Pip for a walk to the cemetery it was sunny and not too cold by the time it was ten o clock we was in the car heading for Manchester city center about a fifty minute drive away from Leeds , we parked underneath some bridge arches for only £3.50 for the day we parked up and walked in to the city a few minutes away.

its as big as Leeds city centre if not bigger obviously they have a lot of the same shops as they do in our city center and the same cafes. One thing they have that Leeds does not have is trams we didn't go on one but they seem a good way of avoiding traffic jams.

.

We went to the tourist information centre to see where the Eye was and its no longer in the city was a bit pissed of they had got rid of it as far as i know they had one in York not sure if that's still there , it might end up being erected in Leeds if they are doing a tour with it , i have no idea what the photo below is but i found it quite intriguing.

I have found out what it is its called the Tip street horn by David kemp www.davidkemp.uk.com/blog and cost £25000 to make .

Tib Street Horn is sited on the top of the ruins of a Victorian hat factory at the intersection of Tib Street and Church Street, just off Piccadilly in Centre Manchester. It is an urban landmark sculpture announcing the gateway to Manchester's Northern Quarter, which is currently enjoying cultural regeneration as the Creative Quarter, with many music shops, venues, cafes, studios and galleries. The horn represents a large musical instrument.

We ended up in the Chinese quarter i wanted to eat a Chinese buffet Helen though it might be a bit dodgy and we would end up with food poisoning smelling all the different food cooking plus it was now one o clock and we had not had breakfast was torture , Chinese torture .

Walking through the city center we saw Krisshan Jade Busking i have seen her on my friends face book he liked her page she as a good voice and makes a good living i guess , we have a singer who does Leeds he sells cd's and can knock fifty to sixty a day at a £5.00 each he is called The Bedroom orchestra and as a record deal check them out on You Tube.

We picked the car back up and decided to go to the Quay and see if it compared to our one at Leeds.

On the way we detoured and headed for Trafford shopping centre to get something to eat Helen got fish and chips i got a KFC with gravy and a large coke , We bought Helen's engagement ring from there she took it in for cleaning and polishing we have to go back in a couple of weeks , they are re plating it for her because it white gold they are doing it free of charge.

We called in to a few more shops Helen bought me a leather bracelet from Fossil and we bought a couple of ice cold cherry coke and lemon Fanta for the drive back home all in all we will be going back to Manchester its different to Leeds and Helen says she prefers it to our city , at the end of the day we have both lived in Leeds for ninety years between us and a change is good as a rest.

Above my Freelander it takes us everywhere the price of diesel is going up again it dropped for a few weeks and they reckon its going to go up 10p a litre .

My daughter was arrested in New Zealand she had been coming home from after a night out with a friend they had got a KFC take away , and the taxi driver had radio the police d given the police the address that he was taking them to , the police was waiting when the taxi pulled up my daughter said its because they had spilt a carton of coke all over the back seat of the cab , the liquid kind and not the white powdery stuff you put up your nose , and he wanted $100 compensation because he couldn't take any more fares with the seat being drenched my daughter refused and kicked off big style and as a result the taxi driver got a kicking and my daughter she got arrested.
She said she now has bruises on her wrists from the police hand cuffs and not from reenacting scenes from Shades of grey , and that she wasn't that drunk for a Saturday morning as she only had downed three bottles of wine and half a bottle of vodka , anyway after five hours banged up she was released without any charges , she got her KFC back and a police car dropped her off supposedly near her home when she said they had driven miles too far , they told her to get a taxi funny kunts.

I bet she felt very alone , when them cuffs go on and your driven to jail and the door slam shuts behind you and its a cold cell with a concrete floor and brick walls and the key turns you know you have absolutely no power you are just a number .

Helen came out with a classic she said just before i go to bed every night i am really knackered and tired out , she said every nights the same , i said yes hopefully you are that's why you go to bed if you was wide eyed and wide awake there be little point.
Then she text me to bring her a cup or tea up to the bedroom and her headache tablets from the kitchen drawer because she was getting a pain in her foot i said that's the opposite end of the body and the furthest point away from your head i pointed out to her she said well a pain is a pain , that's women's logic for ya.

The queen of England came to Leeds yesterday to open the Leeds arena which will hold rock promotions gigs and concerts ,and is opening in summer 2013 , no i did not go had to wash my hair , i didn't even realise until i got in to work at two and was asked if i had been to see her , that was the first i knew that she was coming up North .

Took Helen to work just before seven this morning and yes its raining dull and grey yet again ,went to the supermarket bought a danish for breakfast need to go out and get some pigs ears if i can for Pip , Helen has three readings booked in for tonight ,Her job was ok yesterday she was telling me that her boss owns a red Ferrari , a black Porsche and black 4x4 Bmw that she knows off , plus a small plane which he pilots himself all from making foot wear a pair of boots sells for £900,he employs his brother he turns up for work in a oldish motor home.

The Google Asus nexus 7 should be in the shops today might go and see what they are like then will have to consider if i wait for the rumoured i pad mini and see the prices and spec that is ,lets face it could always sell the Nexus if i ended up preferring the i-pad mini , or give it to Helen.

Not had any pear cider for a few weeks , not had a creamy frothy coffee for a few weeks and i have not had a Chinese take away curried duck and noodles for a weeks. Might have to hit Manchester city center tomorrow and do some eating , drinking and taking of photos specially if we go on the eye. Anyway its Friday a ten hour shit to do starting at twelve than its down time yippee.

Might dig out Freddie Mercury and Queen tracks out now that's a thought.

My Daughter had a lad posted a Oasis song on you tube that he as covered playing his guitar he is very good , my Daughter is called Tuesday hence the TUII reference at the beginning of the video ,http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXkz_MhHv9M

Helen is having a hard time at work she is being trained by the bosses wife and she is a bitch from hell .Helen left work in tears and this is not the first time . i have told her to go back today pull her to one side away from everyone and politely ask what her fcuking problem is , and to top it all its still grey miserable and raining yet again if it carries on i am going to get all the pets together and build a ark , or buy a camcorder and film my own version of Water world wonder what Kevin is doing .

The set for the opening ceremony at the Olympics as cost £27 million pounds , yet there are hungry , jobless homeless people on the streets of London well done England we excel once again at getting it totally wrong , maybe once all the athletes have left the Olympic village they will give the housing to the homeless Charity's to house the homeless people , yeah right as if.

well not sure what's on the cards for the weekend also i got to decide what holidays i want off from work so far i have had one day of and that was a lieu day and didn't come off my holiday entitlement be nice to get a weekend break in Amsterdam go over on the ferry Friday come back Monday or do Monday to Friday i don't mind , go to the cafes get some space cakes , sample the dutch lager and sex shops and shows and find Hanky Pankys tattoo shop ,will have to get Pip in to boarding kennels she wont be happy , got to get out of here sick of never doing anything different need to broaden my horizons drastically before life passes me by , need to change it around live in reverse , jump tracks and invent new pastimes never too late , i know that much , touring Europe in a camper van what could be better or more down to earth or romantic , modern day Gypsy's.

Wednesday, July 18, 2012

Well up again at the crack of dawn , we've all been up the crack of dawn all i can say is lucky Dawn who ever she is .Its dull grey and wet YET AGAIN , just bet the Olympics is going to be one big wash out serves them right for hosting it in England least the sale of umbrellas and wellington boots will go up. If i was trying to sell England to a foreign buyer and had to list all the good points i am not sure what top ten things on that list would be IF ANYTHING.

The Beaches :- down south not too bad but compared to Bora Bora , Seychelles Maldives then no , only thing in common is yes , we have salt in our oceans too ,but don't take a mouthful we have other stuff floating around in there too.

The Hotels :- not really unless you are super rich they are average hotels offering poor service poor food and poorly decorated rooms with dripping showers hard beds and poor lighting on line with Fawlty towers at best.ONLY PLACE YOU WILL SEE A TROUSER PRESS.

The Food :- well its why we have brown sauce and tomato sauce , mustard and Lea Perrins , food very bland some hand made pork pies from local butchers very good , fish and chips good up North shite down south scraps a must deep fried mars bars and pies if in Scotland , stay away from all Indian and Chinese fish shops they just don't do it right if they are not using beef dripping to fry in don't go there.

Breakfast very good unless up Scotland than its kippers and salty porridge that's why god gave them whiskey. Kebab pizzas worth a try Subway's too , KFC and Maccy d's if your American and you end up in one you wont stop laughing you will choke , the quality and portions nothing like you get in the states you be photographing it and posting it to friends back home .

Prices cost of living :- if using travels cheques to save time and queueing cash them all at once , and be prepared to max out all credit cards you will never ever forget your trip to rainy wet grey sodden England , as you will be paying it for years to come.

Transport :- railways , buses wait ages in the rain then pay extortionate prices and fares whats fair about them i have no idea ,stand up most of the way only to find it would have been healthier and quicker to cycle there, please note most city's say they are twenty four hours and city's that never sleep ,but bus drivers do you will find that all buses stop ruining at around half past eleven , taxis take a pack up with you specially in London you be in traffic for ages the drivers don't have a meter in the cabs they have a calender.

Weather :- good for ducks and frogs.

People :- we speak numerous dialects and have our own little customs , and then there is Wales and the Welsh don't even try to read the sign posts they might as well be written in Chinese and don't mention shearing sheep you'll have to get your own.

As you can guess I am not going to the Olympics , i am not really interested its a white elephant at best ,including G4S security thank god they don't give them guns ,be lucky if they have alarm clocks but Glocks nah, and i know that we wont do that well what's new ,and i know people will say its the taking part that counts , no its wining that counts and we don't do wining that good anymore, and buy the way its still FCUKING raining.

The Medals
The Olympic medals are designed especially for each individual Olympic Games by the host city's organizing committee. Each medal must be at least three millimeters thick and 60 millimeters in diameter. Also, the gold and silver Olympic medals must be made out of 92.5 percent silver, with the gold medal covered in six grams of gold. ours come in a little red net money bag in gold foil and have chocolate in them yum yum something we got right years ago.

Helen bought a new set of Tarot cards this time unicorn every time she has a reading whatever cards they have used she tends to buy to add to her collection good old Amazon for making this possible will have to get another wooden box for them .

if only i don't bend and break . i'll meet you on the other side , i'll meet you in the light. if only i don't suffocate, i'll meet you in the morning when you wake.

I felt crap last night at work , and i was clock watching most of the night which is lethal , i just couldnt get motivated one little bit , i was never so happy to see six o clock come so i could jump in the car and get back home.It was another hour before i got in to bed , i dropped Helen of at work then went on to the supermarket for dog and cat food plus some cat litter and i bought a tin of chicken curry for my tea sounds crap but its curry in a hurry and you cant beat it for a fast meal and to be truthful its not that bad.

spoke to my daughter via face book and she has now saved $450 in a few weeks she as also more or less found somewhere else to live looking on google earth it looks a nice area , a lot better than our street in Bramley .

Monday, July 16, 2012

Took Helen to work and i told her that tonight i was working through the night until six in the morning. I knew on Friday my hours but decided not tell her until the start of this week as i knew she be pissed off all weekend , I,am considerate at least i have the day off until seven tonight , need to load a couple of film s on to my i-phone just in case its a quite night . Also i can pick Helen up from work when she finishes at four.

Helen as three readings booked in for this coming Friday she was quite last week it not unlikely that she will get another through the week as well usually if she works Friday she will do something during the week as well.

she text me saying nothing was going right at work , know the feeling its Monday the sun is not out its not even trying to shine , who wants to go to work on a day like today , who wants boring mondays to keep coming round week after week , we both know life is too short and we should be doing something totally different its up to us to change it but how and to what and when , we are getting feed up of how we are living and were we are living ,but what do we do the questions that are seeking are never answered.

THESE QUESTIONS NEED ANSWERING

A.If we sold this house where do we live.

B.What happens to our jobs if we move out of Leeds.

C. If and when do we do it .

didn't go to bed till after two am Sunday morning was up at half nine on our way for breakfast at The 11th Earl , you can eat as much as you like including black pudding potatoes onion and gammon fried together ,Helen had five eggs she only eats the yolks never the whites , then we had finished she put two of them on my plate .

Cut the hedges front and back and sides used some hedge trimmers takes about 30 minutes to cut it and four hours to tidy it all away , some idiot has planted roses bushes right next to the main hedge at the front of the house they are lethal hands covered in scratches , i cut them right back i view roses as weeds hate them might dig them up and bin them ,

thats another weekend over and done with we was thinking of going over to Manchester town center will do when i next get paid i think maybe go over on the train so i can have a drink and go on the eye .

Didn't sleep in really late no point it be a waste of a weekend , went to Uppermill at Saddleworth , paid for a tarot card reading by Dominica she could read the cards but she wasn't psychic the reading was a joint one with Helen and was ok i didn't find it earth shattering but she didn't rush and talked to us afterwards about us and our plans , i got the feeling she liked us as a couple and could see we was good together and in love , i don't need no psychic or card reader to tell me that.

we went to the museum at Uppermill and discovered things we didn't know about the area we so much love and are regular visitors to , i picked up a load of hand outs of places to go to and see in the summer time in the peak and dales districts of Yorkshire and its neighbouring counties.

After we called in to the garden centre and shop selling house goods and crafts pottery glass wear etc i bought some hand made soap , hand made soap lasts ages is weird and wonderful smells and colours and is very silky when lathered up i might go back and get half a dozen different bars , well not very manly but we all need to bathe and be clean.

We stopped on the way home to one of our favorite fish and chips restaurants for our tea as always the food was good and we left full , then drove home to chill and check out the new soap with Helen , i love playing find the soap .

Above Agnes Stewart high school i attended from eleven to sixteen , one big waste of time .

I have not had chance to hear Helen's reading from last night and i didn't have chance really to speak in depth about what was said last night , or this morning after i had dropped her friends of home and i had cooked my tea supper evening meal it was half past midnight and Helen had gone to bed.

i feel cold today its grey and dismal yet again what the weekend holds not sure as we have made no plans .

I am raiding the fridge to cook breakfast NEED SOMETHING TO CHEER ME UP , i have sausages but no bacon eggs and tomatoes and bread no mushrooms but i do have beans for me if its sausages i like Richmond Irish sausages cant do with Wall's , the best ones i have had occasionally are hand made Italian pork sausages they are gorgeous and costly at around £2.99 for four they have been nowhere near Italy , i buy them from a local supermarket in Kirkstall.

I was thinking the other day when i was reading the free paper on the bus to work , that i have not bought a daily newspaper for ages must be a couple of years at least if not longer , i use to get three papers every sunday to read, and one paper each day through the week , i cant recall why i stopped , we use to swap daily papers at work , and i would do the daily crossword , then it ceased stopped no more daily news , might buy one today just out of curiosity .

Bought a pack of four Gel pens as i hate using normal biro's and hate blue ink pens unless its a proper fountain pen then i would still prefer black , when i use to write a diary i would always buy a black diary and write in black ink , its just more classy , that's something else i have stopped over the years write a hand written diary .

Cant remember what was the last paperback book i bought or magazine i purchased now i download them all and read them on my pc or laptop , i-phone etc .

I have not bought a cd album for ages too or dvd film i don't even have a proper cd player a part from the drives on my computers or using the dvd player in the sitting room , but even that has a usb port and we watch everything or listen to and view photos off a usb pen drive .

I think i would like this weekend to go around and photograph all the places in Leeds where i grew up where i went to and places i use to go to over the years might try and download them from a website http://www.leodis.net/ they store photos of Leeds through the years , cause i cant see it being a blistering weekend weather wise , if it gets any darker or colder will have to put the lights and heating on.according to the record books July according to the Met office as been the wettest dampest month since records started , i blame Fifty Shades of Grey personally.

Above is the utility knife i ordered of ebay but they would not let me purchase it because it was considered a knife (weapon), so i emailed the firm direct in America and they sent me a electronic invoice , and i paid , today i got the Gerber utility knife , result. God Bless America.

Bread both brown and white i bought this morning after dropping Helen off , and some milk , for tea i bought a ricotta cheese and spinach with tomatoes stone baked pizza,we will just throw it in to the oven tonight when i finish my shift.

the sun is trying to make a show its quite sunny at the moment but rather cool at least its not looking like it will rain , but its any one guess these days as to what to wear once you venture out .

Due to all the rain we have had the grass at the front and back of the house need cutting it only takes forty minutes and is not one of the worse jobs i have to do , on the plus side it all ways looks better once done and should not need doing again for a few months , the garden waste bin is also empty for the grass cuttings. when i finished it looked trimmed and neat a few snails got obliterated they where hiding in the long grass suppose a rotary lawn mower is a bit like a food processor its going to chop and dice things that are living and lurking in darker recesses ,sorry mr and mrs snail.

Helen as the psychic coming this evening who is getting more and more renowned she let her down the other week , although she was more than likely doubled book not very professional but Helen is eager to see her and get her own reading done .Quite a few other psychics have said the same thing that we are going to be working together and move out of Leeds possibly living and working in Europe which would suit me and we would have a good income and no money worries that be the best thing of all not to be mega rice just to be comfortable pay bills on time have some savings and go on holiday once a year would improve our life.

Well the Nexus 7 tablet will be available to buy when i get paid at the end of the month , and i now have to decide whether i buy this or wait to see what Apple are releasing in the next couple of months as there is rumours that they have a 7" tablet in the pipeline , suppose i would have to wait will get better feed back on the Nexus seven if nothing else , Helen does not see the point in getting one then again i don't see the point in Helen spending £200 a month on cigarettes which is the price that i am looking at spending unless its a Apple then i might go up to £250.

Down hill to the weekend roll on Friday night need to relax and chill been really tired these early mornings are beginning to wear me down and i feel knackered at work come 8 0 clock i could fall asleep working on your own would give me perfect opportunity to catch up on forty winks , i have never done it as of yet if i get that bad i go for a walk about my areas but it is very tempting , its also tempting to do nothing but drink coffee and read or watch a film i have on the i-phone at any given time but i never do.

Sometimes i wish i had a team member all the other supervisors have two people i am on my own , billy no fcuking mates , if i don't do it it does not get done which is what motivates me most of the time .

Working with Helen would be bliss i suppose would we argue who does not don't think so as long as she did as she was told and didn't forget who wears the trousers LOL we be fine and sex with the boss would be expected especially in works time .

Eating :- ice cold strawberries and double cream

Watching ;- Richard Gere in "Internal Affairs".

Still listening to "Keane" all their albums.

Thought for today :- Need a holiday

Took Helen to work got , it was sunny and felt that it was going to get hotter i was back home just after seven i put Pip in the car and drove to Armley Mills and parked up from there we walked along the canal bank heading for the city about two miles away .

above abandon shack disused and as been in this state for ages its a bit of a eye sore no doubt pigeons will find good use for it and other wild life .

At that time of a morning there was a few joggers about some people on foot walking in to work and quite a few on mountain bikes.

There is plenty of one and two bed room apartments with in a five minute walk in to the city centre these range from around £500 to £750 a month to rent usually a minimum of six months is required.

Your only a few minutes from Leeds intercity train station from here you can commute to London in around two hours if you can afford the train fare prices it wouldn't be much more to fly.

More city apartment blocks if you have a car you are looking at another £120 a month for parking charges some places are offering parking for £3.00 a day which is cheap for Leeds .

These photos below are just random shots i took this morning after taking these and walking back to the car it down poured and we got wet but not soaked half a hour later it was glorious and the sun came out i went to buy some bacon sausages and tomatoes sitting down to eat them it began another downpour its crazy weather we are having hopefully we can get out this weekend and take more photos .

The walk this morning took just under two hours at the end of the canal it is more or less Leeds city centre the canal goes all t , a few hundred yards up the canal and the river Aire is Clarence docks this is where we use to live when Helen and I first moved in together.

Another grey dull rainy day at least its not Monday , work was totally crap yesterday i was glad when it was ten o clock and end of my shift , it all went Peter Tong.

The highlight of my day was speaking with my daughter for around a hour on my land line phone she can call me for around $2.00 a hour , she told me she wants to move in the house she went to view and she should have her passport renewed at a cost of $300 which made it an expensive night out for her even though her friend was paying for the drinks all night.

My son called me he might be coming over to Leeds to meet up at some stage over the coming days which will be nice to see him again if he does not will try and meet up with him and his girlfriend in York at the end of the month go for a pint and a curry or a Chinese , there is plenty of things to do in York and its great for photographers loads of old buildings, castles, moats and gargoyles lurking above the street and roof tops of York city.

Been looking on lone at people who are living in tiny spaces of 100 sq foot and its amazing what innovations and design concepts there is available for micro living they are usually for one person but some larger ones i have seen could easily accommodate two , at the end of the day how much do we really need , how many clothes do we wear and why do we keep hold of stuff we no longer use or need. I think a minimalistic life can be good and a minimalistic life does not mean cheap or being tight with money usually it means living with less but with the best .

After starting again with more or less nothing we in the four years we have been together have amassed loads of belongings already and to say the first week we lived in a hotel then moved in a to a furnished apartment for six months its quite a lot of stuff we have accumulated in a short period of time.

When i left my house i took a Nike bag full of clothes , my i-pod and my external hard drive and i was happy i could get on to a bus with all my worldly goods , i left my computer it being a desktop , a laptop i would have took if i had owned one at the time and also a camera , the rest i left although i did go back and take my desk top pc at a later date .

Watching :- "Black Rain" 1989 staring Michael Douglas and "Fatal Attraction" 1987 both of these films i am pretty sure i went to the pictures to see when they where first released
