At least it was sunny this morning when i got up went to work Helen texted me she has been out too long in the sun and was suffering , i don't think she told me the full extent of her sunburn i think she is in a lot of agony and pain ,when i spoke to her later around eleven thirty last night the time there on she was in bed and i had woke her up , hopefully if she keeps in the shade she be OK .Took Guy back home and Bandit after i finished work last night at eight thirty , when i got back home i opened a tin of Tesco beef curry a microwavable rice and a couple of nan breads.
