Went to Helen's parents static home at Acaster Malbis it is a lot more up market than our van and were we live , but saying that we are not slumming it and they don't have the amount of outdoor space that we have it is like a mini suburbia .We had our dinner there fresh chicken breast with roasted veg including butter squash , sweet pots and red peppers which was really nice , for desert we had a Victoria sponge with cream and strawberries .
We drove down to a campsite that is on the river Ouse and watched the boats and other pond life float by , from there we went to the Ship Inn for a pint of cider the boat sails from there in to the centre of York takes about fifty minutes will have to do it .
TUESDAY - Had a new combo boiler fitted we can control it using a app on our phone plus it as a magnetic filter on it to keep it running better and less contaminants to cause system failure .Turn the tap the hot water is constant don't have to run it till it gets warm . It was moved into the toilet which in turn will warm the toilet room up in winter another bonus .
MOVED BACK TO HOLMFIRTH , WE ARE OUT OF THE STATIC HOME , AND ARE NOW MOVED IN AND LIVING IN A NEWLY BUILT TWO BED STONE END TERRACE , WITH GEORGE AND BENTLEY OUR TWO CATS AND PIPPA AND BAILEY OUR TWO DOGS.THIS IS OUR FOREVER HOME I DOUBT THAT WE WILL EVER LEAVE THIS BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN A GREAT LOCATION WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO LIVE HERE FOREVER.
