SORRY GEORGE

MONDAY
Boring i hate Mondays and i hate work and i wish i was on a three day a week like it was in the eighties preferably the three days being  Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursdays , that would suit me fine .
I was my boring self for my supper when i got home i went online and cooked chicken chips and chorizo i also banged a wrap in the toast as always it hits the spot , it would have it it better if i had a pear cider over ice.
The cat jumped on the bed again this morning if i remember rightly it was just before six am he gets a bit more friendly each day he is a very loving cat.

THURSDAY
Last day at work four days off i always enjoy the last day at work proves how much i love my job i have another six days off in March then it be the new years allocation i get six week annual leave its nice to have a full card.
My guts are not feeling too good and Helen i said up in bed i wish i had booked today off as well never mind i am sure it will fly by , not.
We are getting our office made bigger they are going to knock through in to two other rooms put a sink and water supply in and new flooring lighting and hopefully get the air con working should be 100% better work make the job any better  , But at least it will make your working environment better .
It is raining again today it i very grey and dull just like i feel , end of March hopefully the weather will get better if not sooner.


FRIDAY
A very long weekend  for me i have no work today and in fact  no work until Tuesday luck me.

George is home and doing ok after going to the vets today for his op , unfortunately we cant say the same for his balls ,sorry George.

After we had dropped George off at the vets just after eight this morning , we drove over to Uppermill for breakfast at the Limekiln  , i have been there before a few times now and it has to be one of the nicest breakfast you can get .Up from the viaduct by the canal makes it for a very nice location .

SNOWING ONCE MORE

Boring day finished working the last twelve hour shift its the weekend and i want to do something but don't know what that something is.
George the cat got on top of the bed this morning instead of being under it he still get nervous but he will let you approach him to cuddle and stroke him , but he is also a scaredy cat and runs off when he feels threatened or apprehensive , but he is getting more settled with us.

SATURDAY
Went for breakfast i had a Canadian sunrise with mushrooms and onions which is thinly sliced steak with two eggs .went food shopping bought some more chicken Swedish meat balls and some pulled pork .Started to snow when we tried to cross the moors so we did a u-turn.

SUNDAY
George once again jumped on to the bed this morning at a most ungodly hour bless his little ginger cotton socks.
We made it across the moors to a shop called Mi Abode bought a vintage hand made lace and cotton bunting well Helen did along with two glass candle sticks and a bunch of candles  , i settled for a steak pie from the local bakery .
Went to Penistone garden centre Helen bought four Yankee Candles in different scents they had some really nice cactus plants i fancy having some scatted around or buying a stone trough and doing a Nevada desert scene  , buy some miniature cow skulls and lizards , scorpions  etc .

Want to buy a external power bank to recharge iPod or iPhone , also want a mac book case.

MORE THEN ENOUGH

really tired i get home and are ready to go to sleep.I cook some chicken make a coffee and go online for a short while before going to bed .Tonight i will read some of my the Skin Collector on my iPad before eating dinner , i have no pear cider which is pissing me off .

Helen is still doing the phone lines and is doing ok she did 140 minutes of calls tonight and has four readings booked in for next week.

We take the cat George to the vets next Friday to be neutered so i have booked the day off work  as well as the following Monday and i honestly can not wait . I will also be back to my regular shift pattern of two till ten yippee ,  i will have done nine twelve hour shifts in twelve days it's more than enough.At least it is all down hill till the weekend .

THREE TO GO

Another twelve hour shift completed it was a bonus day i got a parking spot and as a result did not have to move the car once.

Another three twelve hour shifts to do , i will hopefully have a bumper pay packet in March every penny still counts.

George the cat is coming down more and more i was feeding him chicken last night he was letting me stroke him and approach him on numerous occasions he still disappears under the bed but he is now sitting on the arm of the sofa more and more .He has not tried to jump on the bed during the night , no doubt he will in time .

WEEK JUST GONE

THE WEEK
Last two days  Monday and Tuesday i  have been working twelve hour shifts. I get up at eight leave at half past after downing a coffee to drive to Leeds to start at ten i arrive home just after eleven at night .By which time i just want food and bed .

Wednesday  i just did  my normal hours which  seemed like a breeze at least if i have to move my car it will be only the once , and not like three times like i did yesterday at around went minutes there and back its a hour lost plus its a pain in the arse , things you do to earn money beggars belief.

Whilst i have been at work over the last two days the cat from under the bed as been coming down stairs to see Helen and the dog, so at least he is coming out of his shell a little bit which is great news .
I worked Thursday  twelve hour shift and Friday another twelve hours  tiring as it is its no good moaning you don't earn enough money and refusing to work overtime at time and a half , i will have forty hours in .That's an extra weeks wage .

Pissed Helen off big time  they have asked me to bomb a ward or in technical terms hpv which is hydrogen peroxide vapour this coming Sunday it will take from twelve o clock midday until twelve o clock Sunday night.
How can i refuse it will really boost my wage i never hardly work over and i always need money so i will do it .
Helen is miffed because she is sick of being in the cottage all day on her own i am sorry that's the case but  i have to work dear  .

So basically i am in the dog house for going out and earning us money so we have a better life even if it only makes one  month easier  just get a grip woman.

SATURDAY
Did nothing Valentines did not send or receive a card not that its a big thing unless you look on Facebook and see what everyone else was doing for valentines day it's always a money thing .
I wanted to go sell my iPad but did not .

MILLING AROUND

SATURDAY
A great start to the weekend enough milk for a cuppa each no bread nothing for breakfast guess we are of shopping. Also need toilet rolls and shaving gel cant have a shite or a shave better put the lottery on too.
Bought two jars of my favourite Alta Rica coffee  it was on offer we also bought indian food a joint of beef and a whole fresh chicken amongst other things .
The cat is still under the bed we cant rush him he is being very anti social all we want his for him to be at ease with us. I did manage to get him out for five minutes i then put him back under the bed last thing i want is to freak or stress him out .

SUNDAY
Went to Armley  mill in Leeds it was one of the biggest mills in the world in the 1800's . We went because it was featured on a most haunted episode it took over a hour and a half to do the walk it was ok we did not see anything spooky , getting out is better than lounging about the house i guess .The working conditions in the mill were terrible and the staff  of adults as well as children were treated appalling and could be beaten for even wanting to go to the toilet during work hours.Health and safety policies did not exist until much later , some of the machines could easily rip a arm off.
Cooked a roast beef dinner with sweet potatoes , cut some meat up for George and left it out for him when i checked ten minutes later he had eaten it all.
Working a twelve hour shift tomorrow should be double time on a Monday too the fact its the first day back should warrant paying double my rate.

CAT TO VETS

Still not seen the cat he is still living under the bed , he comes out at night and last night he was sat on our dresser watching us in bed i was a sleep , why he does not come and see us is beyond me , but we have to be patient , in his own time i guess he will feel free at ease with us.

Maybe having a dog scares him but Pip truly loves cats and as never even barked at one , she just wants a friend to play with and snuggle up to.

He is off to the vets his appointment is at five past nine now that's going to be interesting getting him his cage is going to be no mean feat if near darn impossible , we tried the other day twice and  he out smarted us both times i swear he isa ginger ninja.

But perseverance paid off he was on a mat under the bed and low and behold he let us pull the mat out with him on it. He then jumped straight in to his carry case and we got him to the vets on time .
He has now been wormed and had a flea treatment and had his booster jabs. The vet puts him at around nine months old he goes back on the 27th of this month for neutering .hopefully he will be more settled with us and getting hold of him won't be a major drama .

SANCTUARY

The cat George is still playing hide and seek with us we have hardly seen him he eats drinks and uses the litter tray but either when we are out or at sleep on a night he is like a ninja .
We tried to trap him in the dogs cage but he out smarted us he's one clever fast cat , we only wanted to keep him one place for a while so he could get use to us.But he managed his escape and ran back upstairs to his sanctuary under the bed.
Anyway hopefully in time he will settle down and be less nervous around us all we want to do his hug and cuddle him, have him to trust us and not fear us and to realise we will look after him.
Work still hating Mondays it always nice to get it out of the way , i have applied for another post same two ten shift pattern the closing date is this Friday , i am not sure if i will get it i am up against one of the managers sons , and as the saying goes it not what you know but who you know or rather who your dad is.

GEORGE IT IS THEN.

The cat/kitten is going to be called George he hides under the bed and behind the dresser he also hides in the drawer of the tv unit he is hiding all the time at the moment we are letting him be until he finds his feet.

Went over to where my son lives at Skirpenbeck i saw my old Jack Russell Bandit and the cat Lara who is sixteen Bandit had to have a few teeth out at the vets and she looks fine you could see where the vet shaved her paw to administer the sedation for her dental work to be done.

We went ten pin bowling my son won the first game and i won the second the second game was closer he easily won the first , after we went to Toby carvery it was not the best carvery i have ever had we had to go change the first plate we was served as it was cold.

Went to see my pregnant daughter she had her baby shower today she did extremely well she has some very good friends who did very good by her .The baby is due on the 5th of March .
She gave me a blue floral skull t-shirt she bought me for christmas which was a nice surprise .
So all in all a very good day .

On the way home i bought Helen a Ibreathe electronic cigarette kit and the oil can charge it using the iPhone plug i hope it helps her to kick the habit , its the second e-cig i have bought her the first last a day before it went it went in the junk drawer.
