Stayed in a travel lodge last night booked a double room its too bloody warm why are hotel rooms always too hot, booked in at three o clock but still had to go to work at hospital at five o clock.
I went and paid £738 which was a five hundred pound bond and half a months rent i get the keys hopefully eleven thirty this Friday.
After i finished work at nine o clock went back and met Ellie to a local kebab shop she had chicken burger and i a tray of kebab meat and chips with chili sauce how the other half lives.
The bedroom and bathroom are both spot on the room is too brightly light even with the smaller side lights on and we are both now still living out of suitcase,s and head bags but i guess some things never change but hopefully we are nearly there and by Friday we are hopefully sorted.

A view of the apartment block i will be living in for at least the next six months this is where we will be calling home.
There as been a new development will be together now before Friday my Girlfriend was living at her Mothers but for reasons she has to move out by tomorrow so i have had no choice to book a hotel for the both of us in the city centre for Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday we was moving in together Friday anyway but now we will be together three days and three nights early which suits me to a T.
cant always make plans that are set in stone loads of other facts govern are life's like ex husbands and wife's kids and pets nothing is easy but its come to a point where we both need a firm base and a place to call home.. we do love each other and this way we are going to spend our first Christmas together which if some one had told me this in August of this year which is the first time i meet her out side working at the Hospital i would have laughed my head off.

From one dinner time meeting at Asda which as lead to this is point in time and space is totally beyond believe and if you read our story as a script to a drama or play you wouldn't believe it how and it would be re writing as being too far fetched but i suppose that is life ... six years later after attending her wedding night reception it has brought us both to here and now what the future contains then watch this space ..all i know is 2008 is going to be nothing like 2007 for either of us

I have decided to take the apartment at Clarence Dock its cheaper at £525 a month, and the first month is half price so i have took out a six month lease on it.

its a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom and bathroom the kitchen is bigger then the Bridgewater place and is part of the living room dining room its on the ninth floor but its lacking a balcony but does have patio doors that open inwards and i move in next Friday at noon.
cant believe it is then Christmas the following Tuesday , i have no Christmas tree and no Turkey ordered need to buy everything from new duvets and sheets to cleaning products and bathroom essentials etc.

cashing in a endowment policy selling it on my share will be five thousand going to pair dozen pair of jeans and a decent overcoat a decent leather jacket that should last me years as wont have loads of extra cash for clothes got to get stuff when i have some money.

also need to get a camera opting for for a samsung nv15 also need a DVD player that will play mp3s and a CD player for the bedroom, other then that once i get my shuttle pc from my ex home i should be sorted not sure if i am going to get a games console will wait and see.

so fingers crossed next weekend will be the start of a new era my girlfriend whom as giving everything up as well to be with me will be moving in with me hopefully for a long lasting loving relationship we have both given up everything so it must work ts took us six years to get us to here and now .

Started working back at the Hospital working 17:00 till 21:00 Monday to Friday. Getting up at 6:00 am each morning still sleeping on the Z-bed and not getting home again till 22:00 which makes for a long day,by the time i have showered and feed my self its sleep and work but it is freedom and i know it will get better when i have my own place but at least my weekends are still free and i am madly in love with my girl.

we are going to view another apartment today at Clarence Dock still got the option of moving into Bridgewater Place but needs might make me take somewhere sooner need a place asp really i think the rent will be cheaper and i have been told the first month is free so might go for it will viewing at two and will see what is on offer.

at the moment i am living out of three Head bags and keep adding to my possession's so far Ii have bought two new pairs of jeans, a overcoat, casual jacket, 6 new easy iron shirts, a pair of trousers, 3 black t - shirts, 3 white t-shirts, and two polo shirts numerous pairs of underpants and socks and one pair of trainers in black and a belt, i am at this rate going to need to buy another head bag or two if i don't get a place of my own soon.

all correspondence to my wife has been via text and e,mail have not spoke to her or seen her in person which is weird i understand she is pissed of with me but she has kept the house i am paying the mortgage each and every month also she kept the car which is only one year old she is keeping all the furniture and everything else the house ,it is exactly the same when i lived there other than my clothes are not there and i am not there.

all i plan in the future on taking from the house is a few books, CD,s DVD,s and my computer but only when i get a place of my own.

i cant help that i don't love her anymore i have not cheated on her in the physical sense in 18 years of marriage the restrictions she placed on me in the end was too much and i thought for the last few years i would be better on my own and a lot happier life is too short to be sad and down so i went for it , happiness over money i wont starve and there is not much i need to be contented.

moved out of the family home again tried to sort my feelings out but it just want happening i dont love my wife i cant stand to be close to her hold her hand her voice irratates me i think she knows how i feel its hard not to notice the changes that have occured .

so i moved back into my Sisters for the time being should have stayed living there the first time round and not gone back home and would have been sorted by now.

i am in the down stairs back room on a z-bed and i am happy.took my clothes i pod books and some dvds but no pc as of yet typing this out at work all i want is to be happy with a certain stunning girl called H

There is a Marks and Spencers just food outlet near where iam living and i keep buying their tinned currys and nan breads which are quite dear there is a new tesco opening up near where i work the sooner the better.

went back to Primark stocked up on black, white t-shirts and socks and underpants again.

lost my camera in the process so took a O2 contract out for a LG viewty it was costing me a small fortune on pay as you go at least £10 every five days, so it made sense the camera is good enough for now but dosnt compensate for a proper Lumix Panasonic that i had and lost.

went to York stayed over Saturday night at a B&B £70 for a double room. Great fun with the market and local pubs and bars and being there with the one i love , this girl dosnt know just what she means and does to me she is my whole life i love her so much i dont want her ever to leave me she is the best thing in my world ........

its great not working weekends anymore but it is causing me heart ache i cant see or bump into a certain person and its hurting bad .we went over to York on Saturday with my wife used the park and ride a great invention every one should have one don't think Leeds have one till its nearer Christmas time.
went down to the river and headed for the nearest Starbucks for a caffeine fix been a while since i have had a white chocolate mocha everwhere i went i and women i saw reminded me of H its amasing how many blonde hair women there is in the world even in York .Wifey ended up buying a black leather jacket form Lakeland should fasten at the back lol it was reduced and a great bargain will last years unless she gets it pinched like the last leather jacket she owned , it could last longer then me lol .I settled for the new Jean Paul Gaulttier aftershave Fleur its my birthday soon so i would like a 8 gig i-pod nano in black and case might be lucky and get some birthday cash i have saved £30 out of my dinner money i take to work every day so should be sorted. now i am not seeing a certain person i need something to cheer me up suicide did cross my mind o/j might end up dying of a broken hear t

In York saw a clown a Johnny Depp look a like from pirates of the Caribbean and a fiddler with a devil puppet as well as the minister wanted better close ups of the gargoyles only to discover when i down loaded them to my PC i had the camera settings to low quality and low pixel setting good old eBay took some photos for my wife's listings and i forgot to alter the settings back to highest so pics want that good mind you that might be how its going atm not fully foucused on what iam doing it is hard nothing seems to be important any more i cant think off anything other than what have i done what i have given up why did i not give it longer i was more happy then i have ever been.

Anyway its an excuse to go back for the Christmas lights might even be with her but cant count on it want to take a certain person but its not likely but stranger things have happened .
After walking round checking out the market place and some food from the foreign food market ended up at Cafe Nero for more caffeine in my opinion no where as good as starbucks but better than Pret a manger should have had a double JD in it might have cheered me up and warmed up a brokern heart thats not beating like it should

Packed working in the weekends which i have been doing for near on eight bloody years no more enough is enough. Finally got my weekends back to read walk my dog and visit places hopefully this Saturday going over to York walk by the river go to the shambles and take some photos and hopefully get a white chocolate mocha at the local based Starbucks. It has been a while since i have been to York and i bet the old place ain't changed that much .i can now catch up on reading chillin ,walking and going to computer fairs and car boot sales not necessarily with the wife though hehe visit places throughout the region going to country pubs and sleep in on a Saturday and Sunday i will hear the church bells each Sunday morning wont have to de-ice the car unless its for pleasure i can go to the canal and watch the changing seasons i do love autumn and venture into town for a Sunday pint with my wife not that will happen that often maybe once or twice till she has enough

i want to start reading the new John Twelve Hawks novel which follows on from the Traveler which is called Dark River is first novel for anyone who as not read it yet buy lend it steal it its that good Dark River atm i think its only available in hardback copy which i wont buy they always seem to read different when they are in hard back rather than paperback and cost more.

Its my birthday next week and toying with the idea of getting a new generation i-pod , i would love the classic but might settle for the 8gig nano in matt black be nice to have 80 gig though got to admit what puts me off when it dies its more expense then forking out for just a nano and i suppose you can be spoilt for choice on the other hand i have enough music to fill a eighty gig h/d.

got to start planning Christmas its going to be here asp for the last ten years on Christmas day we have had curry and Indian food for the reason its easy buy different starters main dishes nans and bahjees and rices and through it all in the oven and its ready in thirty mins had a few beers so everyone is up for spicy food kids been eating sweets and chocolates and mince pies all morning so there not too bothered about a turkey and all the trimmings and you don't waste half off Christmas cooking a bloody dinner no one is that bothered about.

Monday, October 08, 2007

Found out on this Saturday just gone ,that a nephew on my wife,s side who attended our wedding ceremony 18 years ago went and committed suicide aged 34 , mainly over problems in his relationship with various women and various siblings but he thought the situation bad enough to take is own life.

when i look at a situation like that and i think to myself even if i hit rock bottom then things can only get better i certainly wouldn't have the guts bottle or nerves to end it all no doubt things must have been going round his head which only made sense to him and the only way out was death....

Puts my problems in prospective and makes me want to try harder and value the things i have close and dear to me loving my wife might not be possible and how hard do i try to make everything ok when we both really know in our hearts that's its never going to be that good anymore , but the kids and rest of the family and friends will still be there hopefully for us both.

I love my music enjoy reading the books i have read and looking forward the ones i want to read , i like the simple things like eating and drinking the food i like walking in the woods with clear blue sky cloudless sky with Bandit my Jack Russell and my I-pod.

Autumn and winter and Christmas just around the corner its a happy time maybe and festive spirits of course for some of us will see a new 2008 but not for one it ain't going to happen.

No matter what i do or where i end up , on my own or with Helen or even here for the time being its better than being dead, he felt unloved , we all get upset pissed off but got to look at all the good things going on , someone committing suicide does make you stand back and look at your life , and if you are not truly happy with what you have got then what changes you can make to improve my life and happiness and the way you live , maybe on my own doing my own thing wont be too bad some of the time i know it wont be plain sailing and time will tell watch this space. Deep down in my heart of hearts and what my thoughts are and who they concern i know what i truly want all i can do is go for gold and fingers crossed.

Moved out of the family home the other week and went to live at my sister's . I had enough of working seven days a week and other stuff was also getting me down.

Some of the stuff going on was my fault for not having the guts or inkling to speak out and just letting stuff carry on and carry on.
there was money issues , sex issues and other problems like not going out and enjoying life , not spend loads on drink and booze but going out just for a couple two nights a week not staying in and watching the box i have been spending too much time on my pc just because i find t.v mundane most of the time .
i have been reading listening to music cooking tea late anything just so i didn't have to watch tv wife my wife.

i left with a bag packed with essentials my i-pod nano mobile phone some clothes leather jackets etc.
My sister let me have the spare room i have looked at getting a city one bedroom apartment for £495 pcm which might have been my worst night mare at one stage but over the years this as been more and more appealing and has been a fantasy dream off mine for a long time i work near by and have seen all the recent developments over the years from start to finish and people move in and living in them and thought one day that will be me and as both my jobs are five minutes from the city centre no need for car or bus pass plus all them pups takeaways Indians and Chinese buffet and bars will be ideal.

i don't know what will happen concerning a certain beautiful person i know time will tell i do know one thing this is just the beginning not the end.

i went to Primark bought dozen white t-shirts 12 pairs or underpants in black and 2 dozen pairs of black socks , bought 6 easy iron shirts at £4 each took combats and jeans trainers etc with me when i first left home bought a shaving bag .went to Boots bought shower gel toothpaste razors and shaving gel deodorant and toothbrushes etc .

bought some reading material Anthony kiedis biography scar tissue stuff magazine and t3 magazine .And thus started my first day Of the first week away from home.

All I KNOW IS THAT I WANT TO BE WITH ONE PERSON MORE THAN I WANT TO BE WITH ANOTHER............. and i love this other person lots lots more than the one i have just left.
it might all go pear shape it might not last i might one day end up on my own , but that is life i have to take that risk to get to where i want to be.

my son wanted to sell his psp which he has hardly ever used since he got it at Christmas last so i gave him £40 for it .want to put DVD movies on a pain i know takes a while to convert to mpeg4 in some cases over a hour its mainly so when i am back catching and using the bus i can catch up on dvds and films i never would have had the time to watch .it has a 1 gig memory card and i can get three movies on which is ample for what i want.

we got new mattress for the king size bed not that we wore the old one out chance would be a fine thing it got delivered today we have bought the bed second hand its barely a year old but is not coming for another couple of weeks the people we are buying it from have jetted of to the states , so we have had to put it in the conservatory for the time being i am tempted to sleep on it in there on the floor with the patio doors open wide would be a bit like camping without the hassle of outdoor living its the nearest my wife would get to getting under canvas the wifey just shook her head and asked me if i had gone completely mad and she wouldn't join me .

i really just want a shag in the garden hehe i would love to but she wont anymore and i don't ask i have more chance of getting sun burnt at midnight .

I have got this girl in my head i cant get her out of my mind out she is with me constantly and in all my dreams and thoughts words and deeds and she is all my fantasies and dreams are of her these feelings and notions are not new they have been in my head for a long time , if only dreams came true, nothing wrong with wishful thinking

Been busy last few days joined a online dvd rental club "i love films" since the local Global video /dvd rental shop has shut its doors at first i thought it was just getting refurbished but it most be some refurbishment has its been shut well over a month ,as far as i know it could have gone bust anyways £9.99 a month for one disc at a time but unlimited rents is not that bad they pay the postage both ways saves going out in the rain and saves on petrol and no late rental charges so far i have had two films in a week and are waiting for the third got to get at least 2 a week for it to pay its way .

Buying some second hand pine furniture for the bedroom triple wardrobe double wardrobe 2 bedside cabinets a king size bed and a dresser was £3000 new just a year ago selling for £550 cant afford not to buy it at that price we do need a new mattress ( not that the old one got worn out, if only) so bought one this weekend for £400 and duvets bottom fitted sheets pillow case's etc of all eBay £150.

I have just got to rip out the fitted wardrobes dump everyhting we dont need , sort the clothes out we dont wear and do a bit of decorating fix a small bit of dado and skirting boards and should be good as new,and if the wife leaves me to get on with it without acting as site foreman shouldnt take that long .

Just discovered the joys of raw onions freshley chopped on beef sandwich's never ever have had any raw veg before but got to say i am hooked why has it took so long don't know just had a Greek kebab's from the market a few weeks ago with my work m8 Mick one luch time and it was filled with raw onions instead of throwing them away i just ate the lot and a new craze was born hehe the wife dont like the smell of raw onions on my breath but she stills smoke yet i dont bitch and i dont eat them every day she still smokes every day, now when shopping i throw in a couple.

Another step was made in the month of my enlightenment Led Zeppelin the band that is never really listened to them before apart from stairway to heaven a mate lent me some cd's albums physical graffiti and houses of the holy and led zeppelin 1v now i am hooked never too old for change best part of living finding out new things and tricks ....

Monday, July 16, 2007

Been having heart flutters for a few days no doubt too many tins of curry and urinating small amount of blood wife kicking me in the kidneys didn't help o/j , so i took off and went to the doctors she assured me they are not linked and the blood might be something or nothing and it did seem to be clear just before i went typical its like having tooth ache as soon as you go to the dentist it disappears, just bad timing all illnesses at once , got some antibiotics for the water infection and did a ECG which read as it should , so some blood tests where done which i am waiting for the results from this was on Friday.Had to shave parts of my chest to get the electros to stick now i am itching like a dog with fleas least i get a seat on the bus all to my self .

Saturday went to Temple Newsham for opera in the park it was OK i enjoyed it all though there was no beer tent not gone to the chemist yet for the antibiotics and it did not rain which was a big plus
and getting out took all of five minutes was well impressed.

Did feel a little abit out of it ,with some of the upper classes cracking open the champagne to go with their strawberries when all i wanted was a bottle or two of magners and some dry roasted suppose its the yob in me could have done with some ear plugs part of it was not to my tatse

Sunday, July 15, 2007

in the end i got a complete new shuttle xpc base unit they reckon they was a fault with the motherboard as well as the psu and graphics touch wood this one will last longer than seven months.

its amazing how long it takes to get everything back to normal once it was all reformatted all the program's and devices cameras printers wireless router/modem as well all of my music i had backed up on to dvd put instead of writing it to disc as a data file i did it as mp3,s so all the album art work covers i had to sort back out once the music was back on the hard drive.

wifey is not going to be seeing me for a while got stuff to rip and burn and some serious surfing to do not to mention updating everything bet its not long before she kicks off on one wont push it too much or the pc will end up out of the window hehe

its now on the external drive.anyways things are looking good could do with a usb hub but Curry's and Pc World want up to £27.00 having a laugh or wot will hunt one down on eBay .

Thursday, July 12, 2007

finally got a call from CCL telling me that they was running final tests on the Shuttle and if everything was OK i could pick it up the following day this was on Wednesday last week.

As it happened i had booked the Thursday and Friday off as flexi.

Got to CCL just after nine o clock they was already three people queing finally i got to the front of the queue and the shuttle was return to me first thing missing was my windows license certificate for windows o/s they issued me a new one they told me it was not the power supply unit but a graphic card problem , they had not reinstalled Windows either no prob at least i had my machine back.

I put it in the boot of the car then went back to the trade counter and bought a coolermaster h/d enclosure a Seagate Barracuda hard drive and a external hp dvd/lightscribe burner all for £95 then set off back to Leeds.

Got home set the machine back up reinstalled Windows reinstalled and all software for my camera canon printer, modem scanner, i-tunes and Winamp Nero my Antivirus programme, crap cleaner Spybot , Ad-aware etc etc downloaded all update which which 83 in total reloaded my music collection and covers loads photographs and many other documents.

That's not including the new Lightscribe drive and the external hard drive which is to make up and install.

when i finally called it a day after numerous cups of coffee and headache tabs i went to power down and when it finished shutting down after installing all of the updates the fans inside the machine kept on running and running not a very good sign the only way was to unplug the machine or use the power on/off switch on the very back of the machine guess what its going back to CCL in the morning so much for bench testing it

Monday, July 02, 2007

Still not got my shuttle pc back from CCL its hard work getting through on the phone did speak to someone last week and they told me the psu was knackered but if they wanted a new part they would have to order one they do sell 250 watt shuttle power supply units but the one that came with the shuttle in it barebone form was had a 400 watt output ,
I did take it in on the 2nd of June and i am getting the feeling that am being neglected i do hope that it is sorted this week i have Thursday and Friday off and would like it back before the end of this week hopefully going to buy a coolermaster hard drive enclosure and a seagate h/d when i pick the pc up.

Have been listening to Jeff Buckley Grace The Editors "an end as a start" and Nickelback "all the right reasons" and "silver side up" and "silence is easy" by Starsailor i do need some new earbuds for my i-pod nano not going to fork out best part of thirty quid to get some apple ones i like the gummy ones JVC do which are available from Currys and Hmv for around £7.99.

Bought some Oral B tooth brushes for my rechargeable tooth brush on Ebay and they did not arrive after three weeks of waiting and sending a dispute via the peps from Ebay so i bought some from Boots this Saturday as soon as i got in from work my wife said to me good news your tooth brushes have arrived from ebay at long last at least now i don't have a reason not to have clean teeth for the next 16 months as i have two packs of four brushes oops .

watched the concert for Princess Diana yesterday live from Wembley it rocked my afternoon and my night happy birthday Di where ever you may be

Saturday, June 23, 2007

had the weekend of full off either cold or hay fever think its cold the amount of chillies i eat and spicy food i am normally quite immune from the common clod will take some piriton and beconase nasal spray just to make sure either way i have tomorrow off as well.

if nothing else will catch up on some sleep no doubt as soon as i decide to watch a dvd sods law it always happens.

just down loading safari apple's browser http://www.apple.com/safari/might be less spyware cookies and hijacks happening didn't apple once not too long ago advertise no viruses found on i-macs compared to the thousands written for and down loaded on windows pc computers.

Also down loading and looking at objectdock and picasa new version of vista transformation pack 7 coming out soon got version 6 i like it makes xp less boring .

Thursday, June 21, 2007

The new leather settee came today we ordered it form john peters about 3 months ago.
whom have recently gone into receivership but they was lucky enough to get bought out even though the outlet we bought it from on the Birstall industrial estate where Ikea is situated is no longer trading.
we did pay a deposit of £150 when we placed the order and the balance they wanted this Tuesday and wanted it paying over the phone we wanted to pay C.O.D any way good to their word it was delivered today so if any one else is out waiting for orders you all should be ok .
you just might have to wait a extra few weeks as we did.
sick of i-tunes when i am updating my nano its listing tracks as it wants to art work is all over the place and its really just getting annoying spending more time trying to sort listings out and covers than anything else and its getting me a bit obsessive with it all being just too right.

So i decided to download sharepod to give that a go which is shareware and looked good on the screen shots etc when i tried to install it got a error message oxc0000135 which is to do with net framework so i downloaded donetfix which got me an error message regarding net framework version 2.0.50727 .

which i am d/l as i type this my new computer is still getting repaired and my old machine is not running a genuine Microsoft o/s so i might hit a wall with the installation process
just want my other machine back with it genuine copy of windows what a hassle not being legit

Monday, June 18, 2007

weekend off went to a local company summer fete where my wife works and it was ok good motorbike display team on show with stunts and clever riding and to top it all free magners had four free drink vouchers plus free food as well which killed a few hours before the rains came.
54% done on tomb raider good old rain just in case it continues i bid on and won angel of darkness on eBay should arrive this week and bought some new brushes of the oral b electric tooth brush the dental work is still on going and the results are better than what we had planned so no complaints got to go back a week this Friday for the last quarter of my mouth doing .

work stinks atm and i hate it more each day like most jobs its ok until you have time off then its three times as bad when you go back, still not got the pc back ccl have been in touch after i e mailed them its in a queue waiting for repair which is fine but no one has confirmed what they will cover in the repair if its a hard ware failure are they going to fix it or get me to sort it out and even though its less than seven months old i am skeptical about it breaking down again my old pc which iam using now parts of it are well over ten years old well the psu, mobo, cpu athlon xp2100 are, did fit had a new h/d and graphics card added another dvd burner and put it all in a new atx case although it has now got my new monitor and wireless key board working of it and its all going great guns and does what i want rips films sorts out my i-pod and general surfing everything is hunky dory, and it does make me wonder why i bothered in the first place i suppose its technology wanting something better only for it to let you down there is a lesson here i suppose if it aint broke leave well alone if worse comes to the worse will take the memory cpu and get a new mobo case and do away with the shuttle xpc do like thermaltake cases and like the idea of a water cooled system not that i would go that way but i did only get the shuttle to please my wife she did'nt want a full tower standing proud in the bedroom which is where it is and has been for the last seven years i original bought my first pc of a friend if people are wondering why my maths dont add up hehe referring to some parts being ten years old .

Thursday, June 14, 2007

it has been a funny old week up to now on Monday took the dogs for a booster injection and their claws trimming there was offer on at the vets for micro chipping half price so we booked them back in to get them both done for Tuesday.
went to Fairburn Ings to feed the ducks went for a walk and found a disused railway bridge.
offer on at Tesco's at the moment Magners cider 20% off chill pasties half price and rustlers nan and chicken tikka wrap nuked in 70 seconds are half price wot bliss .
not heard anything about the computer every time i try and get through put on hold all lines busy still hopefully get it sorted soon want to buy a freecom hard drive caddy and a 160 gig h/d for external back up of music fav films and photos etc also want a external dvd writer think ine reason behind the shuttle packing in might be its work load if the external drive gives out heat it wont be inside the pc i don't know if this is logical but its what i plan on doing regardless .

Friday, June 08, 2007

just work the weekend then its a week off no commuting to work no major problems chill out time will have arrived.

the weather forecast for the following Monday and Tuesday is for rain never mind will have to play on the PS2 and drink magners should be a laugh.

dirt track we have been going to is now closed due to someone somersaulting a quad bike and needing serious hospital treatment and some other tossers dumping toxic waste on to the fields so cant blame the farmer who owns the field making it off limits.
will need to find somewhere else to ride there is a track near by where it is run and there is a fee but hopefully will be worth it .

Have been playing on the new Tombraider 10th anniversary game although it follows the original levels of the original game its totally different settings graphics and lots more to do than the original game i have to admit anyone who loves the original game must buy this.

Found a new track to take my son and his trail bike to its a farmers field and its been adapted for trials bikes to ride there i am not totally sure if we are trespassing and on the two occasions we have been riding on there last Sunday and Monday night no one as pulled us i keep feeling we are at some stage going to be told to sod off i do hope not as its a ideal place and its ten times bigger than the last track we have been using. And he can finally ride in third gear longer than a few seconds lots of baby rabbits running wild hopefully they wont end up as rabbit pie and keep well away from the wheels of the bike.

The trailer is fine and the c2 is fine pulling it so far the bike has stayed put just securing it with the two tie down straps and hopefully this will remain the case .

Break up on Sunday have a full whole week off work Barbie's kebabs and Magners hope its not too hot will hate to have to go inside too long desperate to get some sun will take the dog out on long walks as well might loose a few pounds as well
My computer has gone west i was reinstalling windows and it packed in half way through formatting my c; drive just died i am pretty sure i saw a flash come from inside the case and smelt a faint smell of smoke oops.

decided to take it back to CCL asp so Saturday i drove over with my shuttle pc in the boot thought i better take the windows xp o/s disc all original paperwork for the system build and the serial number for when they had to reinstall windows.

got over there and dropped it off saw someone on the service desk gave him a brief on what happened he wanted the windows certificate they use there own disc i didn't have it its at home on my disc case i showed him the original disc the serial number the receipt which i bought from them at CCL i was not impressed.

so monday whilst at work i had to borrow the minibus and shoot over to Tong near Bradford to take the certificate so the installation of xp can take place when they get round to fixing it that is which is between ten to fourteen days but i bet its more like three weeks.

Just outside Tong garden centre the exhaust started blowing big style was equal to the noise of a jet engine and the faster i picked up speed the more i had to keep popping my ear drums anyway made it back without getting stopped by the police without anyone being any the wiser it would have blown at some stage but it happened whilst it was not being used for works purpose.

The worst thing about being not online is going to have to watch crap tv and get totally bored out of my head iam going to crack up just know it

The Il Divo concert in Sheffield Halam arena and it was alot better than i thought it would be although i wasn't totally dreading the concert and i am a bit of a cultural vulture some of the time it its not the regular sounds i usually up load on to my I-pod .but i do have to admit the lads can sing and i would go to see them again live but not until five years have passed and they have new material out .
price wise a 400ml can of cider was £3.20 which was acceptable programs went for a tenner again i thought was a fair price but album cd's was £16.99 no where near the cost of what you could pick one up in Virgin or Hmv for and a bag of chocolate eclairs was £2.50 parking was a fiver all in all it was good value and was a enjoyable night said to the wife could we go see the RHCP she didn't know what the fcuk i wa son about they sat opposites attract i don't think so

Had new roman blinds fitted to the conservatory Friday the wife said the blind man is here when there was a knock on the door i said has he brought his dog went straight over her head hehe also had two black out blinds made for the kitchen windows both was measured wrongly perhaps he is partially blind and cant read a tape measure and they will have to be altered still will all look well when its all completed.

going to see Il Divo tomorrow night at Sheffield hope its going to be an enjoyable experience and that not everyone wants them to sing in Latin all of the the time 50 - 50 i could handle perhaps.

I have been playing on Rouge Trooper on the ps2 bought 2nd hand from Cnex and what a wicked game loving it although it is quite difficult if you try and kill everything that moves and don't think of the correct game plan it is a bit of a nightmare you can also use of a hologram to dispatch to different areas ahead of you which is a fallen comrade and he takes the bullets for you and distract the enemy from killing you brilliant.

Had a done meat pizza last night from Sorrento's at Crossgates and also found out that the local Tesco is NOW selling Magners the 750ml bottles to cap it of got undisputed 2 out o dvd

Monday, May 14, 2007

My son as been on the ps2 all weekend and i haven't had a look in bought rouge trooper for myself and resident evil 4 might get a go on it this week fingers crossed got to admit res 4 looks a fine good game ideal for chillin out with and blasting the living daylights out of the walking dead would be a good stress relieving method if only i could get near the bloody console.

Went back to the dental school at the L.G.I last week things are improving and might end up not loosing as many teeth as first thought so fingers crossed all the pain and suffering might be worth it in the long run.two off the teeth are now solid and without movement one of the others i might loose due to the fact that i have had it root filled twice and if that's the case i will need a denture making before it comes out which it will do .

sick off all this rain although did get a bit of sun late this afternoon but drinking Magners when its raining ain't the same might need to put some more Hed Kandi albums on to the i-pod to kick start summer get things warming up might need a flight out to somewhere nice and hot need some heat hope the kids wont miss us too much hehe.

Did go over to Xscape on Monday and did watch Spiderman 3 if you like the superheroes then you will enjoy this film its better than the first two or at least as good as the previous two the new silver surfer and fantastic four looks a great film as well will have to watch that when its released.

Bought resident evil 4 for the ps2 for my son yesterday but when i got home i found my daughter had wrapped her ps2 up and listed it on eBay oops , i would have bought it off her or put a bid in its only had a few hours use and was bought only last Christmas pity its the limited pink edition console there is no way i can have a pink ps2 my wife doesn't see the logic in selling one only to buy another ps2 the only difference it being black but i can so tonight on the way home i called into Game and bought a black or charcoal coloured ps2 playstation got Spiderman 3 the game and a memory card all in for £114 my son is on it now killing zombies, its mucked up my chance of getting a x-box 360 for the time being will get one eventually no doubt .

My wife bought a new aquarium for the gold fish hope they enjoy their new home

i did go back to work today the wife kept finding me stuff to do around the house and garden , at least at work can i can escape work if i so wish, always places to nip out to like Costco , Starbucks or McDonald's .

Took my son out on his trails bike and he got his first puncture in his front tyre i took it of at home threw it in the car and went to get fixed at Wosters on York Road whilst i was there i asked the mechanic to sell me some Goop and could he put it in for me Goop is a green based compound with rubber particles floating in its mass once a puncture occurs when the air rushes out the particles rush in to resell the tube this can also stop blow outs and further accidents so if it happened again it would in theory resell itself carry on riding no problems i also bought another bottle to do the back wheel as they say prevention being better than cure the mechanic took the wheel round the back and ten minutes later reappeared with the wheel all done and dusted

when i got home i fixed the wheel back onto the front forks and got to work on the rear tyre with the extra bottle of Goop i bought i did not know by reading the instructions what decoring the valve as there was no mention of how to do it on the bottle, but after going online i do now, all the instructions on the bottle said after deflating the tyre's inner tube with the tool provided pull out tube on top of bottle fully and insert over end of valve then gentle squeeze until required amount off Goop is place inside the tube reinflate tyre to correct pressure blah blah blah after 2 hours of trying to get the sealant into the tyre and it ending up on the floor over me over the tyre but none actually inside the tyre i knew i was doing something wrong , a Ferrari mechanic for the f1 racing team i ain't and never will be but persistence paid of and once i took the inside of the value out by turning it anti clockwise to screw it out the Goop went in basically in 30 seconds time will till if it does exactly what it says on the can watch this space my son took out his bike again and so far so good .

Tuesday went to Las Iguanas in Leeds city center next to the Corn Exchange the food was mediocre had a duck enchiladas a side order of nachos and sour cream for desert had the Aztec chocolate fudge cake with coconut ice cream my wife had chimichanga a tortilla parcel with chicken guacamole sored cream and rice and salad followed by creme caramel i had a pint of larger and my wife had a gin and tonic the bill came in at £33.40 no wonder the place was empty hehe never mind it was nicely set out the decor etc was spot on the value was over priced in my estimate by £15.00 a pint was £3.20.

Wednesday
went over to Oakenshaw near Bradford to get tow bar fitted and pick up trailer for sons motocross bike just short of five hundred quid including number plate electrics and tie down straps was nervous going back on the m62 i have never towed anything before it was not that bad was nervous about it unhitching or tipping over with no weight on its back not allowed to go in the third lane on motorways but thats no hardship and the car insurance is no extra so all in all should be ok if i strap the bike done tight enough
sold the old shed on eBay for one pound

Thursday
another new shed came for the garden will have to collect more junk now.took the bike and trailer out no problems checked half way in to the journey that the bike was still secured ok. considering its only held in place with two straps its relying on the laws of physics that if the front end is tied down and under tension the back end cannot move up or down so far so good got there and back ok got to admit i did not go over 40 mph

Friday
wifey went to the flower show in Harrogate i reorganized the two sheds moving stuff from one to another and erecting shelfs tool hooks and putting bolts through the hinges and locks to make them more secure went to Tesco got a copy of F.H.M and on dvd bought Red Dragon, Entrapment with Catherine Zeta Jones and 8 mile all costing £2.84 each cheaper than renting .
took son out with bike got a puncture in the front wheel will have to get new inner tube and going to through in some Goop if he picks another nail up will reseal the tube instantly goop costs £6.99 and is good for the life of the tyre just pump it in to a deflated tyre than re inflate problem solved hopefully

Thursday, April 19, 2007

Got to go back to the dental school tomorrow and i'm really dreading it i know they will freeze all the surrounding areas and no doubt if it hurts too much they will have no choice but to stop mid flow , i still dont think all this treatment is going to do any lasting good and i get the impression that i'm just there to practice on a human guinea pig and its prolonging any future problems rather than curing any.Still must be brave but i guess would rather go get another tattoo or two than face the dentist chair once again .

I have got three days off next week Tuesday Wednesday and Friday on the 24th its my wedding anniversary 17 years i have been married that must warrant a new Playstation at the least and a curry at a decent Indian restaurant .

The tattoo is healing well and i have learnt that something that reads the same which ever where we read it from is called an ambigram check out this site http://www.wowtattoos.com.
like the true love might be another tattoo on the horizon not till after the summer ao not till next year will see how things go,are in no rush ...........................

Got out or escaped out of the office today for a couple of hours, this was just after dinner i had to go get a piece of paper signed so i can earn the local authority 2k which i don't get 1p commission.

so far in the last two years i must have got at least 25 of these bits of paperwork signed and completed or if not more and its all been down to my own endeavors and hard work following leads and tracking people once they leave training and get into any type of employment

from my LCC wages i earn 25k a year so these bits of paper have more than covered the cost of my wages so as a reward to me i decided not to rush back to the office and enjoy the sights of Leeds city center stopped of at Mc Donald's and got a large banana milk shake and lazied on a walk about round the center of Leeds crocodile Dundee would have been proud.

i bought some sunglasses from Next but decided i don't like them as soon as i got them home and two tattoo magazine this months Skin Deep and the American magazine called simply Tattoo .

I was gone two and a half hours and it was noticed the office is only fifteen minutes from the center of Leeds but at the end of the day i always ask my boss the same two questions which are 1. who is your best worker and 2. why am i hehe

Monday, April 16, 2007

went to the computer fair what a rip off stall holders selling dvd shrink on its own on disc for a fiver why? when its free to d/l i asked
the reply because people don't want to pick up a virus (thought thats why we had anti virus programs )or they cant be bothered to d/l it for themselves , yeah right, i bet thats true.

yet these same people can be arsed to get up Sunday go to a computer fair in Rothwell either drive or catch a bus to the event.

Then pay a £3.00 admission fee then fork out another £5.00 on the disc so they can install dvd shrink a program if i remember correctly which takes all of 2 minutes to d/l nice fucking work if you can get it.

The same stallholder had clone dvd, anydvd, Nero and dvd2one and dvd decrypter yet when i asked for a pirate copy of vista he started lecturing me about piracy when i mentioned Nero, clone dvd or anydvd is not shareware but you need to buy a license for it he shut the fuck up hypocrite hehe i do want a legit copy of vista which i will buy once sp1 is available .

Needless to say went home empty handed plus three pound lighter

Finally made it to the tattoo shop got there just before 11 o clock got out for 2 0 clock and as always the first ten minutes are always the worst.
my tattoo artist , and he is a artist he can create wicked drawings of monsters and dragons Giger type themes and Paul Booth type work who works out of last rites tattoos which he is owner off the tattoo shop situated in the U.S.A http://darkimages.com/enter.asp

Back to my artist i was lucky to catch him he jets of tomorrow to Florida but only six months ago he had a stroke and is now slightly paralyzed on his right hand side hopefully this will improve over the coming weeks and this is why its been so difficult arranging a sitting .
his work colleague never mentioned this all the times i phoned up for an appointment what had occurred he just said he was not working and left it at that.
As you can see my new tat reads life death no matter which way it is viewed from its not an original idea but i have not seen it done both ways as i have had it done.
its usually just the one word obviously it does cost twice as much in pain , time effort and money to have it done like this i like because hopefully people will see it as life before death and hopefully for us all reading this thats the way it will work out.
it was inked on my right lower leg/calf and for a guy and artist who is only using the one good hand it is truly a work of art both in effort ability and dedication and is better than what alot can do with two good hands he is left handed but never the less what a feat.

so big thank you Chris do have a pleasant and a holiday and a totally chilled out time in Florida don't drink all the Budweiser and don't smoke all the Marlboro's .

What a way to spend a Friday now its chillout time going to down a few magners have a Indian and watch a decent dvd Sunday its the computer fair at Rothwell sports Centre from ten till three cya there if anyone wants to see how the tat is healing just ask hehe

Fancy doing something different this weekend but as always working the weekend knackers everything up just fancy going in to the bars late on a night and getting merry this is with my wife but we would both end up falling asleep in some club somewhere the oldest swingers in town do miss the atmosphere of the club scene the music checking out the latest fashions and styles not sure if i even know what is hot and what is not.

Miss getting a kebab when fueled up on alcohol that you cant walk straight with lashings of chilli sauce all down my shirt front

miss waking up at 3 0 clock Saturday afternoons ready to do it all over again that night

miss jumping into a taxi to go up to the curry house's then back into town to a night club

miss getting refused entrance because i was wearing a leather jacket trainers or jeans does that still happen miss smoking a joint in the corner of club and having the bouncers coming over to throw us out

miss having a mouth like a ashtray and a head like its got a kango inside going full pelt

miss getting ripped of for the taxi home

miss walking home because there is no taxi willing to drive us cause were too drunk

miss waking up and wondering where all the money went

miss waking up Sunday saying that i will never get this bad again its just childish

miss my dad saying to me your surely not going out tonight its raining

miss my mum saying have you got your keys and some i.d on you hehe

miss my dad saying don't be late no i will be early like 4am in the morning lol

still i suppose life ain't too bad sober could be worse could be a vegetarian salad muncher leaf eating water drinker marathon runner instead of this meat eating ice cream licking chocolate fudge cake eating champion of Leeds

Another person is leaving with a redundancy package of 17K lump sum plus 5k a year pension he is only 60 years old and will loose five years wages as he does not plan on seeking further employment i did ask him out right in what ever form or capacity work does not figure in his plans and no doubt he will spend most of his time watching t.v and burning gas whats the point might as well carry on working and have some purpose to him being alive.

This person still lives with his mother and is reasonably financially secure he has got a few thousand in his bank account 15k about

He as not in to traveling or going places he is not into computing surfing the Internet or technology any shape or form neither is in in to digital cameras, mp3's , blogging or emailing has never got in to computer games doesn't see the point be it x-box PS2 or PS3 is all alien language he doesn't drink smoke or is into any ladies young or old he doesn't read, paint or have anything that remotley resembles a hobby.

He has never been abroad or visited foreign shores will only eat English food will not touch Indian Chinese or pizza no doubt he will look back and wonder why he has lived his life the way he as but then again wont we all no doubt he will have loads of time to reflect on his past years he is the same age as Elton John .
my friend and ex - workmate has also had years of financial freedom not to the extent of Elton if only but still never had to pay a mortgage or had the finacial burden of the luxury of bringing kids up.

His wage has more or less always been his to do what he wishes but he as never done nothing out of the ordinary but if he is truley happy good luck and whom am i to judge. People will tell me I'm making mistakes with my life and i should be doing this and that but i do have a mortgage kids and a wife that takes first place.
personally i just think my friend retired years ago without really knowing .

Want to book sometime of from work get good Friday off easter Monday and the Tuesday so will take 2 flexi days plus one a/l to make it a full week got get the towbar fitted promised my son i would sort it when all the building work was completed and out of the way.

A work mate has just been offered 58k redundancy in a lump sum cash payout plus a 10k a year pension he is only 50 years old lets all guess and see if he can work out what he will do , dos'nt take much working out does it .

Alot of people working would be more than happy if they got half that amount me included. Another workmate just got offered two thousand pounds to throw the towel in and call it a day he is on 25k a year salary lets all try and guess what he is going to do i beat you all got it right again yes he's staying put especially when its been posted on the internet that any compulsory redundancy's will mean a cash pay out of two years salary.
Fingers crossed that if the worst happens this is a true statement.

Monday, March 26, 2007

Have still not recovered from changing the clocks forward by one hour Saturday night hate always have it knackers me up for a few days its never the same when they go back and we all gain an hour i always wake up at the same bleeding time its routine bye then.

at least the nights will start staying lighter for longer need to get down to the canal with my dog and do some serious walking take a few pictures of the barges moored up at the marina check out the walk over the nature reserve its a long walk without killing yourself all though iam not sure if i trespass doing it i have never had anyone say anything to me and there is always plenty of twitchers lurking about never seen Bill Oddy though.

If there is 52 weeks in a year seven days in a week which 52x7 = 364 why is there 365 days in a year i was arguing this point with a colleague at work whom i think now thinks either I'm totally with the fairys and off my head or I'm just winding him up hehe we been asking everyone who walks in to our office i still argue its 364 got to stick to ones guns no retreat no surrender

Still reading the Skin Gods nearly at the end of the book and on the strength of this novel i will go and buy Richard montanari previous novel the Rosary Girls.

started using the oral b rechargeable tooth brush dont have to worry about clean teeth its knocked the, all out hehe o/j don't want suing its a fine piece of kit whether its as good as its made up to be will see when i go back to the dental school for my next bout of treatment on the 20th April which is when they start the root planing bit of the treatment.

they checked the pocket depths of my gums by using a fine metal toothpick instrument which as far as i could make out went down into the gum line of the tooth the did front back and both sides of every tooth not nice at all, but when they start to do the in depth cleaning they can use anesthetic and freeze my mouth which cant be that bad.

still might end up losing a couple of teeth but nothing ventured nothing gained might have a bridge fitted will see how it all pans out.

my Wife has got us tickets to see Il Divo at Sheffield only £75 she said what a bargin said i lets go twice i said rotflmho what i have done to piss the wife off i don't know hehe can always take my i-pod not exactly a cultural vulture and it will serve her right if i get her a ticket to go see the Red Hot Chilli Peepers chance would be a fine thing at least i will go with her to see her boy band my sister and her husband is going as well different seats same day might have to have a few lagers to get in the mood .

I bought a electronic rechargeable tooth brush from boots on my way home from work the other nigh its a oral B 7000 this was after going to the dental school at the L.G.I as i need to have deep root planning done right down into the pockets of my gums , and after my first appointment i was told that to preserve my teeth for longer was to invest in a electric tooth brush so on the way home i called into Boot's the dearest one's were retailing for £128 the one i picked was mid ranged priced at £42 which is the cost of one filling if your lucky so looking at it like that it ain't too bad cant put a price on your health.

So i got it home opened the packaging and read the instructions before use charge up unit for full 16 hours no props get it on charge at five o clock pm and be ready for use in the morning equalling nice cleaned teeth fresh breath zero plaque wot a result back to the dental school this Friday for next appointment where dental nurse technician will be well impressed with me and will know i'm taking her advise seriously as it was her recommendation that i get the electric tooth brush in the first place.

Thats when i noticed on the end of the charger what plugs in to your electrical socket is a two pin plug big problem i wet shave have no need for a shaving adapter not got one in the bathroom cause i don't need one but have got one somewhere had one years ago needless to say cant find it hunting high and low cant track it down have moved house about four times since i used to use an electric razor so no joy sob sob sob Tthe new tooth brush as dead as a dodo

You think the twat at boots would have mentioned the fact you need a shaving adapter to charge the unit up you go in to Curry's and buy a dvd player for £19 they try and flog you a scart lead for £15 ha ha ha see previous blog....... so on the way home i nipped into Wilkinson's and for the pricley sum of 65p purchased a two pin adaptor so sorted cant wait to fire it up and get to work on the plaque.

I was tempted to chop the two pin plug off and wire up a normal three pin 13amp plug on the end but some how i think that might have invalidated the warrenty .

My Sister's finally picked up my Mothers ashes from the funeral directors i bought a silver cherub pill box just after she had died and had some her ashes put in and sealed this purpose in mind when i bought it and there cant be more than a tea spoon full of ash in there but none the less i feel better and somehow i feel she is there with me in what ever shape or form that maybe, i don't class myself as a Norman Bates type at all but if anyone out there wants to buy a rundown motel drop us a line hehe.
It makes me wonder what will happen when i pass away , which of life's compost heap or council rubbish tip's will i end up on will even anyone bother collecting my ashes am i bothered if they don't hopefully that wont be for sometime yet .
