First one out of bed again this morning go to say its cold and grey no sun out as of yet.
I went online to pay my broadband bill and mobile bill so least i have Internet and phone till next pay day got to keep the communication lines open. Also paid part of the the water rate bill .

Everyone i know on the dole or social has a mobile that can receive broadband facebook emails etc i guess people go without in some cases so they have online access and most people have a i-phone 4s , they smoke and drink , yet have had no regular job for years.

Went to PC World looking at tablets whilst there i bought some more ink for printer,Then went to over Staples and bought some more A4 plastic document wallets and a hole punch ,after called in to carphone warehouse looked st a Arnova 10" tablet might invest not sure will do more research , Went over to Starbuck's Helen had a cup of tea i had a white chocolate mocha with cream Helen had a taste and hated it , strictly a tea drinker , i have not had one in ages and they are about 700 calories i ordered a venti so it might be a bit more not counting the chocolate powder on top not sure if that adds to it , all i know is they are nice .

Woke up at 8.00 am after washing hair and shaving etc went online to pay part of the council tax i owe £175 which totally pissed me of better than going to jail the price of freedom is getting harder to pay each month.
Bought a 16 mega pixel web cam with six led lights and a microphone for £5.35 of eBay i paid for it only to find out that's its winging its way from Hong Kong they have 99.9% feed back so i am not that concerned. Bought Helen a reiki massage bed table of eBay she needs it as she is starting to teach reiki one in two weeks time then hopefully reiki two and finally the masters level.

Filled my tank up in the Freelander thanks to the threat of the tanker drivers going on strike , it cost me £55 to get it to max its been a while since i have run it with a full tank , the last time was when we went to cheddar then it cost me £34 and that was only about three and a half years ago , My son works at a petrol station near to York it will be a case of a can's of coke and Mars bars only.

Got my first postcard of my daughter it was posted in Melbourne Australia first postcard i have had of her and the very first i have had from the land of Oz i will keep it and hopefully have others to add to my collection , cant remember the last time i sent a post card from foreign shores to bloody long that's for sure

My daughter has already secured a job she had two interviews the same day and as a result was offered employment at The Do hair salon earning $16 a hour . doing 38 hours a week . Its only a twenty minute bus ride from where she is currently staying and she will start next week , to say she only landed in New Zealand this Monday it's a brilliant result. She as posted on face book that she has won a $1000 in a bar downing a pint in record time can take the girl out of Leeds cant take Leeds out of the girl Yorkshire born and bred.

Today not sure what we are doing Friday or Saturday we are going to Manchester city centre on the train once there we will have breakfast at some modern cafe/bistro type place and do some shopping later we will visit a couple of bars in the afternoon to show the Gallagher boys how to drink before catching the train back to Leeds for cocktails and supper more than likely Indian dishes at Akbars or Mumtaz we will then book in to a room in one of the city's better hotels , for rampant taking of drugs which will fuel a erotic sex session lasting till early light hopefully all captured on my camera for posterity , well going to Manchester is on the cards only £17.00 return on the train and the rest wish full thinking.

Helen has another reading tonight and has four people on her first reiki teaching class in April , we really need to get her a massage table more than likely this will be off eBay other items i need and are considering getting is a web cam for use on skype , a memory stick 16 gig at least to use on dvd player and a A4 leather writing folder which i will use for work and a messenger bag which is more suitable than my rucksack when traveling on the bus , a tablet pc would be nice i have loads of e books to put on to take to work when i start my evening shift and the occasions i will work nights , this will be at least seven weeks a year to cover holidays more if the individual goes on sick and maybe months if they ever decide to leave there job for good , i was thinking of selling my laptop to buy a tablet pc , was even thinking of getting a small half decent compact digital camera to use and EDC at work there is a roof garden we can use and you can see most of the city skyline , plus the helicopter landing pad is on the roof above although we have to vacate the garden if the helicopter is due to land in case it crashes God forbid .

Went to Dovestone we walked miles even Pip was feeling weary and tired the sun was hot and there was no breeze to cool us down we had taken 2 litres of water for Pip to drink she has a own portable drinking bowl which is always in the car , i caught the sun whilst walking and have gained a slight tan well its red rather then brown pity its not from the sun rays on foreign beaches miles away from the Uk with tropical palms and white beaches , one day .

My daughter has got two interviews for jobs in a hair salon in New Zealand i hope she gets one offered to her would make life a lot easier for her to have a regular income no matter how small or how low her hourly rate plus it would fill part of her day.

Well if the weather stays good here in sunny England might have a barbie tomorrow and laze all day in the garden reading and listening to the radio sorted .

Off work until ten o clock Monday night , doing two weeks on night shift ten till six in morning first week i am shadowing then the second week i am on my own , thrown in at the deep end hopefully i will swim and not sink , or at least float and not drown either way its only five days on my own left to my own devices and decision making.

My Daughter sent me her new mobile number and her blog address so bought loads of cheap food pasta rice and potatoes a very stable diet , just had fish or mince and you will never starve plus a few jars of different sauces rogan josh , tikka masala madras and vindaloo with a few onions and peppers and minced chilli's , of course some wraps or nan breads or a well done jacket spud with a bit of grated cheese be extra nice sounds like my shopping list don't forget the pear cider.

got the eggs whole meal bread for the egg mayo sarnies we will take with us tomorrow. We are planing on walking on the moors all of the day will be up and ready by eight o clock the coffee flasks made sandwich's wrapped and Pip in her harness and we will be heading for the reservoirs of Dovestone and Greenfield.

Tonight for tea its going to be a Beef mince curry basmati rice and potato wedges followed by chocolate and vanilla cheese cake hopefully all these calories will be cancelled out tomorrow specially if it a hot.

Well my Daughter and her friend Shanelle's air flight landed safely in New Zealand and they are both staying at a hostel called " Nomads the fat camel" its cheap and hopefully clean , and the time difference is exactly twelve hours ahead of Great Britain.

She sent me a mobile number to call her on i checked with my call provider to check the rates , as it was it would be at a cost of £1.03 a minute , but with a bolt package for a extra payment on my contract of £2.99 a month it dropped down to 34p a minute with a nominated country i finally got it down to only 14p a minute which is not that bad.

Its been nice warm weather the last few days in Leeds with clear blue skies , i might have to buy a few disposable barbeque grills and start cooking in the garden on a evening with a glass of ice cold pear cider would be quite nearly heaven , just need a better view but hopefully we are working on that.

clocks went forward by an hour midnight last night we was up on time so Helen and I went to the Toby Carvery at Horsforth for breakfast , it is help yourself and there was unlimited amount of food on offer today's selection included two type of sausages , back bacon and both fried and scrambled eggs , along with black pudding , cheese and onion potato rottis and fresh grilled tomatoes and of course no breakfast would be complete without baked beans and toast and for a extra £1.99 unlimited tea or coffee the food and service was excellent , last time i was at the Toby carvery it was for a roast dinner last Monday i nearly threw up i the car i was stuffed today i was fine.

Will take Pip out for a walk on the canal later today at the moment i am loading books on to the mobipocket reader programme i have on my laptop so i can read e books i have on my laptop and pc.

Next week we are going to go to Manchester city centre for a wander round then another day going to see william Danby druid's temple in north Yorkshire will take plenty of photos and no doubt find more interesting places for breakfast and afternoon tea , Manchester also as a big wheel which i am hoping to go on ,living dangerous or what.

Tomorrow my daughter flies on to New Zealand for the second leg of her journey i think she is now planing on staying in hostels until she finds employment and is in a better financial position to rent an apartment , it might make life more difficult to keep in touch via skype and face book depending on Internet cafes and WI-FI availability .
I need to buy a usb sim and memory card reader if i want to get a tablet pc at some stage it will increase its storage capacity considerably.

Helen is working tonight watched Daniel Craig in "The girl with the dragon tattoo" messed around on the laptop and drank copious amount of coffee whilst waiting for Helen to finish her audience with session , she was not feeling 100% tonight but hopefully it wont affect her psychic ability spirits wont normally make contact with a person if they are unwell.

My daughter asked me to send me my address via skype she is going to send me postcards of her travels from various locations she has mentioned going to Whitsunday islands on the great barrier reef they look stunning tropical with palms white sand and blue waters.

Work has been ok this week a lady retired who as completed 38 years service , personally i couldn't do it be gaga i be hard pressed to do 38 months but maybe i will have to do longer will see what transpires.

Weekend looms and we are totally skint what money Helen has we will live on till i get paid next thursday midnight , i break up next tuesday dinner time so its going to be a case of walking Pip and not much else unless we hold a winning ticket on the Euro lotto and English lotto .

Need to buy certain things for work , some more trousers a couple of shirts and some really really comfy shoes plus some stationary items clipboards , note pads , gel pens , bag , stapler and a plastic folder or ring binder .

Been craving ice cold pear cider at home and white chocolate mocha's whilst at work i walk past Starbuck's every morning so far i have resisted temptation due to lack of funds.

My daughter on her travels around Australia as been to see the penguins at Melbourne sea world and sent some gorgeous pictures of tropical fish and creatures of the deep.

Helen has some Reiki teaching to do for various people which might be on a regular basis she also she has some more readings to do booked in and another Audience to do this weekend , saying that i am skint till payday not till a week this friday will i get paid bring it on please,found out today the only tablet pc to support Skype video calling is the Apple i -pad surely all the tablet pcs out there this cant be right.

Work is not that bad doing a lot of traveling between departments and it will be a slow process learning all the areas i have to cover this is to include traveling to different sites across the city and working different shift patterns , but the days are going pretty quick and its never boring, every day i gain another little piece of the jigsaw.
On the way home i called in to the travel agents and picked up a brochure for Egypt it might mean we don't go away this year and have to wait till early next year but if we don't book anything we wont go on holiday full stop , also have the fun will be the expectation the planing and looking up online to check out the hotel , planes , rooms, beaches, culture and restaurants and of course the night life.

Loads more to learn on my supervisor role i am relief supervisor on so many different departments , i have not had chance to learn the ins and outs of the departments i am responsible for without adding new wards and departments and objectives.
I received my login today for the computers and email and all the different programmes we use including carps and rapid response which is a all new ball game now i can have access to a pda for doing cleaning audits , data as to be uploaded on the area i am monitoring once completed downloaded and a hard copy printed and then actioned by person or persons responsible for that area.

anyway its only my second week next week i have three and a half day off so i am only working till Tuesday dinner time so no doubt all i have learnt will be gone on my return good job i am taking notes .

My daughter flies to New Zealand next Monday its cost her £130 to fly there from Australia she is hoping to find work and start earning some dollars she is down to six hindered dollars but is earning $200 colouring someones hair she is a trained colourist specialist she has good friends looking after her and helping her along the way other wise her trip would not of been possible so my thanks and gratitude to all concerned it is appreciated .

Chatting away on skype with my daughter need a better webcam than what's on my laptop looking on ebay they are not that much.
Back at work tomorrow after this week i am on nights for a fortnight thats going to be difficult i have never done two weeks on nights for years will love it or hate it .
Fell like going out and booking a holiday even if its for twelve months down the road i need something to inspire me and to look forward to , need to make plans and dream about ideas of jetting of and traveling at the moment nothing is going on in my life its dull and very little fun in a word its tedious and boring.

Woke up today to a dull cloudy sky and realized i should be somewhere sunnier hotter and more picturesque with a coastline beaches and palms.
My daughter is only 21 years old and as already travelled more than i have , yet i know and work with people who have never set foot out of the UK. Hopefully i have still a chance to do some if there was more equity in the house it would be on the market to sell.
So it maybe it will take a few more years yet , who knows one thing is for sure cant see me dying in Bramley , well i do hope i don't that would make a shit ending to my life .In a few years i have a pension i paid in to years ago there might be enough in there to get us out of the uk and start again somewhere else or at least get us up and moving fingers crossed.

I called my Daughter after she had landed she is in an apartment and can her the F1 cars doing the test laps for the Melbourne race first race of the season .

I have completed my first week as supervisor and to be honest its been not too bad i have seen some old faces and starting at eight in the morning means i can call in to Subways for coffee and a breakfast sub .

Tonight i got a video call from my daughter using skype connection dropped a few times but it was a good way to communicate plus its free we talked on and of for over a hour,it was saturday morning over there it looked hot and sunny and she plans going to St Kilda beach which is about ten minutes away.

So this last week i have seen and spoken to and sms text and face booked and video called my daughter more than ever i think i have had more contact in a week than what i have all this year , so far so good .

Received a text of my daughter at half four this morning she had landed at Dubai airport safely and was flying on to Australia she should arrive and land at around 20.30 our time tonight obviously she is in a different time zone i think its plus ten hours .

My Daughter is at Manchester Airport after arriving there by a chauffeur driven Mercedes limousine not a bad way to start your trip , she is now in the duty free buying make up somethings never change , then its the nearest bar for cocktails before the flight to Dubai on Emirates airline at 20.10m pm , to say i am jealous is a understatement i wish i wish just don't fancy that long in the air but suppose i would have no choice.To explore the outback and coastal resorts and to follow the sun so its always summer would be a big incentive will settle for loads of photos on facebook and email so all the best to you and your travel buddy Shanelle safe tripping .

Went out with Helen ate fish and chips in the car if that aint like being on holiday what is ,

Working in a total different department than what i was told i would be working on. I didn't find out till dinner time today , So my first two weeks i will be doing a shift pattern that is from eight to four this is for the first two weeks only , than i have two weeks to complete from ten till six , than i go from two to ten which is my regular pattern of attendance so hopefully i will be earning more than i have been doing in recent weeks , so half of me is happy but half of me annoyed i have been messed around.

I have had a new id card issued with supervisor on it which i need as a proof of position and a new swipe card to enable me to access all areas at all of the main sites throughout Leeds , i was given a key for the office which is a better office than i was going to be in , and i am in the process of gaining computer access including Internet and email plus i think a pager in case of emergencies which can be a matter of opinion what a emergency consists of.

Its my Daughters last night in the UK will get to see her one last time before she flies of to distant shores .

Helen is having her ESA payments stopped at the end of April and she will have to go on JSA , her son's JSA goes up from £101 to £141 a fortnight in May hopefully Helen will get similar payments.

Last day on induction training its all been a waste of time well 90% of it has covering old ground seeing as i have worked there for the last ten years , tell me something i don't know.
One thing i do know my daughter leaves this Wednesday and i will miss her and its hard getting my head round the fact she will be in another time zone more than 24 hours away on a different side of the world , where she lives now is far enough,Being in another continent altogether is a different ball game, and she really is going to have to defend for herself , there is little i can do if she needed help in a hurry , a part from pray.I hope all the people she meets look after her and help her if she so needs it.

Last night meet up with my Daughter and loads of her friends to wish her bon voyage.
It was a good turn out loads of people was there to wish her luck and safe travel, i know if i was leaving not many people would be that bothered.

Her good friend and work colleagues children had turned up she has a five year old boy and eight year old girl they where both in tears to she her for possibly the last time it was sad to see. So her last weekend in the uk hopefully might get one more chance to see her before she jets off time permitting , i doubt very much i will go to the airport to see her leave i would be to emotional and upset best not go there.

Not sure how i am going to handle Wednesday at all , it would be easier if i knew how long she was leaving for , at the moment it could be only for a few months or if it all comes good a few years a lot depends on the situation she finds herself in once she gets there.

Went walking back on the moors Pip our jack Russell walked her legs off we got home and she crawled straight into her bed and went fast asleep bless her it was sunny and cool we walked on parts we have not been on before and walked more than we intended to and took lots of panoramic photos

Spent all week going for training and everyday i asked the question why ,its been a week of going over procedures that are not really relevant to someone who has been working for the Trust for the last ten years , all off the others where new starters or have totally different roles and job descriptions to that of the supervisory job that i will be under taking.

My daughters boyfriend has been arrested and is on remand until his trial. She is unsure if she will get to see him before she jets off , she of course is extremely upset and is gutted that she will not get the chance to say farewell , i told her all she can do is to write to him tell him she will wait for him and to make sure he knows how exactly how she feels about him , i will not judge on the matter at the end of the day you cant help who you fall in love with , and as long as he treats my daughter respectfully than i am more than happy for them both , and of course its also what my daughter wants my daughter also i my opinion would decide what course to take on her own regardless of anyone one else trying to make her change he views or to give advise.
Its funny to think a few decades ago her boyfriend would have got a free flight all expenses paid trip over to the land of Oz , but now he has a criminal recorded he will never get a visa to travel there or a lot of other places around the globe how times change.I do hope they both sort it out no matter how long down the road it takes and hopefully they will have a life the deserve together and hopefully lessons are learnt .
I have had a chinese take away for tea tonight a chicken fried rice and onion rings and curry sauce all i crave now is for a ice cold Kopperberg pear cider and to watch a decent film and to start reading a decent book.

Caught the shuttle bus to St,James's on departing the bus i went to the newsagents there was a take out machine for Costa coffee, i settled for a cappuccino with a free shot of vanilla essence it said to pay at the counter so i pressed the buttons to make my selection ,the one thing i didn't realise is it didn't dispense the throw away cups you have to position it under the outlet for the liquid , of course i only realised this when it started to dispense the drink straight in to the drip tray , needless to say i just walked away from the steaming pool of not drinkable coffee bloody machines.

Another run of the mill day on training three to go , just want to do my normal hours and get in to a routine and start doing my new job for real.
Need to buy some suitable comfortable shoes and some new shirts and trousers might go for one type of shirt same style and colour and same style and colour trousers , at least then the is no deciding what to wear every day Primarni here i come , shoes are a must lots of walking will be part of my new role so they are first on the list.

Meet up with my daughter Tuesday tonight , a week tomorrow she will be jetting of to Australia went to the Skyliner at Colton for fish and chips then went to the Old George at Garforth for a drink and a chat .
will see her again Saturday night at her local pub so its not the last time i will see her after Saturday then the next time will be more than likely via face book or Skype.

Completing training at work which is covering old ground and i am finding it totally boring and knackering in a way it harder than work i have another four days to do none of it is really going to aid me in my new role , this i am not too happy about its a pointless task , hope this is not how its going to progress if it does i am going to be lacking skills that i need to know and start to develop

My Daughter didn't stay over last night Helen is still way too ill i am improving each day where Helen was getting better but she is now reinfected and its twice as bad as it was , and of course the last thing my daughter wants when she is due to fly is an infection or a flu virus it might even stop her from flying , so her staying over did just not happen.

Even the cat and dog are looking pissed of , so not a brilliant start to March.I start my new job tomorrow i report at nine o clock for six days induction and training after that my hours will change to two till ten.

being on sick since Tuesday as been good to catch up on sleep think we need to try and get out today for some fresh air at the moment it is grey and raining and Helen is still in bed , will need to go to the chemist to get her some over the counter sinus tablets to help clear her airways .

Be glad when tomorrow is done and dusted hopefully i will meet up with my daughter on Tuesday.

Went to the Doctors with Helen they are now offering a walking in no appointment as long as your registered at the practice no need for an appointment both giving some Amoxicillin 500mg tablets to take over the next seven days.
My daughter was suppose to stay over tonight she goes to Australia on the 15th of this month don't want to give her this virus we have and ruin her health for the next two weeks so we are debating what to do as the clock is ticking down and time is running out. I Should have made more of an effort when i had the chance its not been easy but i drive and should have done more to see her.

Now i have spots appearing on my neck arms and chest might call at the Dr's in the morning see what is going on.

Helen has done two psychic readings this week and another booked for the end of the month.

My daughter continues to sell her belongings and items people have giving her to fund her living in Australia she has some great friends .
The dvd player is a great buy for the price and the usb connection is brilliant can watch divx without the need to burn them to disc did use the laptop connected to the tv but this is a better option.

Since i have been poorly have gone of the taste of coffee i usually manage around twelve cups a day ,i have been drinking tea or ice cold sparkling bottled fruit flavoured spring water.
