COKE THROUGH A STRAW

Bought a big bag of fresh cut rocket to add to my cheese and meatball pizza and hot and spicy pizza .i also bought some fresh chicken chili pieces also to go on to my pizzas or in my flat bread panini's I now longer have fries with my pizzas which is a good thing i am never going to be a healthy eater i also bought three jars of my favourite coffee , you can tell when Bob's been its paid .

I am also bidding on some blue tooth headphones i am currently the highest bidder just know i am going to win them unless the bidding gets crazy .

I did not win the headphones I though that they were new but they had been used so I stopped bidding on them , luckily someone out bidder me .

Working the bank holiday Monday that will be every one this year so far .

Went to the Wetherby Whaler near to where we live on the way back from the hairdressers Helen was having her hair coloured blonde again i had  been sat in the car playing Zombie Frontier 3d which is as good as Dead Trigger .I had a extra large fish i was Hank Marvin I also had coke instead of coffee thats the drink not the drug although i did use a straw .

Our friend Charlie is coming over to quote us for a fence we want concrete posts and gravel boards i am hoping we can get the post and gravel words in and buy the fence panels next payday.

THINGS AND PRINCE

Sign O The Times and Purple Rain are just two of the albums I have loaded on my music player in memory of Prince .The first video I bought back in the day was Prince live tour Purple Rain the first cassette tape that I bought was by David Bowie both are now dead. I have also got Graffiti Bridge the film to watch , it was rumoured that he began penning his memoir hope his last writing words get published .

This Saturday or Sunday either i would like to go to see the KAWS exhibition at Yorkshire Sculpture Park not sure how long it is there for i guess a while we only live five minutes away my Nephew went and it looks amazing i have been on about a return visit since we moved here last June.

Helen is still working on the garden we have know got potatoes growing in some bags hopefully we will get a crop she also bought a new patio brolly and some matching seat covers and bunting .

Made a wicked shepherds pie last night with minced lamb and a great stir fry the night before , when i get paid will stock up on sauces and noodles i may also get some chilli paste , if i do then plenty of pear cider.

CHEER UP

Watched the Witch and thought it was total drivel worse film i have ever seen on par with Noah nothing really happened you're  waiting for it to kick in and the credits roll so glad i did not pay money to see it on the big screen it is not worth watching pity i wasted my time .

Took Helen to the garden centre she bought four hanging baskets and enough plants to fill them all plus another three bags of combo roll on hotter weather.

She also bought some green plastic hanging bags that will hang over the fence either side and the flowers plants will cascade over the fence panels .

My friend at work who had the stroke Friday is not good although he has now opened his eyes and he can understand certain things or so it seems it will be a very long time before he is back to normal worse thing is the weather it is really changing for the better summer is on its way and he is stuck in hospital life is rarely fair.

I phoned my twin up the other day she thought i sounded feed up the day after she put me twenty pound in to my bank so i could get something nice for dinner which was totally unexpected what a truly nice gesture .

We are or Helen is ordering to parasols for the garden table and bench in fuchsia pink she says will go nice with the green van dam in doubt .

Need pear cider need more ice doing and i need to get more solar powered lights for the garden think i will go to Costco it has been years since i  have gone shopping there used to get freshly cooked baked potatoes and chili or pizza slices .

My sister who put the  £20 in my bank account told my other sister that I was feed , she message me saying she was putting £50 in my bank so I could get some aftershave or something nice , what great sisters I have.

Cant believe Prince is dead such talent , hopefully they will be new albums released it is a great loss R.I.P Prince .

LITTLE GREEN SHACK

We can finally connect to I Cloud a free wi-fi internet service at work , and seeing has my mobile connection is so shite then this is going to help out enormously with my web browsing capabilities You Tube and other sites .It is about time rumour has it also we are going to get computer upgrades , I pads and new os we are currently running xp not good.

Helen as had a  very good week with her readings and has had a very productive week which is good because I am piss poor yet again.

The weather this weekend is crap it is at best going to be grey and wet with rumours of maybe some snow which seems hard to believe seeing that  we are half way through April .

My son still has not phoned or text  me he has not bothered to contact me since the end of January he is still being ignorant , i would not have dreamed acting this way with my father i had too much respect obviously my son does not realise what respect is he needs to learn some before his time expires .

A colleague and friend at work had a stroke they took him to resus in A&E  then for a  Ct scan I had only been talking to him a few hours before it was lucky for him that we work in a Hospital as it more than likely saved his life .

SATURDAY
Went for my quarterly hair cut i could not get in to my regular salon so i tried one i have passed want times but have never frequented , it had one chair a fire on the back wall and a really old wooden framed mirror that had seen better days and to be fair I received a great hair cut , I might even go back there next time .

BEING BORING

I need to go to the coast its been ages hopefully soon as it is warm enough we will visit Whitby and the surrounding bays and beaches.
Helens bought more grass seed i have lost track of the amount of boxes she has thrown down it would have been cheaper to buy artificial lawn least it be green all over , no need to water feed or cut.

I have a couple of Guy Martin books to read not sure when i will start them i have to finish a couple i am reading now before i start any more .

Helens brother John has a kidney transplant today , he is estranged from Helen so we don't have much to do with him , but we do wish him well his wife is donating one of her kidneys and  he is theatre early Friday morning .He had a kidney removed when he was young and the remaining one is not functioning correctly it is down to 15% capability and will only get worse so he had no choice but to have surgery and a  transplant.

This week has been totally boring i have done nothing interesting its work eat and sleep repeat seem to be getting more weeks like this it is frustrating .

I thought about buying a drone with camera so i could do ariel photos and film of the moors at Saddleworth and do an ariel shot of where we live until i found out the average fly time is 5 minutes which is rubbish , so it has left me in a quandary is it worth it .

TWO IN THE TREE NOT THE BUSH

The weather is shite , work is shit ,  skint pissed of and life ticks bye tick tock .
Bought a Filofax journal and have not got a clue what to put in i have put some stuff i want to buy on my to do list .Want a decent summer and today that even looks doubtful the way it is dull and grey with a burst through of sun every few hours just to tempt you what you could have had just like life.
Oh well it half past twelve time to get ready to go to work least it is mid week here i am wishing my life away .

THURSDAY
Took down the two bird boxes from the oak tree  outside of the van , i had to get the ladders out , i took them down so i could  fix dowels on to the face of the boxes below the entry hole so if any birds decided to take home then they can land before entry .The two boxes are different and of course i put them back the wrong way round the high one ended up lower down and the one that was lower down higher up as if the birds care .

The grass seed Helen threw down is  still not showing any sign of taking root and  I am doubtful we will have any more green stuff then what we have atm .

FRIDAY

Always good on Fridays got parked at work big bonus and it did not drag to much getting home M1 closed junction 42 to 41 had to de-tour got home late about fifthteen minutes oh well its the weekend .

SATURDAY
Did nothing read a bit Patti Smith M Train  , we went to the garden centre Helen bought some plants I bought a pork pie and a Bavarian slice .Watched the Grand National although we did not have a bet.
We also watched "The Boy" and "Hush" both good films  but i did  prefer "Hush". Erin stayed over  we cooked a roast chicken would have preferred beef or lamb or even pork.

ERECTED UP AND HAMMERED

This weekend I built a poly green house 1500 x 1500 . I wanted to build on to a wooden frame 50 x 50  to match the size of the green house , drive some pegs in to the ground fix the frame to the pegs then fill the inside with sand and flags and then fix  green house to the frame easy peasy  ,  Well Helen had other ideas guess she just wanted it erected and up ,  it is tied down with four string ties on each corner  that i screwed to the fence and staked in to place using metal tent pegs that i pushed in rather than hammered in to situ , oh well fingers crossed .

Erin came over it was her birthday we had some home cooked pizzas and fries all in all that was my weekend.

Had worse a lot worse but had better hopefully now the weather is getting better we will get out and about more .

My son has still not had the decency to call me guess he is in no rush well son neither am i so I guess it's a waiting game.

The cats between them are killing on average a bird every two to three days not sure about the mouse count but between them they are killing plenty of birds which we feel guilty about as we put nuts seeds and suet balls out for our feathered friends at each side of the van .

Good new Nick Blackwell the British fighter whom fought Chris Eubank Jr  is out of the nine day induced coma and is doing well which is great news .

NO GIRLS

Helens middle son Kris his partner gave birth to a baby boy they are calling him Oakley Noah both mother and baby are fine thats two of her sons and my daughter who have all had boys so where have all the girls gone .

I bought a cherry red Filofax for a few pounds and a load of inserts for it including plastic wallets and a hole punch so I can add my own pages which makes sense as I want it more as a journal then a diary , all bought from good old eBay .
Still waiting the delivery of my two usb memory sticks so i can take some movies off my mac book pro.

I seriously want to change my iPad but not sure it i want to stick with the mini or go bigger or even get the smaller iPad pro and pen , which would the ultimate Filofax , to get the pro option i would have to save be nice to save up each month and get it on my birthday in October if i can wait that long .

Will be putting up the plastic green house that  Helen bought from eBay ,  this weekend went out today and bought two packets of  10inch metal tent pegs 12 x 450 x 450 paving slabs and 6 bags of sand to use to lay the slabs on .
