Bank holiday its Monday it grey its cold and it looks like its going to rain all day once it starts , which by the look of the sky is any time now.

Its the annual Chapletown west Indian carnival , i used to go and have a portion of curried goat back in the day but i no longer bother and have not been for forever it takes all year to organise and its raining its not going to be brilliant sun shiny day. The parade goes through the streets of Leeds setting of from potter newton park completes a massive circle before returning to the park there is floats and dancers and a lot of whistle blowing ,but i guess today your going to have a rusty whistle , its also London's Notting Hill carnival which is bigger and better and goes on longer.

We went to to some grocery shopping , just for bits like shampoo conditioner by Charles Worthington and milk bread and eggs , it was mainly just to get out of being indoors so we drove to the other side of town , from there we went to our favorite fish restaurant , Murgatroyds at Guiseley not far from the air port for Fish and chips as always Helen had hers with mushy peas and tea i had mine with baked beans and coffee if nothing we are predictable and yes it was still raining.

Won a bid on Ebay for some Luis Royo i-Ching dark moon tarot cards for £2,95 plus £3.00 postage.

Helen and mine phone contracts are up at the end of the month do we get the latest i-phone 4S or wait and see what happens on the 12th of September regarding the rumoured release of the latest offering from Apple.
