Saturday got up at half eight just chilling out watched another episode of "Life on Mars" whilst Helen lays in bed ,Seeing as it was three in the morning when we got to sleep i didn't think she be up early, but as always i was up . they was enough milk for one cup of coffee not a brilliant start to the day.
