KISS MY ASS

A friend at work brought a Olympus Pen camera to show me that he had in his locker at work he paid just short of £500 for it a few years ago you can now pick up a very decent one up on ebay for just over £100 , and  i am very  tempted to get one rather than the Pentax Q , i was bidding on one but was out bidded but  i reckon it will be a better quality camera for less money.
I would love to travel around the globe with a camera laptop and credit card with no limit on it i would record all my adventures along the way .

Been looking at Sony Viao T series laptops i like the way they look someone else has got a Sony Viao and he swears buy them , cheaper than a MBP and nearly as good spec.

Liam Helen's youngest son just bought a Samsung 32 inch T.V  for £70 from a mate he knows we picked it up tonight he as it in his bedroom hooked up to his ps3 sorted least he can watch tv through his PS3 seeing that we don't have a ariel point in the bedroom or cable T.V hook up.

Helen was thinking about the man in the pen shop who was purchasing the Mont Blanc fountain pen she said she felt tiny and humble because she felt belittled that he was wealthy and affluent  i said i know what she meant , but we do  have lots more than a lot of people although we don't spend a fortune on luxury items and gadgets i would if i could and this is mainly due to a  limited income bills etc and it does get to me on occasion's  i cant go out and buy a new MBP or something similar from Sony and i do like the new range of Sony camera's , and just because i cant do it this month or did not do it last month wont mean that i cant do it next month or the month after that , but i know this when i do sell my house and we are in rented accommodation i am going to buy the two things i desire most a new laptop and a new half decent camera and any one who thinks i should not spend the money in this way can kiss my arse.

To all of you taking time out to read this stuff that i scribble every few days a big big thank you , you are appreciated.

Wanting - a decent cpu and a image capturing device from japan plz

A VERY BUSY SUNDAY

Won  a pair of apple ear buds the newest version on ebay for £10 they are quite a lot better than the original ones that we have had to make do  with all the previous Apple products released these new updated are better quality and  the sound is better defined then the original apple earphones that had a reputation for never being that great.

Went to the freezer shop stocked up on loads of goodies bought some Mexican burgers and chicken pieces and lamb chops along with turkey and gammon joints , should be good for a while .

A work colleague gave me two two seater sofa i had to make two trips and it was a struggle getting them into the car , i had to drive with the car seat well forward and the rear door tied up with a rope and a bungee but we did it fine.I dropped then of at her sons flat along with a glass coffee table and a low wooden coffee table we had residing in the garage .

At dinner time we picked my daughter up and her Kiwi  friend that she lived with in New Zealand it the first time we had meet her , we went in to the city centre to a bar me and Helen use to frequent when she meet me on the bridge at dinner time each day and we slope of to the same bar it is by the canal and down loads of steps in to a basement that has decking over the water you can sit out on and drink your ale and smoke your cigs.

We did not stay long i had a pear cider so did my daughter her friend just had a flat white coffee as she was catching a train back to London , i dropped my daughter off at her local club and we went to pick the first of the sofas up , it was eight o clock at night when we got finished , but her son has two settees that cost nearly £400 and two coffee tables he did not have i  also gave him a i phone speaker dock , for the i-phone he found last week , it was password protected which was easy enough to remove but it locked down buy the network provider and therefore to all other networks he can use it like a mini ,mini  i-pad , he just cant use it to make calls .

Her other son has a i-phone five i didn't think i like them when i first saw one and picked it up but they have grown on me and i really like them ,think a i-phone six will be out before we are due a upgrade.

BOUGHT IT

Bought a 500 GB Hitachi Touro external mobile hard drive for just over £40 it is the first one i have that does not need a power lead it powers on once it is connected via usb.

I also went to the Pen Shop and bought a clear plastic Lamy fountain pen and a bottle of ink along with a packet of cartridges also a insert able reservoir hence the bottle of black ink i have used it tonight it writes really good i like the nib and how it writes i will use it for work i guess , there was a gentleman in the pen shop buying a £600 fountain pen for his wife or girlfriend i would love  to see what car he drives if he is spending that much on a pen its like an expensive watch they tell the time just like a cheap one , and i  guess even expensive pens write with the same black ink that i bought for my pen.

I also bought two pairs of Screechers trainers well comfy  one pair in black for work and one in tan for every day wear with jeans.

so its been a fun day shopping the sun was out but it was quite cool and town was busy specially Trinity shopping Mall

MOVING IN

Going to view a flat today that her eldest son has been offered by the housing authorities he has been living with us for the last few weeks , and has been living with us on and off for the last five years.
It is a two bedroom flat in a tower block he is on the third floor they are offering him a two bedroom even though he is on his own and as a result of this he will have to pay ten pound a week room tax because of the extra bedroom that he wont be using , if i was him i be sub letting the extra room to claw back a big chunk of the rent.

He wont have much in the way of furniture but he will be given a grant of £500 to a £1000 , and a £50 voucher  towards the cost of decorating it if you have nothing i suppose £500/£1000  will buy you quite a bit of stuff if you shop in the right places i was thinking what essentials i would get if i had a budget of only £500 to a £1000.

I suppose a microwave be a must a kettle and some pans a cheap i-pod dock and a bed side cabinet and chest of drawers a
mattress and a  quilt and duvet four  pillows , a small kitchen table and chair for dining at  , a plate cup and cutlery a washing up bowl few glasses and a few storage jars a couple of lamps and a couple of art  posters for the wall a cheap second hand tv and a dvd player and a free view box.

Anything left i guess a fridge and second hand settee , loads of second hand charity shops ebay and other outlets, good luck.

BLINK AND IT'S GONE

SATURDAY
Two viewings booked for the house today then one called up the estate agents to cancel so we are down to just one it is like the lottery you only need it to happen once .

Helen has a reading tonight and had one last night she has also two pupils waiting to start class that will be four she has had through in a year .

It is already bright and sunny and hopefully we will get hotter throughout the day and even hotter and nice on Sunday , which never happened we had a bit of sun in the morning then it got quite cool and grey i manage to cut the grass both front and back , the person we had to view never showed up the said the don't want to live opposite a church fcuking heathen's would they prefer it if we lived opposite a brothel , this is the second cancellation we have had because we live opposite a house of God , a little tip if you don't look out of the window or its late at night and its dark you don't fcuking notice it's there,.Blink and it's one

Next weekend we are going to look at a house that at the moment we cannot afford ,  it is  way out of our price range by a couple of hundred thousand pounds ,but who knows  by going to see it just might tempt fate in to sending us the money that we need by the way of a lottery win ,so fingers and toes crossed because you never know .

HE KNOWS I KNOW HE KNOWS

My Daughter as been home a few weeks no she as still received no money from the rock n roll (dole) more than likely because she is white can speak English and was born here.

If she had been coloured black Asian or Polish she have her council house by now all new carpets and freshly decorated her weekly  rent paid for her and  free college education with student loans on top  and another string of benefits , handouts to boot along with a welcome to Britain pack that includes free dental care and free  hospital care plus  free prescriptions , along with  free milk and school dinners for your family of ten children  etc etc etc.

Still is nice to know we didn't win two world wars for nothing and that this is the land of the free that our fathers and their fathers died so we could all  live in a democracy well done dad.
Not that he won the war on his own of course he had tonnes of help from like minded individuals from all corners of the world.

My Father died today in 1985 , i did not post anything on face book and because of this feel guilty that people and other family members and friends will think automatically that i have either forgot or not bothered to remember ,  i don't agree with face book being used as a obituary or remembrance book , face book is for the people that  have trouble communicating with the living  ,  the dead cant read it , they have better things to do with their time.R.I,P Dad. i know you know i have been thinking  about you these past few days.

VAMPIRES

Well Mondays suck as normal Helen  had to offer to pay some tax that she owes to the inland revenue and , you can't fcuk  around with the parasites that dwell there and as they don't take no for a answer they want their pound of flesh , they are bottom feeders that will take you to court and prosecute you to the full extent for your last  penny.

The thing is she don't even owe the money not a farthing  , they paid her ex husband back tax money he shouldn't have had got in the first place for his youngest son who know lives with us , and because it went in to a joint bank account that they had together , even they was separated and she can prove that but they was not yet divorced   she is deemed eligible for half of it fcuking Vampires typical.

WHOOP WHOOP

Well we have had another viewing today and we have another viewing booked in for next Saturday which is better than the last month .The one's that turned up to day were two lesbians not that it matters to me their money is as good as any ones.

Helen had two readings last night and as another two booked in for tonight it was a quite few days and she as had another person booked in for her psychic workshop which usually takes three months to complete attending one day a week .

We went to a frozen food outlet and for £35 stocked up on fish cakes and fish fillets , both chicken , turkey and beef  burgers ,crinkle cut chips and rice and plus a couple of deep pan  pizzas and quite a lot of other food stuff we cooked the pizzas when we got home and they were exceedingly good cheap food is better than no food and sometimes just as nice.

went to see a house in Uppermill we only viewed it from the outside it the one near the viaduct i posted some pictures not too long ago she wants to phone the estate agents up to see the inside of the house it £350,000 only way we can buy it is if we win that amount of cash on a scratch card or lottery but one never knows dreams do come true.

My ex wife got re-married yesterday , and i happen to leave  comment on one of my daughter's post that she made yesterday on face book , i wrote whoop ,whoop , she thought i was being nasty but i was not i am glad two people are making the commitment to each and i genuinely hope they are both happy and are getting married because they are right for each other and love each other so why shouldn't i comment .

It was me who walked out for our marriage , i did the leaving , not loving someone don't mean you hate them it just means you don't want to be with them anymore. My son and his girlfriend went to the wedding and  my daughter and her best  friend went  to the ceremony and no doubt  they all  had a great time nice food and a few drinks  so why not comment whoop ,whoop i don't see any issue.
My daughter phoned me minutes after i posted it and  i told her if she thought i was being a nasty to delete my post she left on , she later dropped her phone down the toilet , more shit and piss on her phone now than any thing i left on her Face book page.

THEY WHO WAIT

Well the weekends looms and we have a viewing on the house Saturday afternoon i am not holding my breath it will sell when its sold and we have just got to play the waiting game , as they say everything comes to those who wait, it's been my philosophy most of my life and life ain't over yet.

My ex wife gets married again this coming Saturday and  i have no feelings either way , i hope she and her new husband are happy ,as they have my son living with  them why would i want them to be anything else , it would  just make life more difficult for my son and of course i wouldn't want that.

Walking around  the cemetery and grave yard with my dog today  i guess for me summed it all up . The graves and head stones are mostly ruined by vandals and it makes you realise walking around , that most of these mindless yobs who carry out this vandalism will not have any respect for the living never mind respect for  the dead , it makes you wonder how they would  feel if it was there own mother and father or grandparents buried in the graves that was being wrecked , don't they stop to think that we are all heading for the same destiny it is just a question of time ,and that what goes around comes around well  hopefully.

HOTTING UP CHILLIN OUT

Feeling knackered we  just back from supermarket Helen and I we bought a vegetarian pizza. I am not sure why and  it was not by error or a mistake and we did not put anything meaty on it before putting it in the oven , this as not ever happened before usually it's a meat feast or some sort of flavored spicy chicken with pepperoni and salami and ham .
Bought some very large baking potatoes some very nice sausages that's meat sausages and two tins of beans for tomorrows tea .

Work is a lot easy now that i am finishing at ten at night instead of two in the morning  , it more or less flies by  , and  i don't have to do any more twelve hour shifts until the last week in May,chill out time.

The weather through the day is considerable hot but it;s  still cool at night ,but  this weekend is suppose to be hot and the hottest day so far is going to be on Sunday , will have to get some ice cube  bags made up and get the barbie dusted off if i remember rightly we used it once last year and who knows if we are lucky the sun block might make an appearance too.

I bought my first bottle of fruit flavored sparkling water yesterday a sure sign of summer approaching we will soon be buying the Strawberries and cream and tuning the tv in to the tennis action at Wimbledon a true British summer guaranteed to bring on the rain.

WHO KNOWS WHY

We had a jumper brought in they survived have survived  a  16 storey fall from a tower block of flats and lived and made the journey to hospital not sure how long they lived or if they are still alive but  I do hope so , I like to think that they will make a full recovery and savour every day they have left .
Treat everyday as a bonus and  be greatful for every minute and  for every sunrise and sunset I wonder if they would be happy knowing that someone or something or being had saved them , and for what purpose it must make you think your life had a very special meaning.

Anyway i don't think i have the guts to jump out of a tower block even if it was on fire i remember watching 9/11 and watched the falling bodies from the upper floors , they knew they was going to die everyone of them yet they jumped , IN MY EYES  they were heroes every last one of them , and so very brave  it beggars believe what their final thoughts were about on the way down to the ground.

I hope there is no more jumpers take time out re-think and start again one day at a time.

NO VIEWS

Have been looking at the Pentax Q the smallest interchangeable slr lens camera its the quarter of the size of a normal digital camera and starts at £199 with lens.It has a very good write up and looks a very fun camera and being a Pentax  takes quality pictures as good  has  it's full size counterparts.

i really like this little camera i saw one the other day when i had to get a photo printed for the cake i got made for Helen you can buy the body for £99 or buy it with a standard lens for £199 there is zoom wide and telephoto.

Its has  been sunny and warm  today and the weather is warmer hopefully the signs of a great pending summer with nice hot weather ,plenty of chances to get out and take photos , and another bonus is at least we will be quids in with the gas will have to stock it up for the next winter just in case we are still here and the house has not been sold .

Next door neighbour's are adding an extension to the back of their house because they couldn't get the right asking price when they put it on the market earlier last year we will have to see what happens we might have to lower our price if we want to sell our house , we have had little interest over the last few weeks.

ONE MORE TO DO

Its Friday thank you  , its been a long few weeks I have worked more twelve hour shifts than I thought I would.

I have two days of on May the 14th as  Helen and I are going to see the psychic Deborah Chalmers Helen as spoken to Deborah for a few hours after we saw her at Richmond she is appearing in York next  , she is worth seeing she walked out of a fifty grand a year job with the NHS to do psychic work full time.
She now  as a decent regular following and has appeared in the national tabloids that have run articles and interviews about her ability as a medium and psychic.

My Daughter went to sign on for benefits yesterday  hopefully she will get a job in a few weeks time if not sooner  , she wants to go back to New Zealand she is already  missing the scenery its people and the life style she had over there , and England is no comparison and Leeds even less so.

My son has moved in to a small cottage with my ex wife and her future husband I don't think he is impressed there is nothing apart from an adjoining other cottage , still he has a motor bike and its only eight miles from where he was living in Pocklington , and no doubt he will adapt in time hopefully the next time he moves it will be in a place of his own.

SATURDAY
We made breakfast at the 11TH Earl the sausages where for some reason better than normal and the beans where hot with a thick sauce especially good as always we pigged out to to the extend of some of the other dinners but we got our monies worth.
on the way back we picked up some rabbit food with dried fruit in including raspberries and strawberries and banana's it looked like posh muesli , we got Pip some pigs ears she loves them and a chewy bone she will be occupied for hours.

It is  the Grand National steeple chase at Aintree Liverpool is on today £150 million pounds will be placed in bets just in the U.K we have nine pounds riding on three horses  £1.50  E/W beats on Seabass at 7/1 , Teaforthree at 12/1 and Tatenen at 66/1 all picked by Helen if we win the 66/1 will get a Chinese duck curry noodles and pear cider to celebrate .

MYSTIC CAKE

Went to bed at around half past two in the morning yesterday and its now Wednesday morning and I have another two hours to work its tiring its beginning to take its toll.

Was at the bank at nine in the morning paying bills I then went to the supermarket to get a birthday cake where you can get your own photo iced on to the cake , you had the option of using Blue tooth iPhone says no so I had to go to the photo processing booth to sync the iPhone and download all my photos then deselect the ninety five pictures I didn't want I finally selected the picture I wanted and printed it off and paid my thirty five pence at the check out.

I then went back to the cake booth and loaded my picture in to the scanner enlarge it repositioned it and then selected OK. the picture was printed on to i guess edible sugar paper and printed using different food colourings instead of ink end result a cake with a picture of a tarot card on it , with vanilla fondant and a red ribbon around it its serves 24 its for Helen's class that she teaches it was worth a ten pounds that it cost she was well chuffed.
