YEARS AND MINUTES

My Son is twenty years old today how time flies i remember being his age its was a great period in time hopefully he is having a great day, my thoughts are with him. I sent him a message just before midnight.
Pointing out as if he did not know  that in a few minutes he no longer be a teenager . I guess Being twenty is good because all you want to be is twenty one , and when your twenty one you think you will always be that age. Thirty forty seems forever away and  fifty and sixty well its pointless even thinking about being  that age its too far off  , the trouble is no its not , as it tends to creep up on you week by week month by month year by year , i am still not settled and i am still making plans and still making changes , as the saying goes " life is what happens when you are busy making plans".

Found my Dragon belt this is quite a few years old i reckon at least 15 years i use to take my son and daughter in to town regular on a Saturday i use to go to the market to buy cheap tobacco of a dodgy man in in the cafe who had a extremely large shopping bag full of duty free Golden Virginia ,  i would also buy my regular  tattoo magazines if they were due out , two i regular bought each month were Tattoo Planet and Skin Deep ,   i bought the buckle one Saturday morning on such a trip ,  and a leather worker on the outside market stalls  had an available belt to fit it ,  i think the buckle was around £20 and is pewter , and the belt £8.00 , i think i am now wearing it on the next hole or two up as i have expanded not just my knowledge over the years , i have not worn it for ages but it's a very good strong sturdy belt ,i think i will  start wearing it more form now on or at least when i am wearing jeans.

12:30 p.m
went to Meadow Hall Sheffield it was extremely windy and the car got blown of track a few times then it started to rain and sleet  , we was only going because Helen wanted to buy some black pencils with swarovski crystal  on top that she saw last time we went but couldn't be arsed to get saw .

Stopped at Starbucks got a Venti white chocolate mocha and a chocolate chip shortbread , we needed to sit down as my right leg for some reason was hurting and started to collapse every so often whilst walking  it just liked died on me and folded it was weird i had no control over it  , reckon its something to do with muscle spasm hopefully it wont last.

Bought Helen a ring with a cross on a round disc she liked it and it was only £14 i have bought her a ring from the same shop the last time we went  which was double the price , my coloured ink cartridges for my pen came in the post today i am still waiting for the laptop power lead to arrive  hopefully it will  be tomorrow.

Helen is busy tonight until after eight or nine so i guess we will be eating late , as  i cooked a big fry up this morning i am not exactly starving , starving ,  but will need something  to eat , something cooked might have sausage and chips they are real pork sausages i bought not your Wall's or Richmond's but are handmade and are 99% meat you can taste the difference and can tell straight away when you cut into them i  might have sausage and mash with gravy and English mustard simple and nice .

I found this online and are available on  Ebay it's a hard drive case to fit my 4S  it will be the next thing i will buy for around £6.99 with fpp , in my opinion looks good and appropriate i know it wont be everyone's  cup of tea (Helen) but i like it .

Priscilla Parsnip is still growing but has gone a bit lop sided i think she needs planting on will have to give it a go will do this tomorrow will keep her in doors its to cold outside and a high risk of snow and frost .

Anyway here's  hoping That  my Son Guy had a great birthday i  will call him later to discuss his day , i  hope he has a few more score years  and ten , the way i was walking today and in pain , i know i wont be around forever  , mortality is good if your twenty the older you get the less you want it , not that i plan on checking out just yet,

CHEAPER NOW

My laptop is getting worse the screen just went totally black , i had to power down and reboot no idea as to why  it rebooted as normal no critical  messages from windows so what the fcuk , the sound is playing up ,and as been for a few months it went from being ok to freezing and screaming  for a few seconds then the sound or music starts again where it stopped  it can be fine for five minutes or more  then it reoccurs when the sound is acting ok its as it should be,  all normal and  no issues i have down loaded the  latest drivers for the sound card to no avail fcuking pc's it even does this playing back movies , you tube and all the various programmes i have for playing films and sound

Its getting to its fourth birthday and has served me well but its a DELL "don't ever last long " but its in with the old and out with the old  , and  i think now its way past its best before date and its fast approaching its  use  by now date is coming up even faster i reckon , i still need to get my desk top repaired i think i will have to take it in next month and get it fixed all the nights and unsocial hours i worked last month should easily pay for it fixing along with a faster cpu and a new wireless adaptor.

My second Pilot Parallel calligraphy pen came yesterday its the orange top 2.4 mm nib i have also ordered coloured ink cartridges not sure why as all you get is one of each of the twelve colours which are good for a few a4 sheets of paper depending on letter size of course , i am still not brilliant certain letters i can do its trying to find a style of my own that's unique to me but having some type of similar font guess i should master two or three different fonts then take it from there, i have had a calligraphy pen for years and go through stages , i should still be doing my para cord lessons but they also stopped if your interested go to Stormdranes blog for the cord and Theosone for writing , both masters at what they do and both are you tube.

Hoping  my new laptop power lead comes today Helen as the same laptop as me we got them together hers is red mine black so we are sharing the one lead not a major issue.

Helen had a reading last night and one this morning at eleven who comes to see a psychic before its dark weird if you ask me a time and place but he or she who pays the piper etc.

what else am i doing well apart from Tantric sex sessions experimenting with mind altering drugs and living in a cave for six months to find myself i ,  i have started to read up on John Lennon i really want to know about his days after the Beatles especially when he was living in New York with Yoko i have his Anthology box sheet but need to have a epub book or two for this period

Also  have been looking at the best cheapest laptop and best cheapest compact digital camera this is a hard task as its amazing what you can get for your money these days there is only one requirement they have to be new .Fuji film FinePix F660 maybe for a camera can now buy this for £99 16 meg pixels and 15x optical zoom a few months ago this cost £179 a £80 saving and what i always say to people is Fuji only make cameras they tend to get it right .

Laptop well not sure its a harder task as for a extra £75 0r £125 its a total different proposition as to  what you can get regarding spec etc what i have  got to remember is its going to be better than what i have and its not going to last more than four years so what do i require well large storage this has a 320 gig h/d 3 gig of memory and a Pentium dual core 2.2o ghz processor ,  so i guess a least a  500 gig hard drive ,  and hopefully a faster cpu and minimum 4 gig of ram .

The laptop is a Samsung series 3 and not a Dell  it is cheaper than the one i am using now by £125 , it has a Intel Pentium cpu 1,3 , 6 gig of memory and 500 gig hard drive and is running windows 8 ,  64 bit , another plus and  its battery life last twice as long than what i have now , and at just  £379 that's well under five hundred for both and  i bet in another few months it will be £320 if not less cheap as chips that's micro not the potato kind.

Well all the snow as gone and it has been sunny for part of the day  , but it looks like showers are about to start as the skies are really dark , so  time to go watch a film i think with a hot cup of coffee a slice of cheese cake it feels like late afternoon its just gone twelve .

Helen's reading took nearly three hours now the oven is loaded with a joint of beef roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings we are also having mash and gravy made with Marmite so its rich dark and beefy we will eat then turn the heating on and watch films "The Hobbit" and "Nowhere" a film about the life of John Lennon  and Imagine a documentary film made by John and Yoko.

NED NOT DEAD

We were supposed to be cooking a joint of beef and all the trimmings  but we decided to roast it tomorrow instead , need to get some Horse radish sauce , anyway Helen as a reading tonight and it would have been pushing it to get it cooked eaten and the house cleaned  ,  she is in bed at the moment to catch up on sleep and because its warmer.I tend not to feel the cold as much as her.

Its grey ,cold , wet and freezing  and we don't have the Central heating on  until it's later in the afternoon  until its dark when the temperature will drop even further.

We have to  live like this because  the price and  cost of natural gas and that we owe over £850 for gas we previously used and not paid for , hence the reason we are on a meter , now we have to pay up front pay before we use and burn so  no money no gas , not enough pounds credited then it shuts off no fuel coming through , so  that then means there is no hot water for washing shaving etc  we can still cook as the oven is electric its only the hobs that are gas , another reason to invest in a George Foreman grill and a microwave oven least we have the Internet and cups of coffee to keep me from going insane.

I have done very little today  i been watching "The Walking Dead" i have finished season one and are about to start on season two in between making cheese and chicken tikka toasted sandwiches and surfing Tumblr and You Tube when Helen's reading turns up at around half past seven tonight the heating will be on and  i will go upstairs to our bedroom  out of the way get on top of the bed and watch a episode or two from season two on my Nexus 7 using my headphones.

When i lived at home i spent each evening at home up in my room Listening to music or watching tv i use to take a flask of coffee with me so i wouldn't have to venture down , my tv was colour and my parents was monochrome black and white , i had tv console i connected through the tv ariel that allowed me to play the tennis video game Pong , that had been available in arcades but was no available for home use too , via a top box and hand held controllers it was high tech , i also had a decent stereo with a Rotel amp and tuner which i four speakers wired speakers in to it along with  my cassette deck to get a half decent play back.

When i got older and lived in my first house i spent a lot of time in the bed room rather than the living room i ad my Sony sound system and decent tv up in my room where down stairs had a crappy television and stereo , so i don't mind chilling in the bed room one thing we don't have since i have lived with Helen is a tv in the bedroom nor do we drink coffee in the bedroom i use to always take a coffee upstairs to bed and watch tv for a hour or so before going to sleep.

Its getting darker now it will be dark soon it is twenty minutes to four raining and still windy only difference is the heating will be coming on soon and it will be inky black outside rather than grey and the street lights will be on and tomorrow will be another day .

GOING NOWHERE DOING NOWT

All the snow as gone we had loads of rain and when we woke it was back to green grass and green hedges when i looked out of the window this morning.

i had two slices of toasted fruit bread a bowl of cheerio's and a vanilla coffee whilst watching the pilot episode of the sopranos .

One thing we forgot to buy last night was toilet tissue and a original old fashioned bars of soap, we went shopping and  bought extra hold hair gel , deodorant , shower gel same Lynx Apollo  ,shaving gel Nivea its the best for lathering and mint  mouthwash toothpaste pump and and a couple of bars of dove soap.

Went to see a old friend of Helen's living in Wakefield there is two addresses in the same 2 mile radius both named the  same street  both have identical post code sat nav took us to the wrong house , they say they cant order anything of the Internet because chances are this other house gets it how shit is that would have to sell up as if i couldn't not buy anything online would be no good what so ever , wouldn't mind someone else getting all my bills though.

We went to our favorite fish restaurant Murgatroy's near to the airport at Yeadon  and had a large fish and chips with baked beans bread and butter we did not eat them all we never do they are just too filling .

Going to have and extreme lazy day tomorrow hope it rains all day going nowhere doing nothing .

22 YEARS GONE

Got up at half past eight the car was covered in snow its been the worse snow i have seen this year and maybe last year too , i cleared the snow from the car and we set of for food the roads where not that bad we got to the 11th Earl and we pigged out on breakfast i took a sausage or too home for Pip our Jack Russell she is partial to well done sausages.

Thinking of watching the rest of the walking dead and contemplating whether or not to both getting Heroes box set i started watching it years ago and watched a few episodes then didn't have time to watch the rest or The Sopranos i watched quite a few not just episodes but seasons i might just get the last two seasons to watch.

Went to the supermarket bought loads of food and some vanilla coffee and a few tins of curry just in case of emergencies .

Did nothing else had a relaxing hot bath and just chilled out watched some of  the series Mrs browns boys fecking hilarious.

its my daughters birthday already she is twenty two if she was in England it would be on Sunday which is tomorrow weird she could fly home if there was a plane faster enough and celebrate two birthdays just like the queen .
, 22 years ago i would have been watching her being  born and the other day i was watching her on skype , when she was born i did not have a pc laptop or tablet and no one had heard of skype , i  wonder what is going to happen in the next twenty two years time will tell.

WHITE FRIDAY

Well its payday i am trying to keep my money in the bank until the first of the month any money after that means we can spend the cash what  we have left as all the direct debits will have come out/

it started to snow around seven o clock this evening by ten o clock it was a couple of inches deep cars where going of the road buses where getting cancelled i had no money and thought i be having to walk home in the snow , lucky for me one of the men at work was getting picked up by his boyfriend and i was able to catch a ride home , i got dropped of a quarter of a mile from home and got home safely.

I broke up tonight so no work for nine days guess if its snowing we will go out and get some supplies pear cider and chocolate fudge cake some chicken and potatoes bread cake s and a few other essentials.

Helen is trying to cut down smoking i guess i will last a couple of days as i don't believe any can cut down you either quit or your a smoker cutting down never usually works your just kidding yourself and before you know it your back to your regular amount.

Helen did two readings to night when they came it was relatively ok when they left it was like Alaska.

My Daughter skyped me this morning she is coming home for the end of March she either wants to go to America next or go back to Australia  for a longer visit  guess it depends on money visa's and getting a job once she lands back in Blighty.

So its one in the morning the question is do i go to bed and get up in the morning and go out for breakfast or dtay in bed and get up and do some food shopping ITS A WHITE OUT .

Bought a new power cord of ebay for the laptop , a pilot calligraphy pen 2.4 mm nib  and ink  cartridges .

WEEK OFF APPROACHING

Well another two hours and it will be two o clock and I can fcuk off home I am hungry tired in need of a bath and need to be in a different more stimulating environment.
I need a more stimulating life I need adventure excitement a change of scenery, culture shock a wake up call,life needs an element of risk and fun and waking up with a sense of wonder not woe.

Helen is watching "Into The Wild" again it must be the eight time she has watched it she loves the film and to say she only watched it for the first time last year she must now know the story more or less word for word she would love to go Alaska and see the magic bus he lived on before it rots away for ever ,guess its a dream that could be a possibility but only if we take part in making it happen.

A guy on my training course is living in his van he as just got a flat at Scarborough he has a work shop over there , but will still sleep over in his van a couple of time a week when working his monday to friday job in Leeds  ,  he also makes gun boxes for Range Rovers and Free Landers  but for now he is stealth camping using car park at work to stay over night as there is CTV cameras he as to be careful but he says its a laugh a challenge and not boring , he stays out longer goes places eats out more goes to the pictures and art galleries , goes swimming and bowling specially swimming because he can shower , I guess when you are in no rush to get home you take your time he has more money to spend and generally loving life he has lived in his van since a few weeks before Christmas .

I have all next week off well its nine days including the weekends yippee .................

TICKETS AND CARDS

Worked last night illegally parked at work if i get any  parking tickets over the next three nights last time i got one in five nights ,then they get nulled and void by my manager its brilliant sense of freedom park up walk away and no consequences , that's what they do when they want me to cover and work until two in the morning , its great because people tend to laugh at people who get tickets think that serves them right for parking where you need a valid  staff parking permit and i shouldn't be there , when i am there the following day it gets them wondering .

Our house was that could this morning Pip was on the top  our bed quilt all snuggled up when i got home she didn't move all night and just stayed in between Helen and me she woke up when we woke up at half past ten this morning and she was well behaved and unlike Helen she did not snore she liked being close to us.

Going to the fish shop to get dinner before i start at two again hot fish and chips scraps plenty of salt and vinegar in a couple of breadcakes that drip butter with a hot cup of coffee bliss.

Break up Friday night i hope its still snowing and white over i get paid Thursday we can wander off in to the country side.

Put loads of business cards up at work for Helen along the corridors in different blocks , and i posted it and her details on the internet on staff ads , in under a hour from one in the morning she had seven hits will see what she hits has had when i go back toda, and hopefully in the next few days some of the cards will need replacing .

HEAT AND EAT AGIAN,

Saturday
Some fool took our for sale sign down  from the front of our property and we don't know if it was the estate agents fault giving the wrong instructions to the person who's job it is to erect and take down the signs or someone loves us that much they don't want us to leave and have done a runner with it.

Would settle for the for sale sign being swapped  with one saying sold subject to contract  that would be a great start to the new year.

I called  the Estate agents to complain and to see if we can cancel their services as we don't think we are getting a decent service from them as we have not had that many viewings and we wanted the sign putting up again , our cancellation date is 12th of January which is way past ,with in a hour the estate agents Secretary   was calling us back they have got us a viewing on Sunday at two , me being skeptical yes right who is it your Mum and Dad , anyway if nothing else the house as had a spring clean top to bottom.

We are going to bed now it is only just gone half past ten and the electric blankets will be switched on full  it will be the warmest that  we have been all day , cosy comfy relaxing bed and  plenty of sleep and hopefully some sweet dreams to boot.

Helen's readings cancelled Friday Night and one has cancelled tonight if the two don't appear that are booked in for Sunday night  we are deep in the shit hardly any cash not much food will be another early night
i guess i am working two in the afternoon until two the following morning least i will be warm and it will be a day nearer to pay day.


Sunday
Finished cleaning the house did some dusting hide the cats litter tray and baked some bread rolls that we had in the freezer once baked we had them with some Turkey breast and cheese and cranberry sauce that was  left over from Christmas
A couple did came round to view the house ,Helen showed them around we had all  the lights on and the heating and gas fire so it wasn't cold i couldn't wait for them to go ,as  i went round switching everything off to save our payment meters from zeroing out. ,
my Nephew's house got burgled not sure how many robbers broke in , we don't live to far from him but i think we will be alright as  i don.t think any one would stay in our house longer enough to rob it it's way to cold , we have been opening  the fridge door to warm the room up.
if we do sell the house next place i want to live in will be all electric least its only the one bill .
Helen's readings turned up we heat and eat again.

4 WEEKS

We went to bed at half past midnight it was a one off tonight its one o clock as i write this and bed is no where in sight well not for another hour or so .
I have four weeks of  annual leave to get in before end of March i didn't realise i had so much time off i wish i could cash the weeks in instead of taking them it would be nice to go out and get stuff for Helen and myself or even book a holiday.

The weather is getting colder and we are in line for more snow its really nice at night when the street lights are on and the electric blanket is on and you are looking out at the sky and stars through the bedroom window its peaceful and Serene especially when snow flakes are falling and you are listening to your favorite album on your i-pod.

PRISCILLA PARSNIP

Went out on to the Helicopter deck at work today its amazing as  you have a three sixty view of the city , and way beyond its amazing how far you can see. It was  a pity its was not a clear warm summers evening and it was more of a  pity that  i did not have a decent camera on me. but you can always rely on your  i-phone .
There is catch nets all round the side of the roof .just in case anyone is swept off their feet by the down draught , hopefully you roll in to the nets rather than to your death.Touching wood  so far there have been no incidents or any near misses.
 we get the Yorkshire air ambulance landing mostly but do get  Army helicopters land here too , and the  Air Sea Rescue Sea Kings  have also used the pad ,  there is no  landings  after dusk and a fire team are on stand by for every landing that takes place and medical team on stand by  to take the patient away via near by slopes and ramps.

I have been growing this below  since Christmas day thats 2012  it was one of the fresh parsnip tops that we cut off the rest of it went in to the oven along with the sweet potatoes , onions and  pigs in blankets etc , we did also have a carrot top for reasons we are not aware  it never took off and end up in the bin , but this is going strong , i change it's water every couple of days and its doing fine will see how long it lasts and how tall it grows , my life if nothing is not interesting , i will keep updating on Priscilla Parsnip watch this space.

TWO IN A WEEK

Went in to computer exchange shop they was selling a second hand i-pod for £110 they are only £124 new crazy no wonder Hmv ,Jessop's are going to the wall when people are buying second hand to save £14 whats it all coming to.

We are finding it impossible to go to bed before two am its a hard habit to break before you know it the clock as hit two thirty.

Helen thinks she gets a raw deal from my blog she thinks i say things that are not true about her and paint her in a bad light as if , she knows all about my blog and reads it usually before its published as she is a nosey Parker and as her former name was Parker and she is nosey so she cant moan over that statement ,  not that she moans much ,well not when she is sleeping , then its snoring and talking gibberish but then that is not always a sign that she is asleep she could be wide awake and in the vertical position.

MR DISGRUNTLED DROP US A LINE

All the snow is nearly gone hope it comes back for the weekend i want to go out and take some whited out photos knowing my luck it be the warmest winter on record .

Helen actually got up before me and made me a coffee whilst i went into the bathroom and  washed and conditioned my hair using her best shampoos hehe , i had to micro nuke the coffee but what the heck.

My phone more than likely will get turned off today for none payment of bill  the plug will be pulled , we used the money we had  to keep Helen's phone  on otherwise she would get no bookings  , and she did another two last night and has another seven or so booked in , it was a wise choice as  i get paid on the twenty fifth i can handle having no phone , but  what's a bind is having no hot spot for my Internet connection at work we are allowed 120 minutes a month but i rather stay off the works one altogether for obvious reasons its monitored , guess the lesson is pay your bills , if only life was that simple.

  If only i earned half again and if Helen worked full time and we didn't have any  pets or  a mortgage or had to eat each day , if we didn't have water rates and no  council tax to pay , no  tv licence or any fuel for the car if our house did not need gas and electric seeing that we all need shelter and  warmth food and water that  is essential for  us all  to survive then you think that  governments world wide would made it more affordable for us all .

Another national store is going to the wall they have the  receivers in yet are still trading on a daily basis , but they are not accepting gift tokens that have been bought to redeem against goods they sell , a lot of people will have received these gift certificates/vouchers for Christmas presents. Now they are refusing to honour them and telling customers cash sales only , well i think this is a insult , and if i had fifty pounds of vouchers i would select goods to that value throw  my vouchers in , and walk out of the store it ludicrous , of course i wouldn't , as  it would  be against the law but its not keeping promises , it's breaking  trust and there is  absolute zero honour ,  they are robbing their customers and  they deserve to cease trading full stop .
 The company of liars and cheats  have 223 stores nation wide  and employ over four thousand staff they have taken millions of pounds for the sale of  gift vouchers the company  is HMV they have stopped trading online ,  i really hope the staff turns a blind eye to all the shoplifters because at the end of the day as yourself this question do you as employees expect to get paid for all our hard work , i wouldn't book that holiday just yet , so  if any disgruntled employee out there  is selling any Dre Beats , or anything Apple then drop us a line.To all the HMV shop floor staff hope you all eventually ROCK ON.

FIRST SNOW

Playing Subway surf on the i phone and Asus nexus 7 Helen downloaded it I am a adult , its a great game better than Temple run and Brave according to Helen , if your into these two games then this is a game you she says you must download its fun and fast.and i believe addictive.

David Bowie has a new record out "Where are we now" Its  extremely good he does look like someones Grandad on the video which he dies nothing to hide the fact he is sixty six years of age.

Its still snowing but the roads are looking clear I bet they will be a few at work using it as an excuse not to turn in , casualty A&E will be busy more they will be plenty of people not wearing the appropriate foot wear  and will end up falling slipping and sliding,worse thing for me is clearing the car and not having a heater in it the works all of the time.

My daughter will be missing the snow as its bikini weather in New Zeal and she as booked a ticket back  home for March and extended her visa.

Went out to the shops bought plenty of eggs , mixed peppers cheese and ham for omletts ,some mince lamb for a cottage pie , and some in house baked meat and potato  pies , we are not going to get snowed in we are just buying food whilst we have the money .

I am back working my normal hours after doing a twelve hour shift seven and a half should fly by,I be back home before I know it .

Helen has another two readings booked in for tonight hopefully they will attend we need gas  and electric on the meters they are both hungry  Horace's.

SEVEN YEARS BAD LUCK FOR SOMEONE

When we  was in the shopping mall yesterday and of course they were loads of people from every walk of life doing their shopping, a lot was eating and a lot was carrying shopping bags from all of the 100's of different shops that are available that are selling everything you could want and wish for  from hi-tech computers and laptops plus its our nearest Apple store and from buying phones to jewellery and scents  from clothes and fashion to art from books stationery and pens cosmetics and shoes and boots shirts and ties etc etc etc ,

What did i buy or get whilst i was out and about  what shopping bag was i carrying back to the car none as  i had not made a purchase and  bought nothing yet again , of course i wander around all the shops and go and  look at what's on offer and buy zilch mainly because of our money situation and  then i thought if i had enough money what would shopping bag would i have been carrying back to my car what would i have bought with out being extreme and listing all things Apple or all things Tech . hi

I am in the bedroom Helen has two another two readings tonight its just  after nine at night  and its started lightly snowing its very fine and  I don't think it will settle at all i think it will disappear quite quickly , I had to get a new mirror for my car today  it was smashed its neither been hit by another car or its been vandalised deliberately it was under ten pounds they are self adhesive so easy to fit.

WHOS NEXT

got home this morning just after two a.m and  stayed up till half three watching the medium series finally got up just after ten .

Drove over to Sheffield to Meadow hall shopping mall Helen bought a pair of All Saints boots reduced from £189 to £54 a real bargain second boots go for more than that on ebay .

Went to the Crown Buffet for a chinese  feast i  had enough noodles , duck and curry to last a while we got back home just after eight  and jumped in to a nice hot the bath , ten Minutes Helen came not to give use a back scrub but to tell me she now  had two readings to do the lady had just phoned to ask where she was Helen thought the appointment had been cancelled but they hadn't , bloody great , we was going to get snuggled up and chill out open a bottle of pear and watch some more Walking Dead that's just typical , least it was only a five minute drive away , she has two more tomorrow night except they are coming here.

Jessops camera shops have gone in to liquidation , that's so sad more jobs lost and  just after Christmas plus   a start of a new year , i guess their Christmas sales where not that great/they have ceased trading online too ,wonder who's next i wonder  HMV are supposed to be on shaky ground hope they don't go.

I need a decent compact camera will have to either buy online or go to PC World.

WALKING DEAD

Started work yesterday at eight am its Thursday morning two am and I am on my way home this afternoon I will be back at two to work until two on Friday morning , and  then I have one more twelve shift to do and I will be back to my normal shift pattern monday  for about  week , I guess yippee.

I have been given a get out of jail pass for parking any tickets and they get ripped up so far i have not had one typical i was parked there 17 hours i park on a corner pavement illegally and still have not had a ticket cant believe it .

apart from work sleep and eat i have not really done anything , Helen had a reading tonight put they rescheduled for next week due to illness.

Friday
Last shift of working until two in the morning after working nights last week and working two till two this week I am cream crackered , desperately need six numbers on one of our lottery tickets just enough to change our lives would be a blessing .

Going to watch - Walking dead ,its how I am feeling ATM.

FROM NIGHTS TO EARLY MORNINGS

Well its Monday morning we have to be up at nine Helen needs to be somewhere she is still watching Medium she is on season 6 me working nights got her through a few episodes well seasons 1-5  in fact .

I am at work at two in the afternoon till ten at night and at this moment  i am craving Chinese food , i have  just made myself  a coffee made with southern comfort poured into it ,  so i guess  its not a Irish or a scotch coffee but an American it all tastes good ,  it would be a lot nicer with a duck curry and noodles.

its just before dinner that's midday not evening , and  i have just received a text msg from my line manager at work she is  asking if i will work twelve shifts for the next few days seeing that i normally start work until  two in the afternoon  that means i will  finish  in the morning at two just when i thought my sleep pattern was going back to normal , one good thing is i have wrangled a free parking permit so i can use the car which is a plus and if i do get a ticket it get nulled ,  and seeing as we don't normally do bed till two am most nights/days anyway its not a big hardship , and i need the cash which is the biggest incentive of all .

Helen has another five people booked in for readings over the next week so its picking up and most people wont have had their wages paid until the end of the month so January is turning out better than we thought it would and is now  looking good.

The house above is for rent its four bedrooms and is £1500 a month its near to Saddleworth Moor where we go walking near reservoir's mountains streams and rivers and everything green , we would open it has a team room and do breakfasts also there is quite a bit of land for a tent pitch site the car park about 500 yards away id always full every weekend for the biggest part of the day usually from dawn till way after dusk n there is a sailing club another half mile away and there is always photographers walkers and artist's , Ashley Jackson's studio and gallery is in Holmfirth fifteen minutes away , we would slave away all day and be happy living here it would be great even if we had to share this with another eager minded couple be better on our own but we could adapt to sharing if we had to , to live here, would beat working twelve hour shifts and working nights , w ehave had our dreams on this house for the last few years.

CREAM CRACKER'D

Well yesterday being Saturday when  I got home after my last night shift , i sat down with Helen and watched a episode from the  series Medium  until around seven a.m then we decided to go to bed , at ninetwo hours later we was up and dressed and on are way for breakfast, at the 11th Earl it was the worst one ever , it would have been more joyable staying asleep and dreaming we was having breakfast  but we ate it and went Back home to bed , and ended up getting up at four in the afternoon.

At seven we were on a council estate the other side of town as Helen was doing a reading her second this year I was sat in my motor browsing on my Nexus 7 using the i-phone as a hot spot whilst waiting for her to finish so we could go home.

I called my Son a few times he was at work serving petrol at the station he works at he,s there until ten they don't open 24 hours I am also reading excerpts from Tynan,s blog which is truly fascinating I have  just discovered it and I am enjoying reading his blog and his previous his posts , catch it at http://tynan.com.

I really fancy a Chinese  curried duck and noodles I can taste it as I type this I reckon Helen is going to be another twenty minutes .

I don't know what time we will get to bed tonight   guess it be the other side of midnight.

Might go to the supermarket and get all the ingredients for a omelet peppers onion mushrooms and ham and of course cheese and eggs , it is now nearly half past eight its getting cold and the rear windows are misting need to able to reverse out .

Ended up going to the supermarket and get a fresh curry for tea and some rice and chapatis and bahjees
and watching Pirates of the Caribbean  on tv it was two when we went to sleep converting MKV files to AVI as there is only 22 files to do it should take less than a day.

SUNDAY
We went to the moors with Pip we made egg mayo sandwiches i have gone off them i doubt if i will take them again i made a flask of coffee it was too weak another disaster we was back home for five Helen as a reading at seven tonight , it will be nine before we eat.Back on days tomorrow doing seven and a half hours shifts easy.

FRIDAY NIGHT SATURDAY MORNING

Last shift tonight this morning and its the weekend to boot , Helen's readings have started up again and shes has four pending which will help with our purchasing and  budgeting buying food and buying gas and electric.

Helen did her first reading of the new year has one booked for Saturday night and another one booked in at home on Sunday night making three we really need the money who doesn't after Christmas.

Face timed Helen through the night last time was half past three she will not go to bed until I come home.

Helen as already mentioned going for breakfast to the 11th Earl and having a pig out , but as they don't start serving until nine a.m , which is three hours after I finish my shift , how are we going to kill three hours without falling a sleep a couple of kamagra tablets , handcuffs and a video can might be a good idea .

I know once we get home after will be hitting the mattress and we will be knocking some Zzz,s  out  until mid afternoon .

The Penultimate Night

Helen had stayed up again until I had got home we had a Hot drink and went to bed just after six , we was up at nine three hours later Helen was having her hair coloured by our good friend Louise at her salon Luxe I dropped her off and went back to bed until I got a call at half past twelve to pick her hip hair done.

we went back to bed I got up at four and went out to get meat pies for tea along with mash and parsnips and Yorkshire puddings I cooked tea it took half a hour or so we sat in the living room watching the local and national news a organist at a church had been murdered on Christmas eve and Argentina wanting the Falkland islands back can't see if happening.

Its just after two am I am at work drinking coffee and listening to Bob Dylan and writing this post on my Nexus 7 using my i phone as a hotspot and wanting it to be Saturday morning and my week on nights over I fancy a stew or lamb shanks with pancakes and dumplings with enough left over for the following day .

Wish we had a offer for the house i want it sold and i am looking forward to moving again and hopefully with money in the bank .

For my dinner at work tonight  I am having salt and vinegar crisp sandwiches with tomato sauce , and not a bottle of pear cider in sight .

JUST DREAMING

Went straight to be this morning when i got home , Helen was still up and was waiting for me in the porch ready to go straight upstairs to bed.

I had a dream about my Mum and Dad , i can every remember having a dream where both have been in it together.
And  i have never had that many dreams with my Dad in them he has been dead nearly twenty seven years , We was all back home in our terrace house and he was cooking tea for me and my mother pork chops and a toad in the hole  ,whilst my mother and i was watching TV ,  Top of the pops was on and we was watching it  in the dark .
 Bob Marley it on  the TV he was in a  duet with someone white British singer but i cant remember who ,  this was not a real record it was just a collaboration for my dream.

I used to listen to a lot of Bob Marley records when my Dad was alive so this was quite appropriate for my dream  , i felt sad and tearful when i woke up not sure why ,other than the fact is that they are both not here to talk to face to face so they both appeared to me this way , i dreamt this at around one o clock in the afternoon , my Mother use to work nights at the hospital doing weekends working both Saturday and Sunday nights , form seven till seven  , and my father use to be a porter at the  same hospital  working Monday to Friday ,  i will be at that same  hospital next week doing some training , they might be both watching me that would be a nice thought .

DAY SLEEPERS

Finished work yesterday and got home just after 6am , we tried to get the Chinese lanterns in to the morning sky it was way too windy , so we went to bed and had sex for the first time in 2013 , then we went to sleep and did not get up u til two in the afternoon .

Bought some chicken thighs and roasted them with fries I go back to work in five hours , watched part of Wizard of oz before leaving for work .working nights means I can park without a risk of a parking fine so I use my car.

Really tired out and its only quarter to one in the morning with over five hours still to go before I climb back in to bed once again i just sort of melt in to the mattress and then another three nights left to do , i think that the second night is always the worst to do.

Helen is also day sleeping with me ,as  she continues to stay up till I return in the morning with our Jack  Russell Pip, I don't know if I would do the same if the roles were reversed.

Its ten to three and I am of to the vending machine to get crisps and a coke , ti help me get through the next three hours.

2013 one dead

Well its half two in the morning as I write this on day one 2013 ,I am at work earning twice my hourly rate nearly £16 a hour which is about a livable wage if I was getting it every hour day in day out then i be earning  £2500 a month over £33k a year plus overtime  that would be a happy new year we could afford more of life's little luxuries, like a fcuking holiday please.

Casualty was full by three in the morning at the hospital i work at people where throwing up and  arguing with police and hospital security , two people were stabbed and one died ,one person was glassed in a bar and two had serious head injuries this is just what i heard in my limited capacity , and  all in the name of Happy new year.These people cost thousands to treat skilled surgeons working through the night all because of drink and drugs and people not knowing their limit or when to say no or just to call it a night and  go home.

When I get home just after six in the morning we have four Chinese lanterns to light and give the power of flight to can't wait hope I can stay awake will be wanting my bed ,Helen is staying up until I get home bless her.
