TUESDAY -Went to Glossop it is a very scenic drive past quite a few reservoirs forests and mountains with all the trees showing their autumn colours various reservoirs along the including Winscar reservoir , Brownhill reservoir including the Longdendale chain , Torside and Rhodeswood reservoirs plsu numerous others it is a twenty minute drive through bending roads valleys and mountains if you dont turn off to Glossop you can carry on Woodhead road through Snakepass to Ladybower the Lancaster bombers practice here during world war 2 training for the bouncing bomb raids on Germany .

The main reason we go to Glossop is to buy food from Marks & Spencer's I usually buy battered fish and chicken with herbs and spices I always buy shortbread biscuit's and butter biscuit's as well as sliced ham , chorizo and pepperoni .Helen always buys salads , hake , and gammon along with baby new potatoes and coleslaw and veggies .
WEDNESDAY - Helen's Dad is doing better at home he is improving day by day and hopefully stays well away from hospital .He is getting carers coming in four times a day for the next six weeks .
