ONE DAY OFF
After working Saturday today was a lazy day we did food shopping spending £146 on meat and veggies and other essential food stuff .
Helen did two readings last night which helped with the paying the food bill we did not really get any treats no frivolous items , I got a voucher for ten pence of every litre of fuel next time i fill up i will wait a few days before using it..
I went to visit my sister while Helen was doing her readings and stayed a couple of hours , i lived with them when moved out of my family home years ago , i slept in the back room on camper bed all my worldly goods in a sports bag i was happy i was seeing Helen earning money and basically freedom to do what ever i wanted fond memories , i always liked her garden its massive and hopefully they will have a barbecue this year.
Helen had her own reading done this evening by a renowned psychic her friend Erin called she stayed for sunday dinner she too also had a reading , whilst i laid out on the bed watching two episodes of Hannibal and surfing the web whilst wearing my headphones .
So that was my one day off.

ITS FINE
Today is payday and i finally paid the £100 speeding fine that i got filmed going through a junction which has cameras on the traffic lights this was way back in November last year , the lights thank god had not changed to red and at least they have not asked for any interest .
I again phoned the lease company and are waiting for them to call back regarding my request to dump the car back on them its easier getting rid off a plague of rats.
Hopefully tomorrow i am working overtime from seven till mid afternoon , i have to drive Helen to Leeds as she has two readings booked in for seven o clock means i will have to kill a couple of hours on Netflix via my Google Nexus or i-phone.
The weather is back to its boring grey dull with light showers and is totally depressing at least Sunday i will able to relax go shopping for groceries and food we need whilst we have some cash , will fill the car up to the max today get some more Nectar points on my card , its becoming a quest so its all fine for now.
Well going to get ready for work i start at two can't wait .

STICK IT YO
Totally pissed of my tax code as altered yet again my lease car us being classed as a company car so I am taxed against it on my tax allowance as I pay £280 a month through salary sacrifice how the fuck is it a company car , I spoke with the tax office and they was in agreement with me that I should not be paying more tax and they will alter my tax code back to what it should be for next month , anything owed to me will be will be paid via a cheque.
That does not help me this month so I am a little bit peeved and even more so when i found out the receptionist on a lesser pay band with fewer responsibilities is earning considerable more than me what's the fucking point in being a supervisor .
I am phoning the lease company up tomorrow and telling them to take the car back and stick it where the sun don't shine.

REPEAT OFTEN.
Tuesday is over already work as been busy done three HPV,s basically it means that I have fumigated three areas to kill all germs and viruses each bombing takes over three hours to set up and manager and to revisit to undertake the checking that ensures that there is no leaks of poisonous gas at fifteen and thirty minutes intervals.
It is payday again Thursday night at the midnight hour.
Wednesday
My daily routine is this , I get out of bed at around eight after visting the bathroom I will dress in combat pants or jeans and a t- shirt and Croc's crap if the grass is wet or if its raining , i will go down one flight of stairs to the kitchen /living room and wash up any pots up from the night before , while I wait for the kettle to boil to make one cup of tea and one cup off coffee.
Whilst drinking my coffee I will wash Pips bowls and give her fresh water and food .
Helen will come down and nuke her tea in the microwave .
At around quarter to nine I will take Pip to the back of the cottage and walk her around the grassland and pond watching any ducks landing or taking off and any other wild life like rooks and frogs hopefully when it gets warmer they will be electric blue dragonflies around the pond area , after half a hour I will be back at home .
I will check updates to blogs and vlogs that I follow one is about a lad living permanently on a narrow boat and he is called Dan Brown "A sort of interesting life" , another is a couple living and working in a camper van called "where's my office now" , and the last one I regular watch is "Mr Thaibox 123 "a vlog about his life and the love of anything to do with technology , all are good and each totally different.
After I will drive down to the supermarket and buy what ever we might need milk bread cigs or anything we need for tea sometimes s ham and cheese for toasties .
At midday I will get washed and changed to go to my job at the hospital I will drive the hours journey to the city and try and get a parking space where i can leave the car for my full shift which starts at two , if not I have to go back out and move it to another spot or get a parking ticket as it's two hours free parking no return in four hours so I move it one block at four which as it ends at six I won't get fined .
At ten o clock in the evening I drive the hours return journey back home , once home i will walk through the door and take Pip out , after eating maybe watch TV and spend a hour online then go to bed around one repeat with little or no variation for five days until the weekend.
It is payday again Thursday night at the midnight hour.

GOOD FRIDAY
Good Friday I washed and waxed the Suzuki Swift before going to work.
Its red hot and very sunny and incredibly very few clouds which might mean we get a great weekend.
I can use the staff car park today for the cost of a pound permit so that makes life easy the same applies to bank holiday Monday meaning no parking tickets for me for the next two work days .
Helen has loads of readings booked in Leeds tomorrow she will be working throughout the day hopefully although its hot and sunny they will all turnout and not go to the coast for the day.
First week back at work nearly over I have two bottles of Kopparberg pear chilling in the fridge the same two that I stopped off and bought when i was driving home on the night of the crash a miracle i know but for what ever reason I never drank them I will this weekend whilst sat out in the sun .
The wall the other driver took out was rebuilt yesterday the day I got my car back which seemed ironic , so all in all its been a a very good Friday.
Saturday
After going to bed at one am and having very little sleep i was up at seven so i could drive Helen over to Leeds so she could do her readings at her friends beauty salon in Pudsey.
I went to Pc World laptops and tvs that would have cost a couple of thousand of pounds years ago are being sold for a few hundred quid with higher specs .I also saw a great camera from Samsung it is 60x zoom interesting and it does not cost the earth .
It was a good turn out and it was a lucrative day it was after five when i picked her up .
We went for fish and chips to Compo's and then went home we was in bed for half past eight.
Sunday
Went for breakfast pigged out at the Toby carvery seeing that we did not get any Chocolate Easter eggs .
Didn't do much else today we cooked a lamb stew for supper with boiled potatoes and lentils to be honest its been rather boring it is Easter Monday tomorrow and i am at work , i think next week will be sunnier .
I have not been out in the Juke since it got returned to me i still don't know if the lease company will take it back if they do i want it in the same condition that it is in now and one another reason is it says i can do 53 miles on the diesel that is in currently left in the tank and i can't refill it until pay day.

TWENTY NINE YEARS AGO
Well first three days back at work have been sunny and hot but to day its a dark grey skies miserable and dull as the bank holiday Friday and Monday approach although I am working I still prefer the sun .
I got my wage slip and noticed that i had be given my pay rise and wage increment not sure by how much on a flat month I will be better of as this months wage had overtime in with it.
My Dad died twenty nine years ago today he has been dead longer than the time I had with him , I wonder what he would think of me now its hard to think if he approve of me or disapprove I think he be happy with where I am living and my job and the fact that I no longer smoke and hopefully the rest .
My sisters paid the insurance excess for the car repairs which the garage had undertaken the repair bill was in excess of £5000 , they are delivering the car back sometime today , hopefully by this time next week it will be back with the lease company , and in a few months time I will see an extra £350 a month in my pocket.

NOT RUSHING
Was in the shower just after half past seven I shaved and washed and gel my hair hair .
I took Pip out to the trail and pond at the back of the cottage this week is supposed to be warmer I do hope so.
I swapped work bags instead of the messenger bag that I have been using I have gone back to my original back bag as I reckon its easier to carry , I charged up my works iPod touch for my cleaning audits, threw in my umbrella filofax and moleskin also a Cree all steel torch and ear phones for iphone.
I ironed a shirt and trousers at least I am only working until ten tonight I need to refill my fountain pen and make sure I take my I'd badge and swipe cards to access all areas.
When I got to work I had forgotten my password to lg and n the PC I had to phone IT to reset it which wasted half an hour , once I had gotten logged on I opened my emails 156 to open and read some I deleted straight away some other have yet to open not rushing first day back at work in fact might not rush rest of week.

BACK WORKING.
Weekend over back to work tomorrow after my term on sick in a way I don't want to go back but know once I have completed a couple of days it be all back to normal , I think it will be a quick week and the weekend will come quickly hopefully.
Went to Dovestone this afternoon for a walk in the late afternoon after watching episodes of "Top Gear", we left the slow cooker on cooking a chicken stew with swede and black eye peas when we got home we cooked pancakes to go with the stew .
Caught up on " Breaking Bad" we have on episode left in season four before starting the final season.
Helen is under pressure by her parents and others to put herself forward for hospital tests with the possibility of under going surgery to be a kidney donor , there is major issues relating to this and its not straight forward or cut and dry as some people think it is , and feel people should back thefcuk up and leave her to decide what it is she wants to do with pressure from no one.

BACK TO WORK.
Defo going back to work Monday after five weeks on the pat and Mick.
Don't now if I am happy or sad I should be glad I have a job .
I don't think I could hack not working unless I had enough money to live on and do stuff otherwise one day just rolls in to another.
I think I will email all my fellow supervisors just to thank them for stepping in , and who have no doubt have had to supervise my staff and sortnout any issues during my absense.
No doubt next week will be red hot and a start of a major heat wave seeing I will be back at work.

FROGS BECOME ONE WITH THE ROAD.
Bought some fresh bread and a doz free range eggs a packet of pork sausages and a tray of fresh chicken thighs and a small tray of extra lean lamb mince a bag of sweet potatoes and bag of organic new potatoes ,we still have pork chops and chicken breast in the freezer.
Had my haircut today I like it short now its starting to get warm it was sunny driving home I actually had my shades on I bought a few weeks ago.
Took Pip out on a walk just before dust seeing the village and cottages with their lamps and lights on is a warming sight there is loads of frogs quite a few have been run over most of the lanes and back streets have no or intermittent street lighting and the frogs have no chance and are flattened in to the road they dry out in the sun and take ages to disappear of the road surface.
Hopefully the weekend and next week will be hot and sunny with higher temperatures.
Watching - "The Fifth State" and "Runner Runner".
Listening to - " Game OfThrones " audio book.

BUILD IT
Got a letter from West Yorkshire Police i have to pay the £100 fine in the next twenty eight days and send my license off for three points putting on to it , pain in the arse but guess i should not speed even though i was only a few miles over the limit , i was doing ton or even half a tonne , no need for speed unless on a race track hopefully lesson learnt.
Was watching a old episode of Grand Designs it is one of my all time tv programs even more so than Four Rooms and Dragon's Den and Top Gear, the episode featured Ben Law the woodsman who lived in the woods in a leaking old caravan for ten years before he got permission to build his house he can never sell it and if he leaves the wood he as to demolish it , he built a glorious house in a magnificent location he is self sufficient does a job he loves he is now married with two children and he is extremely happy and yes of course i am jealous .
I came across this web page recently i have been looking at shipping containers over the years and have always been intrigued by using them for a living space these are not the slums you would imaging would not look out of place on a beach or in a forest .

FOG
Went to See Helen's son Steve who use to live with us before getting his flat and before we left Leeds and moved in to Holmfirth.
He got beat up allegedly by seven men and was taken to Hospital , when we saw him to be honest he did not look that bad .
We took him some frozen meals bacon sausages oven chips bread and butter.
We also put him some money on his electric metre. His Internet went live today so i helped him set his wifi router for his TV and Ethernet connection for his broadband.
Helen did some cleaning in his kitchen she washed all his plates pots and cookware cleaned the fridge and kitchen worktops and units and mopped the floor .
Hopefully we left him feeling a lot better on the way home it was tea time we called in to KFC for fried chicken .I the pig iam had a bucket for one.
Put the lottery on we bought three lottery tickets and two bars of chocolate.
The weather today was very foggy for most of the day.Tomorrow is Thursday still not bored.
Photos taken this morning just after eight o clock using the Ricoh obviously looking dull and dark due to the fog not the camera .

RIVET
Parking tickets I received through work is still ongoing should find out more this week , so far I feel its 40/60 in favour that I will have to pay up fcuking typical.
Claim for the accident and car crash is still being processed and ongoing too, I heard from our solicitors today who are fighting on our behalf and we should hear more over the next fortnight.
I picked up a frog today it had its young on its back it was in the garden , the dog was showing interest in it so i picked them both up together , and moved them somewhere safer it was only after i had done this that i realised i had not wet my hands prior to handling them , i don't know if this is a old house wives tale or is a must , I will have to google it and see , i would hate to cause them any harm or stress how ever small if it was unavoidable.
The first two photos bellow taken with the Ricoh i borrowed of my sister .
If you look closely at the photo below you can make out two frogs i don't think they was mating and the did not attempt to leave each other as i picked them up to move them out of harms way,Goggle says no you don't hurt frogs by dry hands , it can cause them stress to be handled and stress does kill frogs.
Fourth week on sick still not bored one bit , specially today as it has been quite sunny and warm .
