Up again at half past six i use to get up earlier when i started work at seven but its different now i could get back home after dropping Helen of but never do , went to the supermarket bought the usual cat and dog food bread and bacon , there was not one shopper in apart from me.

its dull grey and light rain , and its June and the weather is not improving , summer just don't seem to be summer anymore it lasts a week , so far that's all we have had up to press just a few days of sun and clear skies , no wonder its so depressing everything is better when its blue skies its hot even settle for warm , all the more for emigrating and sodding off , if only.

bought another tin of low fat squirty cream for my coffee there just so nice i rather have no food and have a decent coffee to drink .

Been chatting to my Daughter in New Zealand using face book messenger for well over an hour this morning , she has bought a prepaid dongle for her net book .

Missing Helen around the house its boring no arse to smack on my way pass , no one to poke in the ribs or to hug or kiss , pips still fcuking sulking cause Helen is not here , ground hog day every day roll on weekend get out and about .
