Second night went ok thought i would be really tired and have trouble staying awake but i was fine.
Need to take some food with me last two nights i have not eaten think i should have something as we do a lot of on site walking and need to replace energy levels i was feeling a bit light headed as it go on further into the night when i am buy myself will take a magazine to read on break other wise breaks will be boring,

I need to take some sparkling bottled water , cappuccino coffee sachets and some buttered fruit loaf .
Need to get some more comfortable shoes for walking at the moment i am wearing steel toed doc martins.
Helen,s reiki massage table came today from ebay we put it up it was sturdy and relaxing and did not sag or move once i was laid out and rested on it .

Went to sleep as soon as i got in i was up at ten then went back to bed at half two for another few hours sleep so far this is working and i feel ok all of the day and most of the night , this might change the more shifts i do .
