We both got his and hers iphones today in white 16gb least its double storage to what we had ,think siri is totally cool and so is face time neither of these apps were on our 3gs , Helen is happy she finally got a white phone that she desired when we originally got our first i phones two years ago.
Had a Chinese for supper at our house with Kris Helen's son and Jenna his girlfriend it wasn't the best Chinese in the world i had curried duck and noodle well its been a while , it was not as good as the take away i go to and the duck was not as tasty and the curry was not a rich dark red usually i get it in a carton this was poured on and it was a shitty pale brown sort of diarrhea colour.
Anyway this week as still really gone fast even though we have done nothing and gone no where , back to work Monday be out all day training from nine till three then work till ten.
Got my I-Ching Luis Royo cards from the ebay seller and i have ordered a aluminium hard case cover in grey for my iphone and some front and back screen glass protectors more stars to me.

The third of the estate agents are coming round today we have not decided who we want to sell our house yet , guess that's the easy part its what we do next that needs answering.I don't see the logic in me packing my job in and moving in to the great beyond as good as that would be it be unpractical to have no income coming in.
We have decided we want a small one bed room house cottage type dwelling and we are hoping to pay around £450 pcm rent for a part furnished let.
Christ its boring life need to do something i have had a week of and due to the weather being shit and lack of money i have done nothing apart from cleaning the house so estate agents can view it , something is serious lacking in what we are doing and how we are doing it , god its boring why cant i wake up and have a totally off the wall interesting eventful day , christ settle for going round town eating and getting pissed.
Estate agent three is the one he just seem interested and committed and he knew what he was on about some of the stuff he said you could tell he knew his business also he said he market it for £150k so he is the one.
Went to sort out our phone contracts we are now going with Three they have better deals than what O2 are offering us and at a better price with more minutes unlimited internet data and free calls to other phones on the three network we will be getting three hundred more minutes and two hundred more text messages for £6 less a month we are both getting a Iphone 4s 16gb in white we pick them up lunch time tomorrow.
Well payday tomorrow and my its my last day off work ,i need to order a few things of ebay some screen protectors and a new iphone case.

Loaded Helen's ipod with Billie Holiday albums at least the music matches the weather we are having grey skies and rain ,should be in a Chinese take away buffet pigging out or at a Starbucks reading a magazine and drinking a few white chocolate mocha's or listening to Billie holiday using a y connection for the head phones.
Bought the bottle of beer pictured above at a local supermarket its lucky Buddha beer it was only a pound Helen bought it for me it's worth it for the bottle alone , i wanted some crystal head vodka for the skull shaped bottle that sells for fifty pounds a bottle , i think what i bought today is well worth a pound just for the beer alone ,i will keep it and burn a candle in it perhaps its only lucky if you don't throw it but keep it a period of time and will let you know.
well its upgrade time for the phones Sunday we will have to see what the deal they are prepared to give us for being loyal customer over the last six years between us we have spent over £5000 on our phone contracts i have had three phones on two year contracts with O2.
the first was LG Viewty i liked it it came with a stylus was not a iPhone but had a decent camera and i liked its design i bought it after i left my wife i never had a decent phone it was the first thing i bought for myself the second thing i bought myself was a Logic i station speaker dock so i would have some sort of sound system be it very basic .
The second was a Nokia E17 why i bought this i have no idea , as i hated it after only owning it a few days what ever possed me i am not quite sure, i never gelled with it and i was glad to see the back of it , it was a long two years and at some stage i even reverted back to the LG , Helen was jetting of to Egypt when i up graded this the first time she had been away from me since we had got together and i called he rand texted her at the airport the only good thing is i got £80 trade in when i got the i-phone ,will more than likely ever get another Nokia.
My current phone the 3gs i phone , i have loved this from day one its the most versatile phone i have ever owned for music, films and games it limitless i also read books on it , i carry it with me always i have spoken to my Daughter in New Zealand on it , Helen was pissed off when we got the phones we got them together because they only had black she wanted white and i was pissed of because they only had 8gb ones in store and i wanted 16gb but we couldn't wait , i bought her a white leather wallet for hers and i got the same in black.
Helen is the person that i have text message the most even though i was married and we both had mobiles , Helen is the person i have also rang the most times and Helen's is the only mobile number that i know by heart except my own.
I wish i could retrieve every text message I ever sent and every photo i have taken it would no doubt jog a few memories one of the reasons i blog is for my recall my diary and my thoughts.

Went to bed way after two o clock this morning which was silly as we had to get up at eight and go buy some cat litter , the cat tray needed doing as we have another estate agent calling round today at eleven . We have another one coming round on Thursday then its up to us who we go with the valuations will be the same .its a case who we think will do the best job of selling it and the quickest. I have a feeling we have already spent our last Christmas in this house but i am only guessing Helen thinks we will sell pretty fast once we have a offer we need to find somewhere to rent asp and start selling off furniture and things what we don't need like two beds two sofas just to start with then there is ornaments and bric a brac whats been collected over the years.
I don't think i will or want to pack my job in unless we won the lottery or come in to some other money some other way at the end of the day i earn a reasonable amount of money and it can make a difference each month we wont be able to survive other wise .
We can live on the outskirts of Leeds but living in the middle of the country is just not realistic i would never get a job and trying to set up a business on limited funds is a no brainer.
We want to try and find a one bed room cottage or small town house no more than one bed room to rent , that way nobody turns up wanting to move in if we get a sofa bed type settee that will do in case any one wants to sleep over , no one is moving in on a permanent basis again, the smaller the better less gas and electric we will use and its easier to keep warm and clean and of course less clutter and less furniture this time we want it modern with up to date furniture shabby chic no more done that too many times minimalistic is the way forward i think. Will still light candles and burn incense. Will need a garden and a small patio for breakfast and barbeque's.
My Daughter went on a trip to Waitomo Caves to see the glow worms the day after she found a huge horrible enormous gigantic spider which some how had got in to her bag whilst she was at work at the hair salon she works in she thought it was a lump of wood she went to pick it up and it moved she screamed the place down she was not happy , cant say i blame her least it was not poisonous just big , hairy and scary.
Went driving around the other side of Leeds from where we live now trouble is if its too rural there is no houses available to rent or the area is too posh and the cost of the rent would be what i earn month for a weeks payment cant win , then if its not on a train route or a bus route its the cost of diesel same again it be too expensive plus be considerable wear and tear on the car.
Sound card playing up on Laptop tried down loading new drivers windows says no newer drivers and that device is working properly when its so obviously not ,as it misses a beat ever now and then then goes into a high pitch whine just like me , so fcuk off windows your wrong i am right hehe.
Put some Billie Holiday tracks on to the i-pod for Helen she likes her voice along with some Nina Simone and Amy Winehouse she likes the jazz and blues.

Bank holiday its Monday it grey its cold and it looks like its going to rain all day once it starts , which by the look of the sky is any time now.
Its the annual Chapletown west Indian carnival , i used to go and have a portion of curried goat back in the day but i no longer bother and have not been for forever it takes all year to organise and its raining its not going to be brilliant sun shiny day. The parade goes through the streets of Leeds setting of from potter newton park completes a massive circle before returning to the park there is floats and dancers and a lot of whistle blowing ,but i guess today your going to have a rusty whistle , its also London's Notting Hill carnival which is bigger and better and goes on longer.
We went to to some grocery shopping , just for bits like shampoo conditioner by Charles Worthington and milk bread and eggs , it was mainly just to get out of being indoors so we drove to the other side of town , from there we went to our favorite fish restaurant , Murgatroyds at Guiseley not far from the air port for Fish and chips as always Helen had hers with mushy peas and tea i had mine with baked beans and coffee if nothing we are predictable and yes it was still raining.
Won a bid on Ebay for some Luis Royo i-Ching dark moon tarot cards for £2,95 plus £3.00 postage.
Helen and mine phone contracts are up at the end of the month do we get the latest i-phone 4S or wait and see what happens on the 12th of September regarding the rumoured release of the latest offering from Apple.

Had the enchiladas for tea at around seven o clock , i cooked of the chicken breast onions and mixed peppers it takes around forty minutes to cook from start to finish whilst it was cooking went out for a large bottle of coca cola and some tiramisu for desert , we ate them watching the film Memento , not a very productive weekend apart from getting the house valued all we did was eat watch films and surf thats the one done on a laptop not a board .

discuss the sale of our house he agreed he would market it at £145,000 and would charge 1% for selling it £1450 its not bad for taking a few photos putting it on line and putting it his shop window we have to sigh a twelve week contract and if it does not sell then we pay nothing so no sale no monies paid .
Didn't go back to bed although i was tempted m i did go out in the afternoon i went out in the car to do the lottery and get a few provisions toilets rolls and bread in its dull and grey and on and off rain spent the day surfing Helen had a reading to do tonight we ordered a curry i had lamb masala Helen yes you've guessed it chicken korma she said it was spicy and her mouth was fizzing she said it is because she is sensitive , Pip our Jack Russell ate her left overs no problem , good job i got the toilet rolls , its now twenty minutes before midnight not feeling that bad least it will be dark when i go to bed , and at least i am off for another eight days and at least its payday next Friday and who knows the house might sell in a few weeks and we get the full asking price.

Another night doing the grave yard shift dead boring last night tonight then it's done and dusted and it will be a nice feeling on the drive home Saturday morning , after a week on nights going to bed when it's dark is great trying to sleep during the daylight hours when you have no curtains to draw is hard work to get more than a few hours in one stretch , So on my wake up i Cut the grass front and back after getting up at half twelve it's been the longest I have slept in this week.
After went to Ikea to get a rug and two carpet runners for the kitchen and landings . Bought the some fresh Chicken breast for the enchiladas on Saturday night and a few other bits we needed I bought a bottle of peach and apricot sparkling water to take with me tonight the office is confined and it get really hot with no windows its a proper sweat box.I am glad this week is coming to a end and cant wait until i go to be at night time .

I have had around twelve hours sleep in the last three days should stay in bed and not get up just because i can
Just had a ice cold can of coca cola usually I buy a litre of sparkling water once I get of the bus in town during the day , but as I am working nights this is not happening and as much as I love coffee it's not refreshing as something that is ice cold.
Helen did a reading last night and has another one booked in for Friday and another one to be confirmed , we need more she loves doing them a lot of people are given help and messages which help them cope and move on with their day to day existence they also know that their loved ones are still around them in spirit and are silent watchers of their daily life's.
Bought some more wraps that will be the fourth packet in the last three weeks they do make for a nice quick hot snack using the George foreman grill i have started using sour cream in the wraps as well as cheese and trouble is they are just to nice its like my frothy coffees also with cream not good for the cholesterol .
was feed up last night some nights not enough is going on to make it interesting there is no other supervisors on to chat with so it can be a case of being left to my own devices not that i do nothing wrong its a lack of get up and go and get stuck in at night there is way last staff so therefore way less problems , hospitals at night can be very deserted in certain areas and ghosts do walk in the corridors when they are void of people i have seen numerous shadows on stairway and recesses only for them to disappear once you focus its it because i am tired or is it because its dark and shadows are cast or is some presence there i honestly don't know i have had it where all the hairs stand up on my arms and i know something hidden is watching me at a distance not anything evil but something just showing a interest in what i am up to , there must be hundreds of souls walking around the corridors , it was only the other night i shared a lift with two porters and a covered trolley with a body on you can always make out the head and feet , i have never heard a dead body fart can only imagine my reaction
Watching :- Ian Brady Endgames of a psychopath a channel 4 documentary.

the above picture also borrowed from the internet but to day i saw a similar waste bit of ground with loads of pretty flowers its the reminder of summer that we nave not really had yet.
Well it's nearly half four I can go home in another hour and a half get in to my cosy bed , yesterday Helen had only just Gone to bed by the time I had arrived home just after six. I was up just after half ten after sleeping for a total of four hours .w
I went out for bacon and breadcakes and some cigs and milk cooked us both a bacon and mushroom sandwich crispy bacon with well done mushrooms the best smell in the world eat your heart out all you veggies I have been told by numerous converters to the vegan path That the hardest thing to give up or one that drives people off the veggie path is the humble bacon butty.
Tonight's shift as been easier than night one but I am flagging and it's dragging need coffee boost or a hard on could never sleep with an erection somehow don't think it applies to working a night shift I could eat a curry a spicy Indian a nice lamb masala with basmati rice poppadoms and a nan bread with a mixed kebab starter pity no place is open .

The shop was in a inside market it measured eight foot square it closed half day Wednesday and does not open Sunday , starting time is nine o clock and closing time is five o clock and its totally not suitable the rent is fifty pounds a week plus VAT so its more like sixty pounds , plus it would be around twenty five pounds a week in added diesel costs so its a BIG NO , also it was not that busy the other traders included a man selling dvds who buys dvds its either down load them from I-tunes or rent and rip , another vendor was selling books these days its all mobi and e-books i know a few die hard fans love paper backs but also lot like buying new books to keep pristine and put on a book case.
Another stall holder baked birthday and wedding cakes there was also a mobile phone shop , a pet stall and a cafe in the corner it was dead quite i think Helen would struggle to get any customers and i think we would have trouble even covering the running costs also you are not visible to passing trade people need to walk in and down the escalator.
Anyway we have made a decision we are putting our house on the market we should make around £45k profit not as much as we like but we are looking at renting a business premises and to run it as a cafe doing the usual panini , wraps coffees and teas and deserts and anything else which sells.

Rainy Mondays not a good start to the week ,its very dark and grey with a fine drizzle.
Just having hot toast with butter with fine cut orange marmalade for breakfast and a second cup of coffee.
Helen is in the bath chillaxin with sea salt in the water it cleanses and purifies the body and if you was to put enough in then of course you would float a lot like the dead sea.
I am not looking forward to working a week on nights starting at half seven tonight until six the following morning usually it does not bother me guess i just cant be arsed , if we had a wi-fi connection i would take my laptop in and if i was doing nights regular i buy a prepaid dongle but seeing i only do a few weeks out of the year its pointless easier to smuggle in a 7" Nexus tablet i wish , least i have my i-phone.
After Helen has signed on we are going to look at the premises in Shipley to see how suitable they are and where we can put shelves and cabinets parking facilities and the general layout etc.
Went for a afternoOn seista this afternoon tired to get to sleep for a couple of hours before my shift tonigh I cooked chicken tikka burgers with new potatoes thought it would make me sleep if I had a full stomach , all it did was give me wind typical.

After Helen has signed on we are going to look at the premises in Shipley to see how suitable they are and where we can put shelves and cabinets parking facilities and the general layout etc.
Went for a afternoOn seista this afternoon tired to get to sleep for a couple of hours before my shift tonigh I cooked chicken tikka burgers with new potatoes thought it would make me sleep if I had a full stomach , all it did was give me wind typical.

over did tea last night with the eight enchiladas and plate full of nachos with cheese and sour cream dip , i don't think i have enjoyed a meal and eat as much as i did last night for ages its got to have been one of the nicest meals i have had for months , it was so tasty with chopped up onions and peppers and salsa sauce and of course a ice cold bottle of pear cider , i reckon it could be come our Saturday night meal at least once a month , we need to buy a bigger baking dish , getting eight enchiladas wraps in the one we have was a bit of a squeeze.
I opened Helen a online account with the National lottery it took all of a few minutes to set up , you just add funds to our account and pick your numbers it saves going out , it also saves losing your ticket , she added just five pounds to her account and did the Saturday night draw plus five and Tuesday's euro lottery and still as a pound left in credit brilliant.
it was after one this morning when we went to bed and was up at half five Helen is selling some stuff at a car boot sale with her friend Sharon hopefully make a few pounds i gave her my Tattoo magazine collection to sell off , i use to buy a few different ones each month the British Skin Deep was a regular purchase i use to wait for the issue coming out each month and buy it as soon as it was available , the first time i saw a tattoo magazine for sale i was hooked on the people and art work they carried out travelling and at conventions i really would like to go to a ink slingers ball , to to see all the people that are getting art work done plus see all the merchandise on sale and the flash being sold.
When i started collecting tattoo books and mags i didn't have a computer and checking out artist was only viable through these magazines , tattooing is now more main stream and cultural accepted it was nice to see some of the Olympic athletes are tattooed and of course David Beckham as plenty to show off. Now most of the magazines are available online to down load as pdf files .I think i would like a quarter sleeve doing on my right arm with a religious icon .
Not sure what we are doing when Helen returns from the car boot at Yeadon the weather is mediocre not sure if we are off walking don't think i can drive to far today as i am knackered i start nights on Monday then i have a week off then its pay day yippee.
need to buy the following :-
fajita chicken , deli wraps , sour cream , coca cola , coffee , dog and cat food more cheese and rabbit food oops nearly forgot Swedish meat balls and frying fries.
Above Shipley town centre
Helen might have chance of a unit in Shipley town center a few miles away from where we live where she can do her psychic and reiki work. The first three months are rent free not sure how and when she will work there its early stages yet and detail needs to be sorted out its Fifty pounds a week rent and we are trying to arrange a viewing so we can see the size of the room how we can set it out and get a general feeling for the place and its location , Helen has handed her cards out both today and yesterday and needs only to do two readings a week to cover the rent , i believe she will do good and that this opportunity is what she needs to progress herself and will give her true purpose and it will be working for herself we can advertise in local shops and see how it goes for the first couple of months and take it from there if we don't commit we will never know.

Took Helen to a craft fair at Rodley nature reserve her mother has a stall booked and Helen is trying to sell stuff we have been trying to get rid of for the last two years and a few new bits and pieces as well.Helen is totally not organised its all last minute and it stresses me out she had all day yesterday to sort things out and she didn't , she set the alarm for half seven it went off and she ignored it didn't get up went back to sleep , it was only when i woke her up at eight did she get in a vertical position.
I came home Helen texts me to say she sold a watch i had for £10.00 might as well get ten lucky dips on the lottery three numbers will give me a tenner , or better still five plus fives.
I have an appointment at we buy any car to see what they will give me for the Freelander i have been offered £1550 for it unseen as a ball park figure now i am interested to see if i can get that upped at all , game on bet i loose , i was offered £1350 they knocked of £145 for a scratch and £50 admin fee not selling it they would also tell the finance company that i had sold it be no money in it for me and no car so its a pointless task.
Made about thirty pound from the craft fair so it was not a total dead loss Helen and Sharon or on about doing a car boot tomorrow might make another thirty quid if we are lucky .
its been a glorious sunny day and its hot ideal weather for sitting out and chilling need ice cold pear cider and well done burgers in a bun and some good tunes to listen too happiness as a cheap price some days.
Winnie Johnson, mother of Moors murder victim Keith Bennett, dies today. Her son Keith Bennett was murdered by Ian Brady and Myra Hindley in 1964 dies without knowing where her son is buried his remains are still on Saddleworth moor he was abducted ,and slaughtered and buried out on the moors at Saddleworth , Ian Brady burn in Hell, i do hope and pray that Winnie and Keith mother and son are now eventually reunited and are together once more , it wss revealed the other day that the police might have a letter containing where Keith's body is buried written By Brady ,that is being held by his advocate and only to be opened on his death ,HOPEFULLY YOUR DAYS ARE NUMBERED.

Had to delete I-tunes and start again what a pain in the arse the joy of i-phone still its been good for ages cant complain probably meatware error. Wish i could reinstall life with a few clicks use system restore to go back a few months or years and re do it but of course not going to in this life time .
been told its going to be a blistering red hot weekend at the moment its grey dull and rainy , who be a weather forecaster i always say stick your head out of the tortoise shell if you want to know if its raining or not.
Finish work tonight at ten o clock i don't go to work again until 19.30 Monday then i have a week of working nights then i have a week off my first week of since Christmas not that i will have any money to do anything but at least i can stay in bed , read , watch films and listen to music and do nothing but chillax least its a cheap Holiday.
Helen got her final pay from the firm she worked at and hopefully that will last us feed us both and keep us in gas and electric.
Helen has a reading to do next week so we wont be destitute , well not this week , as i type this its raining tomorrow is not going to be that good i guess.
Bought twenty four frozen Alaskan salmon steaks from Costco we also have in already enchiladas and tortillas plus nachos with cheese and sour cream , six chicken breasts and a tub of fajitas filling , fresh melon and grapes strawberries and a large tub of natural yogurt , and thin fries for the deep fat fryer , cheese and ham and salad onions and some wraps for a quick hot sandwhich. we do to go shopping as we need to get some cheese cake and apple or fruit pie and a tub of cornish real diary ice cream and we are sorted.

Took Helen to the doctors today she has had trouble with pains in her feet its called Plantar Fasciitis she can have injections in to the soles of her feet ,but the doctor has told her these will hurt and they will have to hold her down , that also she will scream and curse them , and that they will only do on foot at a time. After the injection she will be in terrible pain for at least two days they have also told her they will inject the worse foot first because the chances are she wont want the second injection.
Helen hates injections we come home the first thing she does is to look it up on You Tube of course now she is terrified. i cant go with her to hold her hand if she crys out and is screaming out in pain i reckon i would lay the doctor out ,even though i know he is only doing his job , and even though i work at a Hospital .A cause of this condition is wearing flat shoes, sandals , flip flops and Toms which she loves to wear and to cap it all the injections are only a temporary relief and not a permanent cure. its your shout Helen or should i say SCREAM , i couldn't even guess what i would do

Well its Tuesday skint and bored i am taking Helen to the job centre so she can sign on again and hopefully get some money.Hate the place its so depressing makes me feel grateful i have a job. She as to sign on next Monday and should get a payment on the Thursday ,Helen as applied to for a job at Specsavers the opticians fingers crossed .
i am on nights next week least its extra money but of course not till the month after , and its another five week month always is when your peppermint want the Google Nexus had another go on one and still think they are worth the cash.
Roll on weekend working to buy extra stuff luxuries and holidays is good it makes the daily toil worth it when you working just to pay bills and keep a float its crap ,and its hard to see the point and easy to say fuck it and give the finger to the bills , its my wage and at least one month should just be for me that month might be this December when i say sod it and merry Christmas .
Nail the letter box up lock the gate postmen dont climb gates , so no final demands until the new year.
I really do wish i had Romany blood and was living and travelling in a caravan the way i feel it be a better life than what we have now best would be to go to work as normal but live in a caravan and park it some where idyllic out on the city outskirts unhitch it and drive in to work Helen could trap a few rabbits and catch a few fish tickle some trout for the Barbecue rustle a lamb least all the food would be fresh sure we could find a farmers field with fresh veg growing and fresh fruit specially strawberries ERM all we need is sunshine summer evening no dark nights and no snow obvious this would not happen in Blighty.

Looking at selling my car got an appointment to sell it on Thursday for a book price of £1550 the cost of road tax and insurance and diesel is too much and its not like i even use it for work as i am having to catch the bus due to parking , i know what i have been offered is not what i will get but end of the day its become a burden its not the first time it had got us in to a financial mess due to repairs and running costs.Of course its going to make life more difficult but also we will have money for other stuff to insure it and tax it each month is £94 before diesel goes in which is at least another £25 a week and thats on a good week , end of the day need a more economical car work do a leasing scheme and its insured taxed and repaired and the money comes straight out of your wage very month all you do is add fuel. I Will need to wash and wax it this week and clean the interior and see what happens Thursday might have to get a taxi home ,if i don't think they are playing ball will drive home , i don't think its the end of the world not having a car yes life in some instances will be difficult but we will manage and in some cases life will be better at the end of the day there is nothing stopping me hiring a car or a van for a weekend or a week of work there is plenty of options available to us just have to think and plan more , long as we dont die in a coach or train crash i will be happy.

Above my Nephews Mark and his partners Sues house with the gatehouse to the right hand side about a mile from where i live .
Went to Wessenden Head its beautiful scenery hills and valleys and glistering waters took Pip of the lead once we where cleared of all the sheep and lambs,Its a great walk the trouble is most of the start of the walk is down hill obviously its uphill on the way back very tiring.
I went to my Nephews house late in the afternoon its a massive victorian detached and it has its own gatehouse in its grounds that is a two bedroom house , the main house as seven bedrooms and forty foot long kitchen he was having a barbecue i was two hours late they where some kebabs left and i had a bottle of Stella before picking Helen up to go grocery shopping had salmon steaks for supper done in the George Foreman grill with balsamic vinegar dressing and thin chips Helen wont eat the skin the weirdo she is. Bought 4ltrs of pear cider should have bought half a bottle of vodka to mix with it.
Tomorrow might catch up on some films i have yet to watch.
Half the weekend gone before you know it hope its sunny tomorrow can have breakfast on the patio.

Chatting to my daughter via video chat on skype isn't technology amazing still cant believe she is at the other side of the world and we can chat in real time i was talking with her for over thirty minutes without a break in connection.
its looking like its going to be a scorcher again today and again tomorrow bottle water camera and pack up we will be heading for Wesenden Head reservoir for a hike rather than a walk it will be a slow hike but if we get up earlier enough it will be a pleasant days out.
Was at work at twelve today until ten tonight wasn't that bad it was hot and sunny most of the day walking through town everyone was in summer wear always get one weirdo in a parka and woolen hat.
Had a chicken fried rice for supper with a curry sauce was not that brilliant but i was hungry,

Glad Monday is over always hate the first day back once that's over i can more or less manage the rest of the week , i think having a job you love going to and working in nice conditions with modern tech with nice layout with art work and plants and a view with windows that open and have air conditioning decent staff rooms with a tv and settees for lounging on with free wi-fi for ipad and tablet connections please ,canteens which are heavily subsidised and sell a decent selection of freshly made foods and deserts must be bliss , i always end up in the dumps the holes where the cellar dwellers live with shitty carpets , broken chairs , cheap kettles and microwaves in scratch, white with a cheap faded black taped up mono radio with a coat hanger for a Ariel thrown in free ,thank god for my i-phone , really should have done better at school .
Mt Tongariro volcano in new Zealand as erupted for the first time in a hundred years , The volcano erupted about 11.50pm on Monday, spewing ash from the Te Maari craters on the northern side of the mountain and prompting a threat warning for the central North Island.Rocks fell within 1km of the eruption. My Daughter still on face book and Skype i don't think there is any immediate threat to the area she is living in.
Helen has two readings this Thursday she has been quite for a few weeks so she is happy to have a couple of bookings think we need to print more posters and get out and about with the advertising campaign.
Won a tenner on the lottery been a while since we have had a ten pound win , tonights Euro lottery is £148 million that would be life changing for me and loads of other people as i would spread it about ,and a lot of people i know would be mortgage free and driving new cars.
Would like a penthouse apartment with a large roof patio with a koi carp fish pond and a Japanese zen garden and over the top furniture for chillin out on with a state of the art barbeque i would be out there all the time.
Watching :- "Real Steel" its brilliant movie
Listening to :- "Beatles No1's"

Above and below are photos by Eugene De Salignac (1861–1943) an American photographer who worked for the Department of Bridges/Plant and Structures in New York, they are here mainly because i like photos of bygone eras to to see changes from then to now , and of course these are great photos , the top one i have set as my desk top.
Well Helen's at work after yesterdays and saturdays down pours it's not looking any better for today. So much for summer vastly over rated high expectations only get washed away in the wind and the rain.
Still not made my mind up when i want to take some time off September is not looking good August fully booked so October if we have a Indian summer might not be that bad,if Helen is working be little point as i will still be getting up to take her to work .
Need to start buying presents to put away for Christmas it will be here before we know it, as every year it sneaks up on us and we are always last minute shopping i am pretty sure Helen would like a i-pad , well anyone who as not got one would not be disappointed if they received one as a gift ,she keeps on about buying a Kindle so she can read e/books i just keep telling her to get a tablet and not bother with a Kindle as it is limited to what it can do even the fire is not that brilliant, and of course if i get her a i-pad i can also buy her a nice case and a stand a speaker dock and headphones even a i-tunes voucher so she can get some books to put on it a excellent gift, its Helen's birthday three days after Christmas.
I have to go back to the shop again where we got the Converse they are suppose to come with two sets of laces one in cream and one set in grey Helen had a cram one missing typical its me who as to go and whinge about a missing lace ,the things you do for Love.
I was in the HMV shop the other day in town i am always nipping in and out it was amazing how much Beatles's memorabilia they are selling the Beatles last single was Let it be in 1970 42 years ago they was selling different coffee cups .t-shirts .messenger bags , coasters , badges , books and key rings plus of course all the albums on CD in box sets , i would have been a teenager when the last single was in the charts ,how nostalgic sometimes bygone time are not gone they are very much a part of our lives , we are on about going back to the Beatles museum at the Albert docks Liverpool (PICTURE BELOW) this weekend.

This morning we went in to town i parked up at work and we walked the quarter of a mile half mile in to the city center , it was sunny and it was red hot .It was also Leeds Gay pride march and they had "Go West" playing by the Pet Shop Boys over the speakers near Library and the cenotaph , Helen bought some more Converse All Stars this pair was crimson and she change the others so we did,nt clash i had to laugh,
On the way back to the car the heavens opened up and the rain came down torrential once again ,puddles the size of small lakes formed within minutes , it lasted a good twenty minutes it finished and the sun came out again, we called in to the supermarket on the way home and i bought these dishes above from the pasta bar it contains three different types of pasta with different sauces topped with grated cheese , then i called over to the fruit salad bar and filled a punnet up with pineapple ,kiwi ,water melon grapes and orange topped with natural yogurt the pasta cost £2.29 and the fruit £1.79 i bought a packet of Swedish meat balls for £1.99 which contained 24 meatballs eight of these was to go with half of the pasta for one meal ,we got home it is now once again thundering lighting and its another torrential down pour great British summertime.
Going to see about a tattoo i had covered up , covered up again with a colorful chines dragon or a sacred flaming heart will have to take advise from the tattooist see what he suggests.i was never that good the artist who did it was getting over a heart attack and he was slightly paralysed i let him do it anyway but he is or was capable of a lot better work and i know this is not proof but he was a great artist and has tattooed all over the world sold his own flash and appeared in numerous tattoo publications and magazines.

Helen went for her nails infilling and a 3d rose doing on each thumb nail at a cost of £23 ,keeps her happy.
we are going to Trafford centre Manchester to pick her engagement ring up its white gold so it went in for re plating and to have the diamonds cleaned and polished , on the way there the heavens opened up and it became torrential it didn't last long and by the time we arrived at the centre it was sunny again.
Bought two black tops from Bench reduced from £45 to £18 a massive saving both look Ninja , one has press stud cuffs and a fish tail the other as roll top collar both heavy . Also i bought my first ever pair of grey canvas lace up Converse All Stars in grey paid full price for them £48 ,Believe it or not Helen bought the same identical pair as me KOOL or what , all i need now is a Super dry black leather jacket and some decent faded jeans and a new decent belt , and some decent after shave cologne . I am having trouble finding any i like it all smells the same i use to wear Kouros and years ago Aramis Devin , i cant buy Kouros as Helen ex use to wear it another one i use to wear back in the day was Pino Silvestre you could smell it two blocks away.
Went to visit Sharon in her new house that she is renting she is paying £65 more in rent then we pay for our mortgage the house is nice its four bedrooms and spacious she need broad band sorting out and cable tv , it has lots of potential and she has ditched the dick she use to live with another olympic gold medal for team Sharon.

ABOVE THE AIRE BAR
ABOVE THE APARTMENT
ABOVE CLARENCE DOCK.
ABOVE LEEDS BRIDGE
ABOVE THE BRIDGE WE USE TO MEET ON
Took Pip back to the canal this time we walked much further through the city outskirts back on the canal after Leeds bridge and back on the canal to where i use to meet Helen on the bridge during my dinner break when we first started seeing each other all them years ago .
She use to meet me every dinner time with out fail and we go to the Aire bar further up the river and sit out on the balcony over the water and have a drink i then go back to work on a high and she catch the bus to go back home .
Use to get of the bus every morning and walk through town on to the canal then follow it to Clarence dock where i use to work i did this route for at least eight years i saw all the apartment buildings go up and the area get developed we ended up in one of the apartments when we final left our partners to be together
Watching Leaving Las Vegas when she gives him the presents after he as moved in with her ,why buy an alcoholic a hip flask would you buy a serial killer a gun ,a sex addict a doll that would be logical.
Just been to the supermarket bought a freshly baked fruit loaf and a small jar of cherry morello jam having it with a cup of coffee bliss.
Need to have a bath make some chicken fajita sandwiches on plain rustica bread also freshly baked and get to work for around midday for the team meeting as it twenty past ten better make a move.
Above the Orbit tower at the Olympic park London at a cost of £22 million wonder if i will ever see it up close , i think the Olympic park will stay after the games have packed up and head out to Rio 2016 sounds a good year for some reason.
It as been on the news that there as been a 50% increase in shop lifting in Sheffield city centre around 34 miles from Leeds , and its not luxury items or electrical people are pinching , its food people are stealing food to feed themselves and their family , in our local mini supermarket its getting that bad even the blocks of cheese have security tags on them because of theft this is not a joke , there is trays and joints of meat that are being took on a daily basis. The petrol station post pictures from the security cameras of all those who fill up and do drive offs , a full tank can cost you between £70 to £90 to fill up yesterday i filled up with super diesel at £1.47 a litre , would buy you buy a few joints of meat with the money you save providing you don't get caught , England is getting like a third world country.
Cant get away from the Olympics to be honest i am getting in to it watched Helen Glover and Heather stanning win gold in the rowing it was quite emotional hopeful after Bradley Wiggins won our second gold medal yesterday there is more to follow to day.
I got up early this morning Helen was running late i made her a cup of tea and did her sandwiches ham with cheese and onion spread and baked ham with salad in brown bread , no salad dressing makes the bread soggy so i have been told ,, not talking from any type of experience.
Spoke with my son Guy he wants to become a tree surgeon at the moment he is serving petrol and earns only £150 a week , he needs to earn more money he is worried he will never earn enough to buy a house , go on a decent holiday , buy better clothes and food and of course to support his girlfriend whom i have still to meet , it must be scary times for a lot of young people ,its scary for people my age , but he does own a £3500 motor bike which i remind him if he was not working he would have no transport no means of freedom no means of escaping told him he must be grateful for what he as and contact as many tree surgeons businesses he can to see if he can get some sort of training apprenticeship he is only nineteen and his life is not set in stone just needs to be realistic if you earn a rubbish wage its easy to get a better paid job given time , its harder when you earn a middle of the road wage and need more money that's when life becomes harder .
Need alternative routine its like track cycling i am going round and round and round stop the world i want to get off. Life is an Olympic event its game on 24/7 and we are all chasing gold we all want to win BE NUMBER ONE ,and no one can afford to lose of course we all want a nice house , new car , other gizmo's and gadgets and to travel first class staying in the best hotels , with money to spend once you get there , been struggling to get on the podium for years , i keep believing and keep on trying as i am far from starving far away from being homeless . I have got more now than some people will ever have. End of day you got to be happy with yourself otherwise you will be resentful bitter and twisted for ever thats a long time .

Helen told me this morning when i had been up all of five minutes that we are having her son round to eat tonight my reply was , i rather have a lasagne instead this witty repartee went straight over her head she stared at me shook her head and called me weird on the podium yet again and another Olympic gold medal for me team B.O.B.
Was listening to a girl band on the car radio this morning i used shazam it to find out what the DJ was playing and it came back with "Stooshe" and the song title Black Heart , i you tubed it when i got back home and the tune and lyrics is now stuck in my head i will be singing it all day.
well its mid week all down hill to the week end Helen wants a top from Super dry and i need some cheap jeans still as long as they are faded and not dark blue i don't really mind if they are not branded might even go to the charity shops or look on eBay , bought a £3.00 mens bracelet Friday hopefully it will come today or tomorrow.
Reading Jo Nesbo's "The Leopard" i have already read "The Headhunters" and watched the movie hopefully this will be as good i have read the first chapter and its got me hooked . I have read that Fifty shades of Grey as out sold Harry potter books sex still sells and thats not counting for all the high street outlets or that have been down loaded wonder how E.L,James bank account is looking bet its a lot better then the sex she is getting , Her next book is called fifty shades of shit about a gay guy who as fifty boyfriends in fifty weeks ,cant beat a good book.
well its now Wednesday yippee just after midnight yippee got back from the supermarket bought a bit of food nothing fantastic yippee , i should be heading for bed were Helen is but need to unwind some what before i join her knocking Zzzzs out not only that i am not that tired at this moment , well i lie i am but cant be arse to.
Just made that one in twenty cup of coffee the one where its just so right its 100% the perfect amount of sugar to the perfect amount of coffee to the exact pouring of milk i reckon if i was to make another one it would not be as good weird but true its like getting just the right amount of salt and vinegar on your fish and chips or just the right amount of JD in a glass of coke , think i best go to bed i am losing the plot big style will continue this drivel in the morning after i have had a coffee lol , night night folks.
